The results of researches of the influence of receptions of the main processing on dynamics of productive moisture of the soil and productivity of field cultures are given in the article
For the purpose of preservation of soil fertility at
relatively low economic expenses, we have conducted
researches on optimization of doses and combinations
of mineral fertilizers by cultivation of field corn hybrid
called "Krasnodar 382" in a stationary field experiment
of the Department of agrochemistry in the training farm
"Kuban", in the conditions of the leached chernozem of
Central zone of the Krasnodar region. The main impact
on receiving high-quality corn gives the content of plant
nutrients in soil. Our researches showed that the
application of the complete fertilizer in various doses
has had influence on the content of essential plant
nutrients in the soil. The maximal values of the content
of mineral nitrogen, available phosphorus and
exchangeable potassium during all phases of vegetation
have been got in options with double N60P60K40 and
triple N90P90K60 dose of the complete fertilizer.
Sufficient supplying the soil with plant nutrients by
fertilizing has entailed the enhance of corn yield. Great
crop of corn has been reaped during the experiment.
After three years of researches, the productivity has
reached averaged 58,7 cwt/hectare. The greatest
productivity has been received in the option with
application of triple and double dose of the complete
fertilizer and amounted 68,5 and 68,0 cwt/hectare, what
is 47% and 45,9% more, compared to the option
without any application of fertilizers. The main
substance, which defines nutritional value of corn, is
proteins. Application of fertilizers under the conditions
of our experiment has promoted enhancing the protein
content in corn. The application of mineral fertilizers
has promoted increase of the content of crude protein in
corn. Maximal it was in option with application of the
complete mineral fertilizer in the double dose of
N60P60K40 – 9.6%, when reaped protein has amounted 6,5 cwt/hectare. Therefore, it is possible to conclude
that it is most expedient to fertilize field corn with the
dose of N60P60K40 and N90P90K60
The influence of protective coatings on changes in the
biological characteristics of quality, germination, plant
growth and development of the onion crop quantitative
loss of garlic was investigated for the first time. The
objects of research were winter garlic called Tien Shan
and onion of Allan variety. Water solutions of polyvinyl
alcohol PWS-5, paraffin coating Р, paraffin-cerezin
composition PK-1 were studied as a protective coatings.
Coating onions and chives before planting them
in the ground delay germination, respectively at 1 and
2 weeks. Then, protective coatings act as growth stimulants.
The greatest increase in green mass of garlic for
3 months (almost 2 times) compared to the control (uncoated)
prepared using the hydrophobic coating РK-1.
РK-1 increases the yield of garlic and onions in 1.5
times, and the seeds of onions in 1.3 times. It is recommended
before planting onions to cover onions the
PK-1 in order to prevent his fall germination and receive
further large bulbs weighing 130-131 g. Carbohydrates,
starch, vitamin C, and life-giving moisture
garlic, it is best stored in a РK-1 coated serve after
planting in soil more efficient power plant. As a result,
such plant grows better, develops and gives higher
yields
The influence of protective coatings on quantitative
loss of garlic was investigated at its warm) and cold
storage under various conditions of relative humidity.
The following varieties of garlic people's selection
were studied: winter varieties – Tian Shansky, Otradnensky;
spring varieties – Sochinsky and Iglinsky Local.
Paraffin-ceresin composition (PK-1) was first proposed
as a protective hydrophobic coating of garlic
bulbs and its combination was scientifically based (the
main component is paraffin, plasticizer is Ceresin C-65
and surface-active supplement is a fraction of synthetic
fatty acids). Physical and mechanical performance
properties of PK-1: melting temperature 58 C; resistance
at 20 C 1,0 МПа; volumetric shrinkage 15%;
plasticity 0,5·10-4 1/МПа; water vapour permeability
6,5g/m2
per day.Waterproof properties of hydrophobic
protective coatings (paraffin-ceresin PK-1, alloy of
paraffin with beewax PК-4, paraffin without supplements
P) were compared with hydrophilic water solution
of polyvinyl alcohol PWS-5. According to the
increase of the moisture-proof properties, the investigated
coatings form the following series: P. PWS -5,
PК-4, PК-1. The maximum efficiency of garlic storage
under various temperature conditions and relative air
humidity was achieved when using a protection film of
PК-1. Compared with control (without coating) PК-1
reduced moisture loss in garlic bulbs for 3-13 times
depending on the variety, and storage duration of winter
garlic varieties increased for 2 times. Iglinsky Local
is the most moisture resistant of all the investigated
varieties, and Tian Shansky variety is less moisture
resistant

Introduction of new elements of fruit cultivation
technology into production is one of the elements
of intensification of the branch. The problem of
providing plants with moisture is the key in
modern technology. The purpose of the research
is a development and manufacturing of
innovative methods of water supply of modern
fruit plantations. Researches were conducted in
two fruiting zones of the Krasnodar region
(Northern and Kuban) with the aim of
assessment of influence of different ways of
water supply on the growth and productivity of
apple-tree varieties: Idared and Gala Schniga
grafted on the stock М9 and planted in 2012 due
to the scheme 3,5x0,8 m. There was determined
that the application of the absorbent Aqua Life
and absorbents with the addition of
recommended elements (Ecogel-1; Ecogel-2)
increase the acclimation rate of seedlings on 2-
6%. The presence of proper conducting system to
supply with the moisture and nutrients the
overhead part (roots-leaves) and a large number
of photosynthezing apparatus promoted to obtain
the high-quality fruit productivity, accumulation
of phytomass and increase of fruit quality.
