abstract 1582004011 issue 158 pp. 154 – 167 30.04.2020 ru 174
An important factor in improving the efficiency of production in the agro-industrial sector is to improve the quality of poultry products and their processing. The article presents the dynamics of the influence of stimulating drugs on the productive qualities of the black African ostrich. The reserves of increasing the production of eggs of black African ostriches and its quality due to the use of stimulating drugs were revealed. The effect of the use of the drug called "Radostin Vitasil" on the chemical composition of eggs, egg production of black African ostriches is shown. The obtained research results convincingly prove that the mass of ostrich eggs of the experimental groups significantly exceeded the control by 5.45 and 3.11%, respectively. Changes in the mass of white and yolk of the egg of ostriches of experimental groups as a result of feeding the drug "Radostin Vitasil" affected the ratio of white/yolk, which slightly decreased towards the optimal. There was a significant difference in the content of carotenoids and vitamin A in the egg yolk of the I experimental group by 10.98% and 10.05%, in the II experimental group-9.15% and 6.35%, in comparison with similar indicators in the control group, respectively. There was an excess of vitamin E level in the eggs of the experimental groups in relation to the control by 6.73 and 3.42%. The results of incubation showed that the stimulating drug "Radostin Vitasil" had a positive effect on the process of embryonic development. The calculated economic efficiency of the drug "Radostin Vitasil" confirmed the feasibility of using this drug in the production of black African ostriches eggs

MODELING AND DIAGNOSTICS OF THE RESEARCHER’S SYNERGIC INTERACTION WITH THE SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY

abstract 1531909024 issue 153 pp. 228 – 239 29.11.2019 ru 173
The article presents innovative models and methods to diagnose the researcher’s synergic interaction with the scientific community (social mega-environment). It is known that the researcher’s interaction with the social mega-environment has two main directions: scientific collaboration and using the scientific community’s social and cultural potential; the former appears as scientific publications, while the latter appears as scientific citations. It is also known that synergic interaction is the interaction leading to the increase in activity results (according to the “1+1>2” scheme). In the article, the researcher’s synergic interaction is understood as his/her collaboration-based research activity that leads to obtaining the results impossible without this interaction. The theoretical significance of the research results is in the possibility for the further development of the sociology of science, as well as for the further development of the models of the individual’s interaction with the social environment; the practical significance is in the possibility to analyze the factors contributing to the success in the research activity of academic researchers and research teams (i.e. applicable for monitoring the research activity)

STUDYING THE EFFECT OF PROTECTED AMINO ACIDS, LYSINE AND METHIONINE ON MILK PRODUCTION AND HEALTH OF HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE COW

abstract 1552001016 issue 155 pp. 207 – 232 31.01.2020 ru 173
The article discusses the relevance of the use of protected amino acids (lysine and methionine) in animal husbandry of the Krasnodar region, using the example of the farm "Krasnodar". The highest milk yield was obtained from cows with the combined addition of lysine and methionine in their diet. In relation to control (CR), the average daily milk yield in the group with combined additives (CR+L+M) was 38.4 kg/day. In addition, there was a positive effect of lysine and the combined additive (CR+L+M) on protein and fat in milk. Protected methionine (CRM) had no effect on the yield of fat and protein in milk. It was noted that additives of protected amino acids in groups with lysine and combined amino acids reduced the cost of dry matter (DM) and metabolizable energy (ME) per kg of milk. The results of our studies have shown that the productive milk response and its components are affected by the amount of the first limiting amino acid in the diet. Also, the supply of protected lysine changed the plasma concentration of animals and improved the availability of amino acids for milk protein synthesis

SUBSTANTIATION OF OPTIMAL PARAMETERS OF RESOURCE INTENSITY OF PRODUCTION AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES IN INDUSTRIAL FRUIT GROWING AND SUSTAINABILITY LIMITS OF AGROCENOSISES UNDER ANTHROPOGENIC INFLUENCES

abstract 1511907021 issue 151 pp. 244 – 254 30.09.2019 ru 171
This article is devoted to the definition of criteria for the functioning of agrocenoses. It is determined that the functioning of agrocenoses largely depends on the resource potential: used ecological zones, applied technologies, technological operations and regulations. The basis of effective reproduction and sustainability of agrocenoses is the optimal balance of resources used. The work purpose is the substantiation of optimal parameters of resource intensity of the technological processes in horticulture and the determination of the limits of sustainability of agrocenoses under anthropogenic influences. The integrated assessment of resource intensity of production and technological processes in industrial fruit growing for optimization of its parameters of resource intensity is given. The optimum of reproduction possibilities and limits of stability of agroecosystem components in comparability with the level of technogenic load is achieved by means of regulation of permissible anthropogenic loads in separate elements of agroecosystem and resource balance of elements and processes. The limits of sustainability of fruit agrocenosis under anthropogenic influences are substantiated as well. Regression dependences on technological processes in the context of certain types of resources used are established: capital (depreciation), turnover (material consumption and coefficient of consolidation) and labor (wage). The complex coefficient of efficiency of the economic mechanism of resource saving is defined. The article substantiates optimal parameters of resource-intensive production and technological processes in industrial horticulture. We have also calculated the normative value of the total index of resource intensity of technological processes

