THE GENESIS OF THE "LEARNED IGNORANCE" DOCTRINE AND IT'S COGNITIVE VALUE

abstract 1231609014 issue 123 pp. 229 – 245 30.11.2016 ru 714
A clarification and interpretation of the philosophical meaning of the "learned ignorance" doctrine, viewed from an aspect of a history of philosophy, involves a necessity to educe a genetic and essential relationship between the "learned ignorance" principle and the apophatic tradition of thought. The article describes the genesis of the "docta ignorantia" principle: it appeared in a context of theology as a method for attaining of the knowledge of God. It is this concept that often forces researchers to restrict the epistemic potential of the "learned ignorance" principle, leaving it in limits of negative theology and mystics. However after investigating the difference between the philosophical and the religious understanding of theology the authors of the article interpret the paradigm of the "learned ignorance" to be a fundamental philosophic principle of thought and cognition. Nowadays it is widely accepted, that the paradigm of the "learned ignorance" in it's classical form originates from the apophatic tradition. The article points out, that the representative examples of apophaticism, which could be found in the christian theology, on the one hand, were based on a solid philosophic tradition (predominantly platonic and neoplatonic), and on the other hand, did not complete a spread in a world philosophic thought of a definite (apophatic) tradition, which had an intimate connection with the paradigm of the "learned ignorance", postulating as it's main intention a seemingly paradoxical comprehension of the Absolute, supposed to be absolutely incomprehensible. The results of the scientific research in a field, thus defined, are presented briefly in this article

THE GIFT CONTRACT IN THE CIVIL CODE: HISTORY OF BECOMING AND DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA

abstract 1181604028 issue 118 pp. 520 – 533 29.04.2016 ru 764
The contract of donation is one of the most common and frequently encountered in practical life, civil contracts. This article describes the history of the formation of the contract of donation in civil law of Russia. The author analyzes in detail the legal provisions of the contract of gift, enshrined in the current before the Civil Code of the RSFSR in 1964. Soviet scientists considered some of the issues that have been and (or) remain outstanding or require specification of the legislator. Previously existing legal acts do not take into account many associated with the donation contract questions arising in practice, such as cancellation the contract of donation. We study the qualifying elements of a deed of gift, which allows distinguishing it from related contracts. It is noted, that the scope of the rules on the contract of donation has expanded with the time, which could not be taken into account by the legislator. Current legislation regulates the peculiarities of relations arising in connection with the execution and the conclusion of the contract of donation. The author analyzes in detail the current legal regulation of the contract of donation in the current Civil Code. In particular, this article presents the problematic issues: the implementation and application of the contractual relationship between the given and giver, raised the question of the qualifications of donation with the participation of public servants, and lists some proposals to address the shortcomings in the current legislation. The article made other critical comments with regard to the rules on the contract of donation in the civil legislation of the RSFSR and the Russian Federation. The article has a research character. The authors show the way to solve the most pressing problems of enforcement under the contract of donation, and put forward proposals to improve the legislation

THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR AND ITS FALSIFICATORS

abstract 1161602012 issue 116 pp. 180 – 189 29.02.2016 ru 792
The authors analyze the results of the lessons and consequences of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in the context of modernity, as well as falsification attempts to distort, defame and otherwise detract the role of the USSR in the victory over Nazi Germany. They argue that the knowledge of the truth about the Great Patriotic War gives us the opportunity not only proud of the feat of their fathers and grandfathers, our homeland, but also strengthen the belief in the great future of modern Russia. They say that for a long time in Western historiography, and, unfortunately, in the domestic, and plant abstracts, not only contrary to the truth, archival materials and documents, but also the common logic. In particular, the article in question of who is to blame for fueling the war - the Soviet Union and Germany, Stalin or Hitler? The authors argue that, despite some external similarities in politics and ideology of the two historical actors of Stalin and Hitler, the two totalitarian regimes, it is really only superficial similarities. The authors show that it is the ideology and politics of fascism and Nazism became the primary cause of the outbreak of Hitler started World War II, and then the attack on the Soviet Union. The article stated a direct continuity between past and present Nazi fascism, emerging after the coup in the Ukraine with the direct support of the West. The article analyzes and that assistance provided by the Soviet Union and its allies in the anti-Hitler Germany - United States and Britain. Without belittling their contribution to winning, the authors, however, have proved a decisive role of our country in it

THE GROWTH AND PRODUCTION ABILITY OF SHOOTS AT DIFFERENT VARIANTS OF CUTTING FRUITBEARING VINES

abstract 1221608050 issue 122 pp. 725 – 734 31.10.2016 ru 405
The article presents the results of studying the impact of different options for cutting fruit vines on the growth and productivity of shoots of the grapes. The obtained experimental data indicate the excessive overload of vines with eyes and shoots when performing contour trimming bushes without normalizing the choice of shoots, in comparison with other variants of experience. A significant increase of eyes on the vines when performing contour cutting was because during this method of cutting, the cutoff is at a certain level all the shoots are horizontal on the arm vines. A big load of vines shoots when performing contour cutting has reduced the length of shoots at 48 – 51%, and leaf area developed on the shoots of 53 – 54%. While the lowest productivity was different shoots developed on the vines in 3 variant, because here the contour cutting vines was not accompanied by a subsequent breaking of superfluous shoots, which have overloaded the bushes shoots. At the same time, contour cutting vines with subsequent breaking of the normalizing excess shoots were allowed to grow for fruiting the bushes a sufficient amount of normally developed shoots with high productivity and good quality bunches

THE GROWTH POINTS OF STATISTICAL METHODS

abstract 1031409011 issue 103 pp. 136 – 162 30.11.2014 ru 1059
On the basis of a new paradigm of applied mathematical statistics, data analysis and economic-mathematical methods are identified; we have also discussed five topical areas in which modern applied statistics is developing as well as the other statistical methods, i.e. five "growth points" – nonparametric statistics, robustness, computer-statistical methods, statistics of interval data, statistics of non-numeric data

THE HARDWARE SOURCES OF THE AUTOMATION OF THE SOLAR WATER HEATING OF THE AGRICULTURE PLANTS

abstract 1151601042 issue 115 pp. 691 – 706 27.01.2016 ru 547
The article deals with the necessity of the uninterrupted control of the work quality of the solar heating system. The advantages of the microcontroller systems, which gave their evolution in the last years, are shown. The possibilities of the usage of the microcontroller systems for carrying the work quality control are shown. The electrical principal scheme of the system of the automatic control of the solar water heating which allow to control the work quality control are shown. The system was divided into interconnected parts. The methods of the temperature control by the electronic temperature sensors 18B20, water control by the optical pair with open channel and water quantity meter with the optical wheel, water level in the tank by the ultrasonic sensor of the distance and level of the solar radiation by the pyranometer are shown. The necessarily calculation of the geometric tank sizes and water velocity in the solar collector are carried out. The corresponding hardware resources of the PIC microcontrollers like hardware counters, timer with the ability to allow counting by the external signal (Gate Control), analog-digital converter and fixed voltage reference module are described. The algorithms of the control of the water temperature in the tank and the control of the filling the tank with the hot water from the solar collector are described. The methods of the transmitting information to the operator are shown. The advantages of the microcontroller control are described
