abstract 1261702052 issue 126 pp. 735 – 744 28.02.2017 ru 742
The authors of this article affect the actual topic of the use of foreign words in the media, which is inevitable in our time due to changes in the state system and economic structure system of Russia. Number of foreign words in modern Russian language is very large and is growing every day because almost every English word can be borrowed regardless of the appropriateness of such replenishment of lexical structure. The causes of borrowed words can be different in nature factors, the need for new forms of language, in a variety of means, brevity and clarity, in convenience. The reasons for borrowing in the language of the mass media, is seen terminology "craze" expressive originality, emotional expression and the identification of sublanguage. The process of borrowing the words does not occur spontaneously and at the same time. It happens for a long time, gradually, provides a series of steps and stages. Russian language recently borrowed a large flow of English words with suffix -ing-, clear structural separability and value received and the foreign language element -maker, quite confidently took its positions in the language prefix -super

USING CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORKS FOR LICENSE PLATES RECOGNITION. ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES IN COMPARISON WITH TEMPLATE-BASED METHOD

abstract 1201606112 issue 120 pp. 1706 – 1715 30.06.2016 ru 275
Car license plates recognition problem is one of the typical tasks of computer vision. Video surveillance software usually provides license plates recognition function. Meanwhile, there are many approaches to solve this problem, where template-based methods are the most common. Such methods providing predictable and short enough execution time, and little percent of mistakes. However, such methods are far less effective in case there is a need to recognize car’s license plate, which may be located in unpredictable place, typed in undefined font and on non-standard background, or without strict formatting. For example, USA car license plates. One of the methods to increase effectiveness and quality of such license plates recognition is to use neural networks. It is assumed, that neural networks usage can significantly increase recognition quality. Nevertheless, neural networks usage entails difficulties of it’s training, and often becomes less efficient as template-based methods usage. This article discusses probability of usage of convolutional neural network, which was trained using MNIST (Mixed National Institute of Standards and Technology) database. This article is a review of usage of templates and neural networks for car’s license plate recognition in terms of quality, performance and complexity of the usage

USING DISCRETE WAVELET TRANSFORM FOR CALCULATION OF TRANSIENT REGIMES OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS

abstract 1131509060 issue 113 pp. 814 – 825 30.11.2015 ru 1009
This article presents an algorithm based on the discrete wavelet transform for the analysis of current root mean square (RMS) value and total harmonic distortion (THD) in power systems. Power quality indices play an important role in case of non-stationary distorted waveforms, where neither a frequency-domain-based approach using fast Fourier transform tools nor a timedomain-based approach using real time data give satisfactory results. The algorithm proposed decomposes the current waveforms into uniform frequency bands corresponding to the odd harmonic components of the signal. The proposed algorithm overcomes the spectra leakage problem. Computer simulations verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm

USING DISCRETE WAVELET TRANSFORM FOR CALCULATION OF TRANSIENT REGIMES OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS

abstract 1131509023 issue 113 pp. 286 – 296 30.11.2015 ru 1593
This article utilizes wavelet analysis, a relatively new mathematical tool, designed to develop an algorithm of analysis for electrical transients in electric power systems. Techniques, which are currently used, fall into two main categories: time domain or the integral transform domain. Both of the aforementioned categories can be stressed when solving equations with a wide spectrum or when a system of equations is subjected to a nonstationary forcing function. One of the benefits of wavelet analysis, however, is the ability to resolve nonstationary nature signals easily. Based on the discrete time domain approximation, the system components such as resistor and inductor are modeled in discrete wavelet domain for purpose of transient analysis. The method can be implemented by any kind of orthogonal wavelet transform. Computer simulations verified the effectiveness of the proposed method. The proposed algorithm can be implemented to calculate the shortcircuits in electric power systems

USING EXAMPLES OF PAINTINGS IN TEACHING CYTOLOGY AS A DISCIPLINE

abstract 1111507014 issue 111 pp. 248 – 259 30.09.2015 ru 956
In our study we try to convey to students the importance of Cytology, as a discipline, with examples of paintings by various famous artists. Visualization of images is an integral part of the science of the cell. Our work focuses on such critical cytological processes such as the preparation of dyes for staining of chromosomes, polyploidy, mitosis and apoptosis. We used a series of works of the artist, D. Eltsevoy, in this regard, an important approach is to convey to students the idea about the optimality of the size of the organism at polyploidy. As the demonstration material on mitosis performs a series of pictures Julia Nudel. The paintings of this artist show the processes of cell division (mitosis) and death (apoptosis). The paintings of this artist show the processes of cell division (mitosis) and death (apoptosis). We have discussed the idea of creating illustrations in units of individual blocks of the course. The use of paintings as illustrations in the course Cytology" promotes the development of imagination, causes cognitive interest of students in the discipline. Using an image as a prop for visual perception of the subject area, paintings immerse the student into an "object" of study. The objective of our work was to conduct a search of the visual images on the example of artists ' canvas, to create an image database with explanations and interpretations. Thus, the use of paintings in the course "Cytology" as a figurative number, affects several processes: abstraction, classification, identification and creation of new, in-depth understanding of the processes occurring in the cell. This approach to the flow of the material through the paintings of painting will help you to understand the importance of particular issues that have given rise to entirely new way of thinking

USING EXPERTISE IN THE INVESTIGATION OF UNLAWFUL USE OF A TRADEMARK

abstract 1081504011 issue 108 pp. 150 – 160 30.04.2015 ru 1017
The author of the article explores the order of the using the special knowledge in the investigation of the unlawful use of the trademark, the forms of the using special knowledge. It is impossible to carry out the investigation of the illegal use of a trademark just as other economic crimes without the use of the special knowledge. The main task which is solved by means of the expert research is finding of the use on the certain products of the alien trademark, this means there are mismatches of the product quality with the quality of the claimed trademark. No matter in what forms the special knowledge is used (the expertise, the professional judgment or the debriefing of the knowledgeable person), it should be used at the time of the inspection reports of the illegal use of the trademark. The author has examined the procedures of the competent person, who invited as a specialist during the inspection of the seizure, counterfeit products; he showed the sequencing of the action for the implementation of the examination by a specialist. During the inspection the expert must assist the investigator (inquirer) in the identifying of those attributes that point to counterfeit products. The characteristic signs of the counterfeit products were investigated. It is highlighted the need for special knowledge in the field of merchandising, for the conducting of the merchandising researches in the investigation of the unlawful use of the trademark, is also needed for the appointment and other examinations such as patents; computer, technical and forensic examination of documents
