The article reveals the basic concepts, purpose and
classification of HRM systems used to manage the
organization's staff. The analysis of the international
and Russian market of HRM-systems and selected
alternatives (seven information systems) of this class
focused on the Russian practice of large and mediumsized
businesses has been performed. The process of
implementing an information system involves
selecting the system that best suited to the needs of the
business. For this purpose, there were developed
evaluation criteria of information systems and their
importance for the company. This stage of research
was conducted through a survey of experts from
among the University staff and practitioners. As a
result, we have obtained the matrix of evaluations of
alternative information systems of HRM and selected
class "1C: Salary and personnel management 8".
Research demos of the selected HRM system allowed
developing a functional model, presented in the form
of complex diagrams of cases of modeling language
UML 2.0. The developed diagrams clearly reflect the
allocated subsystems and their functions, as well as the
relationship between the actors of the process and
system functions. Summarizing the experience of
implementing similar systems, we composed a smartchart
showing the main stages of its implementation.
The results have practical value and can be used by
companies of the considered business segment as
specific recommendations
The article presents the basic concepts, classification
of SCM systems and the field of application of this
management technology. The analysis of the
international and Russian market SCM-systems,
allowed us to choose the five most popular
alternative information systems of this class. For the
procedure of selection of the information system have
been developed criteria, oriented to the demands of
corporate integrated structures. For each criterion
there was determined a value coefficient. This stage
of research was carried out with the involvement of
heads of corporate integrated structures, experts in
the field of it and scientists of Kuban state agrarian
University. As a result of the assessment, we have
chosen an information system called "SAP SCM
EWM" with the highest number of points. The study
of the functional information system was carried out
by building a complex chart of precedents (the
modeling language UML, tool Microsoft Visual
Studio 2012). Generalization of experience of
consulting and analytical companies allowed to
allocate the main stages of implementation for SCM
systems and to develop recommendations for their
implementation. The study has practical value for the
integrated corporate structures from the standpoint of
managerial decision-making of choosing an
information system of type SCM and introducing it
into their operations
The analysis and assessment of risk at the macrolevel
in this context is understood as assessment of extent
of influence of the external environment (macro
environment) on activity of the integrated production
system. In the article the model and the technique of
calculation of an integrated indicator of risk of an
adverse effect of the external environment of the
agro-industrial integrated production system is
offered. All stages of creation of the model which
include representation of basic risk factors of
macrolevel in the form of linguistic variables are
described, each of basic risk factors is a compound
linguistic variable. For obtaining total value of a
basic factor the matrix scheme of aggregation of
compound factors to basic level is used. The
equation of model of an integrated indicator of risk
of an adverse effect of the external environment on
the integrated production system is presented. The
principle of recognition and interpretation of result
on the basis of standard fuzzy 01-classificators is
shown. Also in this article the interrelation of an
integrated indicator with the choice of the strategy of
development for business system by definition of a
condition of the external environment is shown, and
depending on it the strategic scenario of development
of business system is offered
The article deals with the model of two-step combined control of municipal unitary enterprise in the conditions of uncertainty, which is different from well-known and widely used model of operative correction of specifying current information
In the article the forecasting model which is based on the theory of cellular automatic machines and mathematical apparatus of indistinct sets is presented. Its work on the real data of time number productivities of sugar beet in Mostovskoy area of Krasnodar territory is shown
The article reveals and describes the main trends in the modern environmental policy – globalization, glocalization, democratization, internalization of environmental values, the development of the concept and practices of "green" economy, networks development. The authors analyze the expansion of the circle of environmental policy actors and the emergence of mechanisms that public can use to influence environmental decision-making
This article is devoted to the practical application
of economic-mathematical methods (based on correlation
analysis) to control the economic parameters
of the integrated production systems sugar
subcomplex (IPS SS) AIC oriented to meet the
needs in the sugar production of the population not
only of individuals, but also of the regions and the
country as a whole. This article discusses and
solves the following tasks: autocorrelation and
partial autocorrelation functions, cross-correlation
function (correlation matrix) study of deciduous
macroeconomics series, with appropriate verification
(test) Durbin - Watson. The study used Statistica,
MS Excel and Xlstat add-in. The work describes
experiments with various kinds of nonstationary
time series of the agricultural sector and
food industry sugar subcomplex, as well as the test
results on the difficulty of communication between
them. We have identified industry-high cycles. The
article presents results of numerical experiments
autocorrelation of the time series of sugar production,
acreage, gross harvest and yield of sugar beet
and sugar cane, by country. Systematically, we
describe ideas and methods underlying the correlation
analysis. We have given the evaluation of the
results of correlation analysis on each type. Further,
it can be assumed that the proposed techniques
will greatly affect a key points when making
recommendations for new models of production
of sugar products, market-oriented – this will
minimize the time and cost of the finished product
that will make a more stable position in the sector
for this integrated production system in relation to
its competition

To improve the efficiency of using receivable accounts at the enterprise, there is an objective need to perform its constant control. The management of the accounts receivable allows to consider the issues arising during the execution of payments from the debtors of the enterprise in due time and to take essential measures to overcome such situations. This will ultimately have a favorable effect on the financial condition of the company. This article reviews the possibility of using information technologies for the management of the accounts receivable of the enterprise through the implementation of a balanced credit policy. The presented software tool makes it possible to calculate the final credit rating of each enterprise’s debtor by determining the sum of the weighted estimates of all risk factors, to determine the credit limit of each debtor, based on the total debt limit of the company, or on the basis of average monthly receipt from the funds of the debtor. Furthermore, the program helps to calculate the sum of discounts given to the debtor for the timely merchandise payment, or the sum of the fine for breach of the payment discipline. The use of information technology to automate processes of the accounts receivable management of enterprises can significantly reduce economist’s time of work spent on this issue, define emerging problems in this sphere in due time and help to make justified management decisions to overcome such problems
