MATHEMATICAL MODELING IN THE SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC PLANNING OF ECONOMIC SUBJECTS IN THE TOURISM SPHERE
The sphere of internal tourism is one of the state
priorities of the Russian Federation. The development
of tourism in the Crimea will ensure the integration of
the region into the Russian economy. The main
instrument of using the competitive advantages of the
tourist destination is Crimea - public-private
partnership (PPP). The state has formed a legislative
base for the use of PPP. The main role in the dynamic
development of tourism business belongs to business
entities. For the hospitality industry, the challenge is to
build an effective management system in which
strategic planning plays an important role. The
analysis of the strategic planning processes at the level
of economic entities in the hospitality industry
revealed a number of problems, one of which is the
failure to use progressive methods of strategic
planning, including mathematical modeling. The
purpose of the study is to determine the directions for
improving the strategic planning of economic entities
by developing a qualitative model of the organization's
development that will allow to form an information
base for making sound strategic plans. To determine
the construction of a qualitative model of the
development strategy of organizations in the sector
under study, it is proposed to use a number of average
industry indicators obtained by summarizing
individual indicators: the efficiency of economic
activity (Y); financial stability (X). The trend
modeling (Y) indicates positive moderate dynamics,
while the generalized indicator Y reaches 55.7826 in
2021. Similar results were obtained in modeling the
generalized index of financial stability. Both analyzed indicators X and Y change the direction of their
dynamics to the opposite - upward, starting from 2016,
which indicates a favorable industry-wide situation.
The results of the analysis will make it possible to
increase the validity of managerial decisions when
formulating strategic alternatives and choosing the
optimal development strategy
This article is a continuation of [1] devoted to the definition of a system of indicators to assess the creditworthiness of Russian regions, obtaining the minimum and the optimal number of clusters for the regions dependent credit index, the construction ofdiscriminant models to assess the creditworthiness of the regions, with the reliability of recognition of 91% and 96%. However, adequate and effective assessment of the state of the region, the model of multivariate statistical analysis is necessary to supplement and use them in conjunction with other models of assessment
of the region, such as fuzzy are the production, hybrid systems, neural networks, i.e., create a representative group of methods. Development of fuzzy and fuzzy hybrid (neuro-fuzzy) systems for the credit assessment of regions subject of this article
The integration of producers of raw materials and its processors into the agro-industrial complex is connected with the social division of labor, its specialization, the need for interaction between specialized branches and types of agro-industrial production. Agrarian enterprises are united in an effort to reduce the risk, the emergence of which depends on the climatic conditions, the spontaneity of the agricultural market, the dictates of processing enterprises, the need to increase the competitiveness of production. In the Russian practice, there were various organizational forms of integration, differing in the nature of economic ties between participants, the degree of independence of the enterprises entering the association, the combination of centralization and decentralization of management. Conventionally they are divided into associative - "soft" and corporate - "hard." The "soft" forms of association include as-association, union, non-profit partnership and strategic alliance. They can effectively function at the interregional level. A rigid type of integration ties is characteristic for combines, concerns, trusts, holdings. Agricultural consumer cooperatives are voluntary associations of legal entities and individuals residing or operating in a certain rural area on the basis of membership and pooling of money units in order to meet the needs of members in credit resources and other banks services. The conditions for the emergence of sustainable integrated associations in the agroindustrial complex require qualitative and quantitative analysis based on mathematical modeling
The article is devoted to the mathematical modeling
of compatibility of economical interests of processing enterprises and feedstock manufacturers. Parametric mathematical model in a form of weighed gain was created.
Methodological and productive and economic aspects of the developed system of the organization and management of harvest-procuring of a grain yield and sugar beet, and a problem of interdepartmental interaction are analyzed. The innovative approach to increase of efficiency of harvest-procuring in plant growing in modern conditions is offered
A set of routines is developed for decision support systems in the area of state budget financing of activi-ties, which are aimed at improving competitiveness of agro-industrial complex in financial markets via reducing investment risks. The parameters of the state support for a set of projects recommended for implementation in the Krasnodar region are estimated
In this article, the author's approach for research of
financial and economic crisis of the enterprises with
use of canonical catastrophe of a fold and assemblage
is offered. Mathematical models of development
of crisis at the enterprise at different levels of
detailed elaboration: 1) at an estimation of liquidity
and solvency, financial stability, business activity,
profitability; 2) at an estimation of the general financial
and economic condition of the enterprise; 3) for
construction of potential of development of enterprise
are offered
In article approaches to elimination of jams on roads are considered. Necessary conditions of application of these approaches are considered.
The results of the service quality measurement on the local market of plastic windows are reviewed in this paper. The quality of service is considered as competitive advantage. Mystery shopping method is reviewed. The system of service quality assessment has been developed
The HACCP system today is the main model of
quality management and safety of meat products in
domestic production. Evaluation, risk analysis and risk
management should be integrated into the corporate
governance process as one of the important
components, taking into account the relevant strategy,
tactics and operational implementation. It is important
to not only manage the risk, but also periodically
review the risk management measures such as the
prevention, reduction and compensation of damage.
The article examines the features of the
implementation and of the corporate risk management
in the meat processing plant
