The article presents results of the experiment to study
the influence of vitamins and minerals preparation
with folic acid Vitoligo M at the reproductive
functions of sows. It is established that prilificacy of
sows was more at 12,5-39,3%. The piglets of the
experimental groups had the best quality of growth and
livability. Blood chemistry parameters were better in
sows experimental groups. The experiment with lots of
animals confirmed the results of scientific experience.
The sows of the experimental groups had better
breeding efficiency
Developed modes of increase of fertility of soils in local scales introduce the significant concern at cultivation of a planting stock of stone crops. Methods of local action have longtime phase and a positive effect in nursery gardens. Application of such measures in soil-amendment system of farming agriculture is possible
The stage of introduction of plantlets to in vitro
culture is an important stage of technology of
clonal micropropagation of plants. For the
purpose of decrease in a share of the plantlets that
were lost from an infection and increase of their
regeneration ability, sterilizers and antibiotics,
effective and safe for apple rootstocks’ plantlets
wee allocated, and also favorable terms of
introduction to in vitro culture were allocated. As
a result of the conducted researches, we have
established that on influence on an nutrient
medium and plantlets infection and on growth and
development of plants, beneficial effect on apple
rootstocks’ plantlets has an antibiotic nystatin of
200 mg/l: the reproduction coefficient on the
medium with this antibiotic is equal 4,3, in the
same concentration nystatin has the sanifying
effect of 60-75% for stocks of SK 2 and MM 106.
During researches of sterilizers for apple
rootstocks’ plantlets SK 2, SK 3, SK 4, SK 7,
MM 106 as an alternative to widely applied
highly toxic sterilizer corrosive sublimate (the
first class of danger) were picked up effective and
safe preparations for sanitation of plantlets from
an infection, such as the household preparation
"Whiteness" (sodium hypochlorite) in cultivation
1:2, low-dangerous substance of the fourth class
of danger (a share of viable plantlets of 75,5%
from initially introduced), and also fosfopag, a
preparation of the fourth class of danger (a share
of viable plantlets of 65% from initially
introduced). The favorable term for a meristem of
apple rootstocks’ plantlets’ introduction to in vitro
culture are phases of buds’ burgeoning (March)
and the intensive growth of shoots (May – June)
Nowadays, fruit trees are subjected to influence of
abiotic stress-factors. The reaction of fruit plants on the
influence of media plays an important role. Experiments
were conducted in two (Northern and Central) fruit
zones of the Krasnodar region since 2013 to 2015, there
was shown the possibility of application of
hydroabsorbents as a stable source of water supply of
fruit trees in specific natural conditions of the South of
Russia in the conditions of field experiment. There were
shown the peculiarities of technological ways of water
supply of fruit trees in specific natural conditions of the
south of Russia. There was determined that the necessity
in watering of a garden’s plots with the use of
hydroabsorbents Ecogel-1 and Ecogel-2 with the
supporting of soil’s moisture in 80% in Northern zone
in the end of May, in central fruit zone in the middle of
May. There was proven that the application of
hydroabsorbents Ecogel-1 and Ecogel-2 guarantees the
stable water supply in limits of 75-80% from NV since
planting in apple-trees of varieties of Renet Simirenko
and Golden Delicious grafted on the stock M9 and
planted on the scheme 4,0 х 1,0 м during three years.

The main detected problems in selection system and
seed industry consist of depreciation of laboratory
equipment and specialized technique; the lack of funds
and low incentives for creators of sorts; decreasing of
volumes of elite and original seeds production in the
Krasnodar region; common use of low reproduction
seeds in production of grain. The existing stairs of seed
multiplication system are examined, as well as their
organizational and legal status. Directions of improvement
of system of state support in this field are
defined on the basis of presenting subsidies and preferences
on purchasing of import of highly specialized
equipment, provided that there are no domestic equivalent;
correction of requirements in order of receipt of
support for development of elite and original seed industry.

center of seed industry in the Krasnodar region on
the basis of a specialized research Institute (KNISH of
Lukyanenko). Though, as the result of providing by
center of consistent recommendations on peculiarities
of cultivation of sorts and their adaptive placement,
maintenance of contractual relations based on principals
of franchising, evaluation of sort and sowing index
of quality of seed lots and hybrids, will allow to
speed up the development of domestic seed industry,
increase the quality of corn farming in region
