The article formulates and solves the task of discrete
control in the thermophilic stage of the composting
process. It is shown, that considering the relay control
entity to maintain specified process conditions requires
the organization of the sliding mode. We have solved the
problem of minimizing the temperature deviation of the
substrate from the set values and the deviation of the
oxygen concentration in the gas phase of the bioreactor
from the specified values. The article shows an algorithm
to compute the discrete control of the composting
process in the thermophilic stage. This article was
prepared in the framework of the scientific project 16-
48-230441 a(R) "Mathematical modeling of the
processes occurring in the automated installation for
year-round production of organic fertilizers in the
conditions of the Krasnodar region", financed by RFBR

The purpose of the article is to develop methods for hydraulic design of extreme discharges and water depths in critical gage lines of waterways diverting water from spillways for the accepted law to regulate linearly distributed releases of stored water discharges. The task of control for linearly distributed releases of stored water discharges is based on hydraulic design for the process of propagation and transformation of long waves described with Saint Venant equations. These equations are nonlinear and have no accurate solution in general case. To get approximate solutions they are linearized. It is established that the task of integration for these equations supposes to get their preliminary solution in the form of complete integral. Applying the complete integral theory we get analytical solution that describe the process of transformation for one direction waves moving in infinitely long prism canal of semi-bounded extent with initial uniform regime of water flow. An example of changes in both water discharge and flow depths in two fixed downstream gage lines of hydraulic works at the distance of 5000 and 10000 m from the initial gage line is presented. Hydraulic design was carried out according to the derived analytical formulas accepted as an example classical method of characteristics that is considered as analogous. Comparison of the design results on two methods allowed to determine the maximum relative error that does not exceeds 3,5 % for the design discharges and water depths. Introduction of the developed method for hydraulic design of linearly distributed releases of discharges in waterways diverting water from spillways will make it possible to optimize idle and non-technological stored water discharges
The flowsheet purification of exhaust gases in the

To determine the particle size distribution of fly ash,
we selected ash from the transport network to the
group cyclone, and the in a group cyclone, and in a
baghouse. With the help of the microscope "Biomed-
3" we produced pictures of ash particles with different
magnification. Granulometric composition of three
selected ash samples were determined according to the
mass content of particles of different grain size,
expressed in percent relative to the weight of dry ash
sample taken for analysis. For size fractions from 10
mm to 0.5 mm sieve method is applied without rinsing
with water, for size fractions less than 0.5 mm sieve
method is applied with water washing. The particle

of professionals in the information environment. In
addition, if the first teller did not hide his name, the
latter decided to remain anonymous. Deep
psychological background of the act of sabotage often
leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens
boss or coworkers, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes
he even shares his thoughts with someone from
colleagues. In other words, it is not only the attacker,
who knows the information about the planned
diversion. Analysts estimate, that in 31% of cases,
other people have the information about the plans of
the saboteur. Of these, 64% are colleagues, 21% are

allies. In addition, we were able to establish that 62%
of corporate saboteurs think about their actions in

the field of information systems and, in some cases,

This article considers the organization of neuralnetwork
interactions based on models of cellular
automata. These models are focused on improving
the efficiency of the iterative processes of
functioning of neural networks and their learning.
The models considered in this article are presented in
the form of two-level hierarchical structures. Models
of the lower level are defined as "cellular neural
element". They are based on formal descriptions of
the dynamic neurons with the additional insertion of
the state functions and the special procedures of
formation of the specified function. Also, we have
added special methods for forming patterns of
activation functions. The conception of developed
models is based on the use of the theory of graphs,
theory of neural networks and the mechanism of
cellular automata. These models will be used as the
basis for software modeling
The procedure of combined electrooptical processing
which allows to disclose the reasonable energy and
technological conditions of seeds’ treatment and to
define the main factors which influence such seeds’
sowing qualities as: germinating power, germinating
ability and length of sprouts is used in this article.
Besides, the procedure allows conducting the research
of efficiency evaluation of some rational parameters
and conditions of treatment which influence
their yield characteristics in field conditions. The
research task was to obtain the data about the number
of spring barley called “Ratnik” shoots and their
productivity depending on the number of working
volume converter’s lamps (1-6) and on the protectant’
norm percent (1-100). The experiments have been
carried out and the data have been obtained for this purpose and the processing of these data has given
the regression equation of the second order writing
the process with the volumetric graphical interpretation.
The rational parameter space of presowing
treatment providing maximal germination and crop
capacity of barley “Warrior” has been obtained on
basis of the diagrams’ analysis. As the growth of
germinating ability and crop capacity is observed
when the number of working lamps is increased the
double spreading at 6 working lamps should be recommended.
The concentration of the protectant practically
ceases to influent the crop capacity. According
to the results of the research there has been drawn a
conclusion that preliminary seeds treatment, for the
purpose of plant diseases preventing, restrains the
germination processes at the initial level. It happens
in connection with conditions deterioration of moisture
access to seeds which are covered with protectant
film. Further processing of treated seeds by optical
radiation promotes the growth of germinating ability
and length of sprouts compensating negative effect of
treatment
On the performance of basic healthcare
informatization in constituent entities of the Russian
Federation in 2011-2013 the use of open source
software became preemptive. The heads of medical
organizations were recommended to coordinate
medical information systems with the new federal
requirements taking into account the regional features
and preserve the priority of the open source. To solve
this problem for the Krasnodar Region, the article
proposes measures of program infrastructure
modernization of medical and administrative activity
automation within medical-diagnostic processes. It
specifies the medical organization infrastructure. The
aims and objectives of the existing system
modernization are also determined there. The federal
requirements for medical organizations’ information
systems are adapted to the region peculiarities. The
article has a practical significance since it can be used
to prepare the technical specifications for
modernization and/or maintenance of medical
information systems in medical organizations and to
support the educational process and scientific research
works in the field of research and development of
medical information technologies in Universities. It is
addressed to the heads of government healthcare
departments of constituent entities of the Russian
Federation, the heads of medical organizations and to
