The Crimean poultry organizations financial
development features are researched in the article.
The current poultry sector condition in Crimea is
analyzed, its main problems are examined. It is
observed that a reduction of both head of livestock
and poultry products has been taking place for the
past years in Crimea; the competition from mainland
manufactures has increased due to the lower cost that
is offered as their competitive advantage. The
financial analysis of four major poultry organizations
of Crimea has been conducted, the complex
estimation of their financial condition has been given.
It is revealed that three of the four analyzed
organizations has problems in their financial
resources management. There are also the problems
that the enterprises handle in the field of liquidity and
solvency management. The objective problems that
has negative influence on the poultry industry of
Crimea are investigated. The conducted analysis has
showed that the poultry organizations of Crimea key
problems solution requires a comprehensive
approach including enhancement of both production
processes and financial management methods. The
poultry organizations production relations
improvement methods are suggested. It is noted that
the most significant of them should be the following:
technical equipment and technology modernization,
feed base arrangement improvement, strategic
management, marketing and advertising
development. The poultry organizations of Crimea
financial management system amelioration areas are
considered. The complex of the suggested measures
will favor the effectiveness growth of both an
individual organization and the industry in whole

The article considers brief theoretical information of the wavelet transform and the methods of identification of nonlinear time-varying systems using multi resolution wavelet transform. The methods of data processing based on wavelet transformation are widely used in recent times. Wavelets have significant advantages compared to Fourier transform because wavelet transform tells you about not only the frequency spectrum of the signal, but also on what point in time came one or another harmonic. With their help, you can easily analyze intermittent signals or signals with powerful bursts. Moreover, wavelets allow us to analyze data according to scale, on one of the preset levels (small or large). The unique properties of wavelets allow constructing a basis in which the representation of the data will be expressed with just a few nonzero coefficients. This property makes wavelets a useful tool for data packaging. Small expansion coefficients may be discarded in accordance with the selected algorithm without a significant impact on the quality of the compressed data. Wavelets have found wide application in digital signal processing and data analysis. There are two classes of wavelet transforms: continuous and discrete. In the article we have implemented the discrete wavelet transform with the resulting output distribution on a 3D graph. The algorithm and the results of converting a time series of indicators of integrated industrial systems of sugar subcomplex in agro industrial subcomplex. The methods of neural network modeling for improved accuracy in predicting high-frequency oscillation are applied in the research. The method of determination of cyclic patterns based on coefficients of the wavelet transform has been proposed
In the article the problem about appointments (backpacks) in various and more general statements is shortly examined: 1) the size of cargoes and volumes of backpacks; 2) the various utility of cargoes depending only from cargoes, but identical to all backpacks, and various expenses for their placing, and also restrictions on the resources, connected with backpacks, spent for cargoes at their placing; 3) various utility of each cargo for different backpacks, various expenses for placing of cargoes and various resources of owners of backpacks. The technology and an application technique of systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - the "Eidoses" system for the solution of generalization of non-meeting in the literature before problem of the appointments, providing automatic forecasting of degree of utility of cargoes for different backpacks on the basis of signs of cargoes by the decision of a problem of recognition with application of the model based on base of precedents

the consideration of factors under uncertainty
associated with a competitive advantage. Thus,
modeling of production volumes and range of
products will allow the company adapt quickly to

on management decisions. We have released several
bulk textbooks on the theory of decision-making.
This article discusses several key aspects of this
theory: a comparison of approaches to decisionmaking,
the pitfalls of voting, and the methodology
of decision-making, management responsibility. We
have considered a simple example of a problem of
decision-making in the management of the
organization: selection a model of a new car to run
into a series. Criteria for making a decision, which
put forward by the four experts-theorists,
contradicted each other. The Board of Directors
decided to issue a vote. We have considered the
"reefs" of voting. In the production and realization
of administrative decisions we distinguish four
levels. The first and most important level, which
determine the success or failure of administrative
activity is methodological. We discuss the levels of
production and realization of administrative
decisions. We give some examples where

Theoretical, transformational and practical provisions for the development and regulation of small businesses and farms in the country's economy and agriculture are being cleared up. In the process of studying the problem we used logical reasoning, methods of comparing, and monographic, economic and statistical methods also. It is shown that small farming forms (SFF) in agriculture are essential for progressive development of agriculture, which is now recognized as a growth point of import substitution in all national economy. Given the author's interpretation of the category definition "small farming form" in agriculture differs from other definitions, in a more complete evaluation and statistics, provisions regarding private cottages and households as the SFF, their locality of functioning, independence in taking risks, increased adaptation, economic and legal binding, spectrum of production. The article shows the history of definitions of small business and small farming forms, stages of small business development, the scope of its practice abroad and in our country. It is said that a leading role in the formation of small farms belonged to households, which are still playing a leading role in production of agricultural products for their own consumption (without selling on the market). It is noted that at the present stage of industrial transformation of small businesses and small farms they often have a low mechanization level, high cost structure of manual labor. They have problems in adapting to the sector of services, in embedding into a complex system of relationships with medium and large business on the basis of technological specialization and also promoting innovation. It is emphasized that today the growing role of small businesses, small farms makes it more pragmatic to assess the prospects of development of this sector in our country
In this article the model and a calculation procedure of
an integrated indicator of risk of the internal
environment of the integrated production system are
described. Then the steps of creation of triangular
fuzzy number for expected value of profit are given.
At creation of this fuzzy number the concept of an
indicator of risk of the internal environment of the
integrated production system was used. Further on the
basis of the developed model of internal risk the
interval model of efficiency of the integrated
production system is developed and described. In this
article the structure of a production chain of the
integrated production system of agroindustrial
complex was considered. In technologically complete
production chain, as a rule, allocate three stages – raw
materials production, storage and conversion, sale of
finished goods. Each subsequent stage depends from
previous stage, and at each stage various situations of
risk are shown. Also the process of risk identification
of the internal environment of the integrated
production system was considered in this article.
Process decomposition is executed, the description of subprocesses is given. For a risk assessment of the
internal environment it is necessary to know quantity
of production chains, and also to calculate value of risk
for each production chain on the enclosed algorithm.

interpretation of results of calculation of an integrated
indicator of risk of the internal environment of the
agro-industrial integrated production system on the
basis of Harrington's scale and standard indistinct 01