We have found, that complexes of
hydroabsorbents on the basis “Aqua Life”,
“Ecogel-1” and “Ecogel-2” in conditions of
Kuban in fruiting apple-tree plantations on dwarf
stocks showed the high effectiveness on water
supply, for the first time
The results of the work experience carried out in the
poultry breeding farm of Limited Liability Company
«Incubator-poultry plant Pervomaiskaja» on the
effect of the multifunctional feed additive «Tetra+»
on productivity of males and laying hens in the
production of broiler chickens.
It is found that males experimental group receiving
the feed additive in the diet «Tetra+» have better
blood serum biochemical indices in comparison with
the control group cockerels. This indicates that the
feed additive «Tetra+» shows the properties to
improve liver function and decreased intoxication of
male manufacturers. It was revealed, that in the
experimental group increased divorce figures, while
the control group of males producing hatchability is
reduced, and the end of observation of this indicator
of the trend towards recovery is not evident. It
recorded the highest percentage yield of hatching
eggs from hens of the experimental group, while the
control group showed a tendency to reduce this
figure. Thus it may be noted that the use of a
multifunctional feed additive "Tetra +" when feeding
cocks and hens can improve productivity, reduce
bird deaths and to strengthen the protective function
of the body of birds

The article reviews the results of studying the influence of mineral fertilizers on the uvological, yielding and qualitative indices of the Merlot grape variety in the Anapo-Taman zone of the Krasnodar region. The technology of cultivation of grapes on the experimental plot was performed in accordance with the accepted for the given zone and culture. Agrobiological work was carried out at the optimal time and had a high quality of execution. Grape bushes were laid in a 3.0 x 2.0 m pattern. Formation - a two-shoulder horizontal cordon. On the bushes, there was formed the same load shoots and bunches. Scheme of experience: option 1 – no fertilizers (control); option 2 - superphosphate with a mixture of potassium salt (P90K90) from the autumn; option 3 – nitroammofoska (N120P120K120) from autumn; option 4 – ammonium nitrate (N60) in early spring. Analysis of the results of the studies on the study of biological features of growth, fruiting, yield and quality of Merlot grape varieties on the background of the use of mineral fertilizers shows their high efficiency in the conditions of the Anapo-Tamanskaya zone of the Krasnodar region and can be recommended for use in production conditions. Autumn application of nitroammofoski (N120P120K120) provides an increase in yield by 68.3%, increases the yield of mash from a hectare by 76.7% and the collection of sugar by 97.6%. Autumn application of phosphate-potassium fertilizers (P90K90) and early spring application of ammonium nitrate (N60) also contributed to an increase in yields by 33.3 and 40.6%, respectively. On the output of the wort, these options are equal, and for the collection of sugar phosphate-potassium fertilizers exceed ammonia nitrate
In the technology of cultivation of sugar beet the significant role is allocated for system of fertilizer. The research problem included studying of influence of various norms and combinations of mineral fertilizers on productivity and quality of this culture. In 2012-14 the stationary field experiment with sugar beet of a grade of "Nero" on an experienced field of department of agrochemistry in educational economy "Kuban" was put and made. Studying of the nutritious mode of the soil is one of the most important questions of determination of effectiveness of fertilizers. Researches showed that the application of double doses of nitrogenous, phosphoric and potash fertilizers, and also the complete fertilizer in double and threefold dose on the chernozem lixivious, has essential positive impact on the maintenance of like elements of a mineral delivery, providing the favorable food mode during body height and cultural development. Fertilizers promoted more intensive intake of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in plants of sugar beet. The maximal maintenance of these elements is observed in a phase of clamping of rows. In experience the good harvest of sugar beet was received. Average productivity made about 450 c he (the increase makes ot13,6% to 77,4%). The maximal productivity of root crops is received at importation of N80P80K80 and N120P120K120 also made 620,3 and 633,3 c/he. Our researches showed that sugar content of root crops by options of experience fluctuated from 14,0 to 18,7%. The best results are received in options with importation of N80P80K80 - in these options sugar content made 18,7%.Thus, optimum conditions for sugar beet are created at importation of the complete mineral fertilizer at the rate of N80P80K80
