THE EFFECT OF NANO BIOLOGICAL FEED SUPPLEMENT "NABIKAT" IN RATIONS OF BROILER CHICKENS ON THEIR PRODUCTIVITY AND HEMATOLOGICAL PARAMETERS

The article scientifically substantiates and experimentally confirms the high efficiency of the nano biological feed supplement "NaBiKat" in diets of broiler chickens of the "Cobb-500" cross. The supplement is a new complex with a mixture of rice germ films, green tea gallocatechin in chelated form, and forty-nine trace elements in chelated form, including biosoluble form of silicon. The main function of silicon is to be involved in a variety of intermediate exchange reactions as a catalyst and to ensure normal flow of vital mechanisms as a coupler helping to combine cellular molecules into a whole functioning structure. Silicon begins to act on the body when getting into the lumen of the gastrointestinal tract with the feed. It activates the enzyme system of the body and in ionic form is absorbed by kind of ordinary diffusion along almost the entire small and large intestine beginning from the jejunum. The supplement studied has been proved to improve the morphological structure and biochemical properties of blood, to enhance metabolism, redox processes, and the level of natural resistance. The broilers fed the supplement "NaBiKat" in the experimental groups have been found to have a higher concentration of macro- and micronutrients in blood. The nano biological silicon-containing supplement as a compound of in the composition of feed for chickens had a positive effect on their growth and development

THE EFFECT OF NON-DRUG TREATEMENT OF CLIMACTERIC DISORDERS ON THE GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT IN FEMALE PATIENTS WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME

The aim of the research was to assess the effect of nondrug correction methods of climacteric disorders on the digestive system in patients with metabolic syndrome. 330 women aged 45-50 with the diagnosed metabolic syndrome were examined. Three comparable groups were formed with 110 female patients in each group. In the main group the methods of the nondrug treatment (diet therapy, psychotherapy, physical therapy, exercise therapy) and the vitamin-mineral treatment were combined. In the first control group only the non-drug treatment was used. In the second control group only the vitamin-mineral treatment was used. The female patients’ complaints and the biochemical profile parameters were assessed before the treatment and six months after the treatment. Ultrasound scanning of the abdominal cavity, fibrogastroduodenoscopy and videocolonoscopy were carried out. The results of the study are as follows. In all patients the digestive tract problems were diagnosed at the beginning of the research. Moreover, combined damages were noticedin most of the patients. The main group demonstrated the most pronounced positive dynamic according to the subjective evaluation of the symptoms as to the gastrointestinal tract, as well as according to the parameters of the carbohydrate and fat metabolism. We may conclude that the complex non-drug correction of climacteric disorders in female patients with metabolic syndrome, directed on the increase of the adaptation abilities of thewomen’s organism, the normalization of all kinds of metabolism and of the endocrine profile, has the most important positive effect on the organs of the gastrointestinal tract. THE EFFECT OF PERLITE USING ON QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE INDICATOR OF SEED GROWTH

An experiment has been carried out on the effect of germination of seeds with perlite on the improvement of the growth force of rye Vyatka-2. The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of perlite on the growth force of seeds under the conditions of additional fertilizers and changing the volume water during irrigation. The task of the work was to determinate the growth force of seeds with perlite. The growth force of the seeds was determined after 10 days in sprouted seeds in five samples in glass vessels with three different moisture conditions. It was proved that germination of seeds with perlite increased the seed growth force up to 28% in comparison with seeds grown in sand (a control sample). The result also depended on decreasing of humidity rate up to 30-40%

THE EFFECT OF PLANT FOOD ADDITIVES ON THE PROPERTIES OF WHEAT FLOUR AND DOUGH

The article presents data describing composition of macronutrients and food additives "Apple Powder" and food additive "Pumpkin Powder" obtained from secondary resources processing of apples and pumpkins with innovative technology that ensures their high antioxidant activity. Introduction of the studied food additives in wheat flour provides a boost of its antioxidant activity compared to the control (wheat flour without any additives). We have revealed that the introduction of the studied food additives in wheat flour provides a strengthening effect to the gluten flour, while dietary Supplement Powder called "Apple" has a strengthening effect on the gluten of wheat flour compared with a dietary Supplement called "Pumpkin Powder". We proved a positive impact of food additives on the gas-forming ability of wheat flour and water absorption capacity of dough; at he same time, with the same dosage of additives, water absorption capacity of dough with the introduction of additives of "Pumpkin Powder" is higher than this figure with the introduction of the additives of "Apple Powder", due to the higher content of pectin in the additive "Pumpkin Powder " compared with the additive "Apple Powder", having a high water-holding capacity. We have found that the dough with the introduction of the investigated supplements has the best rheological properties in comparison with control samples. The obtained results allow us to develop evidence-based formulation and technological modes of production of bakery products enriched with antioxidant properties, with the use of food additives called " Apple Powder" and "Pumpkin Powder"

THE EFFECT OF PRESSURE SPRAYING PLANTS WITH MICROBIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS TO MAINTAIN THE VIABILITY OF MICROORGANISMS AND THEIR AMOUNT

