The article is devoted to optimization of transport streams. The authors investigate the concept of "optimization of transport streams" and the solution of transport tasks by various methods, revealing the minimum cost of costs of transportation of production. The volume of transport tasks of a measure of industrialization of agriculture steadily increases, thus the volume of transportations as agriculture, and the industrial output delivered to agriculture grows. It is necessary to find the optimum structure of vehicles providing the minimum costs for transportation. This classical transport task has about two tens methods of the decision. In our article we study a route of the movement at which there will be minimum costs of transportation of the production on the example of “Viktoriya”. As sales now is one of the most traditional and significant scopes of information technologies, the emerging market of trade even more often faces problems, concerning automation of information and material streams. A widespread problem of this area is optimization of routes of the movement on delivery of goods. Its decision will allow: to guarantee timely delivery of goods to the customer; to cut fuel consumption; to provide rational use of resources vehicle fleet. The authors reveal contemporary issues of dairy cattle
breeding. These problems are cross-sectoral in nature
and are caused by economic realities, related to the
crisis, high production and financial risks, lack of financial
resources and insufficient state support system.
The article reveals the specifics of the dairy industry,
including the uniqueness of the products, the rhythm of
production and high dependence of the industry on the
scale of production. The authors analyze the dynamics
and structure of milk production in federal districts of
the Russian Federation; assess the changes in the indices
of dairy cattle breeding production on farms of all
categories of the Russian Federation and calculate milk
production efficiency in the agricultural enterprises of
Krasnodar territory. The authors have found that the
major milk producers in the Krasnodar region are agricultural
organizations, but their share in the gross production
of milk was constantly decreasing over the
period of 1990-2014. The article proves the feasibility
of improving the mechanisms of state support for the
dairy industry, including assistance in the creation and
development of consumer cooperatives that promote
the growth of efficiency and competitiveness of dairy
farming

The article examines the factors, which influence the
formation of the market of poultry production. Agricultrual
producers have developed diversified business
channels, which depend on the nature of the
economic interests of the owners of farms, local
market conjuncture, the level of development of its
own product processing and logistics structures. The
growing share of imports has created a tangible
threat to food security and the increasing dependence
of megalopolises and big cities on import, in
addition long-term relationaships have been destroyed
within the existing socialist system, increased
prices disparity. Only at the beginning of the
21st century Russian poultry industry started to get
rid of the consequences of liberal market reforms. In
many ways, the development of industry were contributed
by the realization of the priority national
project «Development of agriculture» and by the
State program of development of agriculture and
regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw
materials and food for 2008-2012. However, the
modernization of poultry subcomplex was mainly
catching and accompanied by increasing dependence
on imports cross, equipment, premixes and feed.
Poultry organizations have high debt on loans, subsidies
for reimbursement of the cost of interest com
unevenly, putting poultry farms in a disastrous situation.
In 2014, Russia has 21 region – poultry donor
(where the volume of domestic production exceeds
consumption) and 61 recipient regions (where the
volume of domestic production is less than consumption)

in the accounting order of cash transactions in the
Russian Federation which was introduced on June 1,
2014 in accordance with the CBR instruction № 3210-
U. It marked the reasons for the ongoing monitoring of
all changes in the legislation because of their significant
amount and high level of control over the activities of
the organization taken by the state. The theoretical
issues of changed rules of cash transactions are
considered, the differences, their advantages and
disadvantages are indicated. The examples of the
effects of changing the provision № 373-P on the
instruction № 3210-U on the tax burden of economic
entities are given. The article provides the main reasons
and moments that led to the changes in the rules of cash
transactions. The requirements relating to individual
entrepreneurs and small businesses that were abolished
are given. The general structure of the changes that
were made in the new instruction of Central Bank of
Russia №3210-U 2014 in comparison with the last
provision of the Central Bank of Russia № 373-P is
analyzed. The article describes the results of the
changes in the new instructions of the Central Bank of
Russia № 3210-U, which affected businesses, that
