THE CONTENT AND THE FORMS OF MAGNESIUM COMPOUND IN LEACHED BLACK SOIL (CHERNOZEM) OF WESTERN CISCAUCASIA IN THE AGROGENESIS

abstract 1121508124 issue 112 pp. 1717 – 1727 30.10.2015 ru 706
The article presents the results of the study on the magnesium mode of leached chernozem of Western Ciscaucasia at three rotation of grain-grass-tilled crop rotation. Magnesium in the soil is represented mainly by non-exchangeable form, the number of which is estimated at 90,18 and 91,29 % of gross reserves. Exchange forms of magnesium are 8,68 and 7,71 % respectively in arable and the subsurface layer. The share of water-soluble and organic forms account for less than 1 % - of 0.62 and 0.68 and 0.46 and 0.38% respectively. For three rotation 11-full rotation of gross stocks of magnesium in the soil in which crops were grown without fertilizers has decreased by 0.02 % (200 mg/kg), with fertilizers of 0.03 and 0.02 % (300 and 200 mg/kg). Intense magnesium has been leached from the topsoil. There was a change of the soil content of the forms of magnesium. In the rotation without fertilizer, the share of non-exchangeable magnesium in the General Fund item increased from baseline by 0.27 % in arable and 0.11% of the subsurface layer of soil that the absolute content decreased. The amount of water-soluble, exchangeable and organic magnesium of the soil decreased. Reducing the amount of water-soluble (0.05 and 0.06 %) and metabolic (0.18 and 0.02 %) of magnesium was due to its consumption of the plants. The proportion of magnesium organic part of the soil is reduced as a result of steadily declining yields, and, therefore, the amount of organic residues. In crop rotation, use of mineral fertilizers we have observed different behavior of magnesium compounds in the soil. The number of non-exchangeable magnesium decreased from baseline by 0.13 % in arable and 0,58 % of the subsurface layer of soil. The content of the exchange of magnesium increased respectively 0.43 and 0.41 %, water soluble - 0.13 and 0.10 %, and the organic part of the soil - 0.02 and 0.02 %

THE CONTENT OF THE MODEL OF IMPROVEMENT OF PHYSICAL QUALITIES, SKILLS OF SENSORY PERCEPTION, SPEECH DEVELOPMENT IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN WITH AUTISM

abstract 1251701059 issue 125 pp. 856 – 866 31.01.2017 ru 782
The article is devoted to the development of basic children’s skills with disordered autism spectrum. There is a range of tasks that need to be addressed in the system of psychological and educational assistance to children in this category, which allows identifying problems and areas of work with these children. The theory of deviant development and autism spectrum disorders, the concept of the game as the leading activity of children of preschool age and mental structures formed in this type of activity; the role of the concept of physical education in the development of mental processes of preschool age children is the methodological basis of the research. The article presents a model of improving sensory perception of the world around skills, skills of gross and fine motor skills, communication and social development with children with disordered autism spectrum. The conceptual framework of the proposed model is system development of sensory, motor, social and communicative skills of the child through interactive physical games. The purposes, goals, pedagogical conditions of realization of the model are determined. The model consists of three parts: a target, process, control and evaluation. The first - the target includes the purpose, tasks, and pedagogical conditions of realization of the model. The second set of model is technology. It consists of 5 blocks: sensory development, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, communication, and social skills. The implementation of the content of the second unit takes place by means of interactive physical games, game exercise. There are the aims, the content of each unit. The third block is the control and evaluation. The content of the work of the third block includes organizational and methodological activities to assess the level of development of basic skills in children with ASD. According to the results of diagnosis, routes of individual development of each child, as required mid-term evaluation is carried out and a change of formation of skills development route have been made

THE CONTENTS AND FORMS OF LEAD COMPOUNDS IN LEACHED CHERNOZEM OF THE WESTERN CISCAUCASIA IN TERMS OF AGRICULTURAL SOIL GENESIS

abstract 1301706059 issue 130 pp. 833 – 845 30.06.2017 ru 538
The contents of lead in soils are primarily determined by regional factors: the composition of parent rocks, relief, climate, vegetation. In recent years, these factors have increased the anthropogenic source of element. In order to assess its impact, requires knowledge of the natural, i.e., background lead levels, the so-called reference points, which can later be used to monitor changes occurring in the soil. Under background refers to the content of the element in soils at a great distance from the areas of receipt of contamination. Background content of lead in each type of soil depends mainly on composition of parent rocks. The correlation coefficient between the content of lead in parent rocks and soils, with the background contents is equal to 0,86±0,17 at p=0,95. For each soil type there are low variations in lead content due to the composition of parent rocks. Lead concentrations in the soils increased at the expense of its receipt from the atmosphere, irrigation water, drainage during mining, as a result of agricultural use, lead containing chemicals. Comparing the obtained results with existing currently permissible concentrations (APC, MPC) it is necessary to note that the lead content in leached chernozem soil after three rotations of the rotation may not cause any pathological changes or anomalies in the course of biological processes and lead to accumulation in the agricultural plants, and therefore may interfere with biological optimum

THE CONTENTS OF BUILDING LEASEHOLD

abstract 1131509120 issue 113 pp. 1697 – 1714 30.11.2015 ru 443
The article is devoted to one of the most disputable categories of jurisprudence – to the contents of Building leasehold. In the article there has been presented the research of the legal nature of the institution of building leasehold (superficies). There have been traced the particulars of formation of the Roman legal (classical) model of building leasehold and the interpretation of this institution in foreign civil legislation. It has been noted that certain countries apply the classical Roman model of building leasehold while others use the model of "the shared property" of the land plot and of the piece of the estate built on this plot. There was conducted the analysis of the German model inheritance law of building leasehold on the basis of which there was made the conclusion about its independent nature and uniqueness. The historical and the comparative legal methods of the research have enabled to identify the essential differences of the employed models of building leasehold and the specific features of their application in the countries of roman-germanic law and in the Commonwealth of Independent States. There have been studied the approaches of the domestic civilized doctrine in terms of building leasehold and the specific features of its implementation in the draft version of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. There has been affirmed that the draft version of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation admits the existence of the two models of the building leasehold: the design one and the classical one. There has been applied critical approach to the analysis of the design model of building leasehold in comparison with its Roman and Germanic legal constructions; there have been presented recommendations for its improvement. It is proposed to abandon the temporary ownership of the premises in the building constructed based on the Treaty on the law of the land. We proposed to replace it with a specific property right – "right of superficies". Its essence consists in the right of possession and use of facilities of a building constructed in accordance with the Treaty on the law of the land

THE COORDINATES OF THE POINTS BACKWARDS THE ANGULAR NOTCH

abstract 1181604090 issue 118 pp. 1387 – 1395 29.04.2016 ru 1172
Even with the modern development of geodetic techniques to abandon traditional ways a condensation of planned networks is not possible. Therefore, the article describes the case of determination of coordinates of points using backwards the angular notch and the accuracy of their determination. In the classical methods of solving the backwards the angular notch are calculated coefficients, and get the coordinates of the designated point. The authors propose to use auxiliary angles that will reduce the amount of calculation. In addition, the article gives examples of solutions to well-known formulas of Gauss and through the calculation of direct geodetic purpose
