In the article we have considered the new valuable reference points of the economy development of Russia characterized by such intrinsic categories as "wealth", "moral" and "happiness". On the subject of the conducted research, there is analyzed the moral position laid down in the Scriptures (in example the «Holy gospel»), the works of A. Smith, K., Marx, J.C. Sismondi, J.B. Say, A. Marshall, J. Stiglitz. Such important contemporary Russian society problems are formulated, such as: the disclosure of the relationship of the national wealth with its spiritual and moral development as an property; the depreciation of the moral values in the unspiritual elite of the society; the purity, the clarity, the innocence origin of the wealth of the every citizen; the grounds for the origin of the inequality in the world and in Russia and scientific stratification; the misconceptions about the correlation of the spirituality and the wealth or the poverty, the expectations of the happiness from outside are identified, the author laws of the morality development in the economics are formulated. Another important issue is the access to the distribution of the natural resources of the country, the distribution between the different members of the society. The main conclusion of the article is that in the economics of the happiness should be set such rules, in accordance with which the individual could become rich through his labour in the process of the spiritual and moral growth. The article examines the theoretical and methodical aspects
of features manifestation of Russia’s economy slowing
down at the mesolevel. We have established the forms of
transformation processes of regional economic systems: the
territorial polarization, lack of investment resources, the
expansion of the depressed economic areas, the outflow of
skilled labor, rising costs and others. On the basis of statistical
data, we have estimated the impact of growth on the
characteristics of the regional economies of the south of
Russia. As elements of the methodical basis of the implementation
study, we have justified the use of a systematic
approach and the author’s algorithm, which includes a
number of stages, where the result of the final stage is to
identify the main forms of mesolevel manifestations of the
slowdown of the Russian economy. The result of microlevel
forms of manifestation of the national economy is slowing
down the loss of the previous competitive advantages
of the regional economy. We consider the concept of territorial
competitiveness and its differences from the competitiveness
of the business entity, their industry associations,
and product sub-complexes. This article identifies factors
of regional competitiveness and identifies possible loss of
competitive advantages of the regional economy in the
conditions of the economic slowdown in Russia
In the article, there are some questions of the essence
of the category of "regional securities market" (RSM)
on the basis of functional approach and disclosure of a
role of RSM of regional level in functioning of mesolevel
economic systems. The review of literature on
the studied perspective is executed and its results are
presented in the system form with the indication of
positive and negative characteristics of approaches of
other authors. Methodical approach, which allows
formulating the author’s definition, is reasonable. The
principles of stable functioning and effective development
of regional RSM are noted. The comparative
analysis of rates of development of economy of Krasnodar
Region and other subjects of the Southern Federal
District on an indicator of an index of physical
volume of GRP is made. The leading positions of
Krasnodar Region and excess of the national level
throughout all studied period are revealed. Using the
method of the correlation and regression analysis established
mathematical interrelation between the investment
potential of RSM and development of regional
economy which force is estimated as average.
For strengthening their interaction, the mechanism of
increase of issue activity of regional issuers with use
of instruments of the budgetary financing, the state
credit and other factors is offered
The article presents theoretical and practical provisions for improvement of small business in agriculture: two blocks of small businesses’ features in agriculture are justified: first block is related to the sectoral specifics and its characteristic for both large and small forms of management; while second block is exclusively associated with the specific characteristics of small business; the forecast of small business development in agriculture is calculated, according to which the number of farms can decrease insignificantly; the number of cattle and cows in farms will increase, meanwhile it will decrease in private households; the number of sheep in the farms may slightly decrease, while at the same time the number of sheep in the households will increase; the number of birds in farms can increase, while it will decrease at households. This article presents the forecast of volumes and structure of small business, in accordance with which: the dynamics of households’ farming can increase both in crop and livestock production; the dynamics of production in farms will be observed, the structure of production by forms of management will remain unchanged; specific share of agricultural production by types in small farms is justified. Measures of improving the subsidizing and lending mechanism for small business and CRTs in agriculture are justified
The article deals with the study of the theoretical and methodological approaches of the creation of competitive strategies in the retail market of banking products and services; of specific features of competition in this market; of essence, nature, objects and factors of competition, the bank’s competitiveness at macro and micro levels. There were found structural and logical relationships that reflect the interaction of the main elements and parameters of micro and macro environment in determining the competitiveness of a commercial bank in the article. On the basis of different interpretations on the concept of «strategy», analysis theory and methodology of banking strategic management of B. Karloff, M. Porter, G. Hamel, classification strategies the authors argue that the development of competitive strategy of bank with the aim of forming its financial behavior promotes the formation of a favorable institutional environment and business climate. The authors of this article have concluded, that banks need to developing their competitive strategy in the context of the institutional trend in accordance with their social mission. The mission of the bank is a role in the society, philosophy, promising estimated model, orientation of the activities which is corresponding with objectives. Financial behavior of banks regardless of their strategy, concept of development, which is determined by the degree of competition in the market of banking products and services