abstract 1562002013 issue 156 pp. 192 – 198 28.02.2020 ru 170
The article carries out an analysis of morpho-chemical parameters of ostrich eggs when l-carnitine is included in the diet. Studies were conducted on two groups of ostriches: I-received a standard diet, II-to the standard diet received L-carnitine at a rate of 300 mg per 1 kg of feed. From April to August we were studying the ostrich egg production, morphological composition of eggs, chemical composition of albumen and yolk, the amino acid composition of egg yolk, the level of cholesterol, fatty acids including saturated, unsaturated and polyunsaturated. It has been determined, that L-carnitine increases the egg production of ostriches by 24%. The weight of protein in the groups was 56.9-56.2%; yolk-27.6-26.7%; shell-16.4 -16.2%. The amount of cholesterol in the egg yolk of the 1st group ostriches was 12.2 mg, in the 2nd one it decreased by 7.4% (P>0.95) and amounted to 11.3 mg per gram of yolk. The level of amino acids in the egg yolk of the 1st and 2nd groups was approximately equal. The number of fatty acids in the 1st and 2nd groups was: saturated 39.5 and 39.7%, monounsaturated 49.99 and 49.80%, polyunsaturated 10.37 and 10.47% respectively. The sum of unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids in ostrich eggs was 60.36 - 60.27%. The sum of ω3 and ω6 fatty acids is 10.18 and 10.25%. Ratio ω3: ω6-1: 3,3. The ratio of polyunsaturated to saturated acids was approximately 1:3, and polyunsaturated + monounsaturated to saturated-1.52 units (approximately 1.5 : 1).

abstract 1572003023 issue 157 pp. 312 – 323 31.03.2020 ru 170
The article presents the results of studying the influence of the reproduction zone on the sowing and yield quality of seeds of wheat varieties of soft winter selection of the NPC named after P. P. Lukyanenko. From the sowing qualities regulated by the state standard of the Russian Federation, the following indicators were studied in the experiment: viability ( % ) and weight of 1000 seeds (g). The P-1 seeds obtained in the NPC were sown in different agro-climatic zones of the region in the optimal time with the same seeding rate of 250 seeds/m2. The obtained seed material was supplied for the study of sowing qualities and yielding properties of learning in the nursery ground control. The yield quality of seeds significantly differed depending on the area of their production in the previous year. According to the results of four years of research, the seeds of varieties obtained in the Northern zone of the region had higher sowing qualities compared to seeds from other agro-climatic zones. The average seed viability for four years in the Tanya variety was 97.6%, in the Yuka variety-97.7% and in the Grom variety-98.0%. The largest mass of 1000 seeds was also observed in the studied varieties from the Northern zone of the region. Consequently, a more complete realization of the potential of the three studied varieties was also observed in the Northern zone of the region

abstract 1582004008 issue 158 pp. 87 – 93 30.04.2020 ru 170
We took 20 samples of centralized water for bacteriological studies at two farms of the collective farm “Limann” and the collective farm “50 years of the name of the October Revolution” of the Neklinovsky District of the Russian Federation and sent to the Rostov Regional Veterinary Laboratory. Thus, according to the results of laboratory studies of water, it was found that in the first farm in 7 samples out of 10 under No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, common coliform bacteria were found (the number of bacteria in 100 ml according to MUK 4.2. 1018-01), as well as thermo-tolerant coliform bacteria (the number of bacteria per 100 ml according to MUK 4.2.1018-01), in the second farm in 5 samples out of 10 under No. 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 common coliform bacteria (number of bacteria per 100 ml according to MUK 4.2.1018-01), as well as thermo-tolerant coliform bacteria (number of bacteria per 100 ml according to MUK 4.2.1018-01). According to the results of studies using the rapid test "Biocontrol" revealed that in the first farm in 2 samples out of 10 under No. 4.9 per 1 ml of bacteria 105, which indicates water pollution, and in 5 out of 10 samples No. 1, 2, 5, 8, 10 per 1 ml of bacteria 107, which indicates a strong pollution of water and is the basis for the prohibition of watering animals. In the second household, in 3 samples out of 10 under No. 4, 5, 8 per 1 ml of bacteria 105, which indicates water pollution, and in 2 out of 10 samples No. 3, 7 per 1 ml of bacteria 107, which indicates severe water pollution which is not recommended for animals. Thus, the studied water samples by the bacteriological method coincide with the “Biocontrol” rapid tests, which makes it possible to practically use it in farms

METHODS OF CONSTRUCTING EFFICIENT ALGORITHMS BYPASSING BLOCKING ACCESS TO WEB-RESOURCES BASED ON HTTP TUNNELS

abstract 1531909025 issue 153 pp. 240 – 256 29.11.2019 ru 167
At present, the problems of blocking network traffic in computer networks, in particular, in the global Internet, are becoming increasingly topical. Understanding blocking mechanisms, opening new opportunities to circumvent such protection will give us, on the one hand, both new methods and methods of protection against unwanted blockages, and the vector of development of funds, in fact, stopping unwanted traffic, obstacles passing through network nodes. The article proposes an approach to effectively bypass access restrictions to websites based on HTTP tunneling with minimal costs, combined with the approach used in peer-to-peer networks. A description of the algorithm and its key features. A new approach has been introduced in the task of ensuring the accessibility of websites, which has several advantages and eliminates the disadvantages of existing solutions in the form of anonymous networks - the use of special node solutions and a strong dependence on the number of nodes in the anonymous network. The level of development of modern network infrastructure, the transition of society and most of human civilization to the information-network existence dictates new requirements for technical means of monitoring and analyzing network traffic. That, in turn, requires the development of new approaches to solving relevant problems