Questions of microbial plant protection become more relevant. The use of microorganisms can solve the following problems: biologization of agriculture and sanitation of soil. Application of various physical factors affecting the microorganisms reduces their number. This influences the efficiency of their use. This article gives examples of the application of pressure in the biotechnological process of microbial preparations and their use in the process of spraying. The effect of pressure on nonspore bacteria - Azotobacter chroococcum, spore-forming bacteria - Bacillus megatherium and fungi - Trichoderma viride has been presented in this article. These microorganisms are used in the tank medium for protecting plants against diseases and pests developed by Ltd. "Kuban agrotehnoloogy" of Kuban State Agrarian University. Efficiency is the simultaneous application of tank medium of microorganisms with herbicide. It was found that the application of the tank medium of microorganisms for spraying is necessary to limit the pressure of 4.5 atm. Тhe use of higher spraying modes effects on reducing the number of viable bacteria. This fact has not been checked against fungi

In the article we investigated the effect of the bacterial metabolites compositions (Aktoflor and Patogen) on antagonistic activity of L.acidophilus D № 75. It was shown the both compositions stimulate integrated antagonistic activity of L.acidophilus D № 75 by inducing the synthesis of the bacteriocin and decreasing the proportion of low active clones in the population. We have also shown the advantage of probiotic bacteria metabolites (Aktoflor). The results can be used to enhance the probiotic potential of the bacterial preparations

THE EFFECT OF SOWING DATE ON YIELD OF WINTER BARLEY IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE NIZHNY NOVGOROD REGION

The article studies the influence of the different time sowing periods of Volzhsky First winter barley variety on the grain yield and the elements of its structure in the conditions of LLC “Vpered” of the Spassky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region on light gray forest soil. The research was being conducted from 2015 to 2018. The barley was sown in four periods: from August 20 to September 19 (with an interval of 10 days) with the clean fallow as its predecessor. We used the seeding rate of 2.5 million seedlings per hectare. The maximum grain yield of the winter barley was 3.94 t / ha. This corresponds to the sown date of August 20, the density of productive stalk of 226 pieces / m2 and an ear productivity of 1.800 g. Winter barley has a high tillering ability. The maximum value of the coefficient of productive bushiness – 4,80 and 3.25 was noted when sowing the barley on August 20

THE EFFECT OF THE “REGALIS” PREPARATION ON THE FORMATION OF ORGANS OF APPLE PLANTS AND BIOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF THE GALA VARIETY ON THE ROOTSTOCK P 59

The work shows the effect of the Regalis preparation on the formation and biochemical composition of organs of apple tree plants (using the Gala variety as an example). Experiments were carried out in 2016-2019. Field experiments were carried out in JSC company "Agrocomplex" named after N.I. Tkachev in the Vyselkovsky district. Planting bookmark - 2007. Tree planting scheme 4.0 × 1.0 m., Irrigation - drip. The soil of the study area is ordinary chernozem (carbonate). It was found that under the action of treatments with the Regalis preparation significant changes are recorded in the structure of fouling wood and the area of the sheet apparatus. The use of a growth regulator helps to accelerate the completion of tree growth processes. This is evidenced by a decrease in the content of IAA in the tops of shoots, by 12% in comparison with the control. The “Regalis” had a significant impact on ensuring the stable fruiting of plants of the Gala apple tree. The annual one-three-time treatment of trees with this preparation in a dose of 1.25 kg / ha provided a stable increase in yield to 14.2-16.3 kg from one tree. Moreover, on average for four years, the best results were recorded in the variant with 2-fold treatment with Regalis (16.3 kg-tree). Further analysis of the yield and commercial qualities of the obtained fruits showed that two and three-fold processing contributed to the production of fruits from 38.5 to 40.8 t / ha, which is 10-11.7 t higher than the control, while increasing the yield of marketable fruits up to 13.3 - 14.0 tons

THE EFFECT OF TREATMENT OF GRAPE CUTTINGS WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD ON THEIR REGENERATIVE SKILLS

The article presents the results of studies on the effect of processing varieties of grape cuttings of Pervenets Magaracha using alternating electromagnetic field on their regenerative skills. Processing the cuttings with alternating electromagnetic field was carried out using an induction coil for 5,10,15 and 20 min. As a control option, the cuttings were soaked in water, as a standard option – the cuttings were soaked for 24 hours in a 0.01% solution of IAA. Rooting was performed in vessels with water at optimum temperature conditions. It was found, that the use of IAA for the first time led to the inhibition of blooming buds. EMF treatment of cuttings with each exposure has a stimulating effect on this indicator. Application of EMF exposures in the 5 to 15 minutes resulted in a significant increase in the length of shoots, compared to the control variant and the option to IAA. Processing cuttings with EMF exposures at 5,15 and 20 minutes resulted in a significant increase in rooting compared with the control. Maximum rooting was obtained at an exposure of 15 minutes. It was the same as in the version with a standard rooting stimulant - IAA. However, the highest yield of cuttings with 3 roots and ended up in a version with a 20-minute exposure. Maximum number was noted on the heel of the roots cuttings option with IAA. Treatment of cuttings with EMF exposure 5, 10 and 20 minutes, has also led to a significant increasing of this indicator, respectively, 45.5; 22.7 and 79.5%. The maximum increase in the number of roots was obtained in the variant with exposure 20 minutes. Thus, this option should be considered as the best one
