The article considers the issues of economic security of the country and argues that the priorities of economic security of the state vary depending on the historical period of development of the state, and under the influence of changes in the world. In modern terms they are monetary, energy and food security. The article is devoted to the issue of food security as an integral and essential part of national security, because the share of imports in total food variously estimated at from 30 to 50 %. Ensuring food security contributes to sustainable social climate in society. Russia, having all the main types of resources - land, water, energy, raw materials and labour, is not yet able to make full use of their populations wholesome food through own production. Needs completed large-scale imports even for those that it can produce sufficient not only for domestic consumption but also for export to the world market. Food security regions and the country serves as a basic indicator of human activity, and security is a priority of the state agrarian policy of the state.. The article proves that food security as an important element of national security involves ensuring the normal operation of such a complex biological system, as a people, mostly at the expense of domestic food production with the accounting standards recommended by the Institute of nutrition of the Academy of medical Sciences. The article is exploratory in nature, reflected in the fact that it dealt with issues of food security of the region and the country. The article is devoted to solving actual tasks associated with the role of agriculture in the Kuban in ensuring food security in the region and the country. In article on the basis of the analysis of the economic potential of Krasnodar region, in particular the agro-industrial complex of the region as the largest Russian producer and supplier of agricultural products and raw materials, justifies the role of agrarian and industrial complex of Krasnodar region and its ability to ensure food and economic security, and the country as a whole. Realities of today have defined a new stage of development which can be characterized as the entry of world economic system in a condition of crisis.
Recognizing that development of economic systems means continuous violation of macroeconomic balance - a necessary condition of development. In this context transition processes are considered as a natural, state of society and economy in the course of its evolution. Characteristic feature of a market economy is recurrence of economic development. Recurrence is a form of development of economy as whole, the movement from one macroeconomic balance to another. Recurrence can be as one of ways of self-regulation of market economy. As line of recurrence is the movement not around, and on a spiral, it likes a form of progressive development. The main phase of a business cycle is crisis during which the broken proportions of a social production are restored. For crisis the following signs are characteristic: growth of mass of unrealized production; increase of loan percent; decrease in the share price, etc. All this is of the capital and control of business activity that leads to falling of profit, crisis of non-payments, and is frequent also to bankruptcy. In this article, in accordance with the methodology of
the Automated system-cognitive analysis (ASCanalysis),
we examine the implementation of the 1st
and 2nd stages of ASC-analysis: cognitive structuring
and formalization of the subject area. At the stage of
cognitive structurization of subject area, researchers
decide what to consider as the object of modeling, the
factors affecting it and the results of their actions. In
accordance with the results of the cognitive structurization,
we prepare the initial database for the study
(training sample or case-based reasoning). At the stage
of formalization of the subject area, the base of the
original data is being normalized, i.e., we develop
classification and description: the scale and graduations
and with their use the base of the source data is
being encoded. The result is a database of events
(eventological database) and the training sample. The
stage of cognitive structuring and preparation of the
source data is not formalized and the formalization of
the subject area is fully automated and performed directly
with the use of the universal cognitive analytical
system named "Eidos", which is a software Toolkit for ASC-analysis. Stages of cognitive structurization and
formalization of the subject area of ASC-analysis are
the first steps of data conversion into information and

In the article we present the results of researches of influence of low temperatures on the qualitative characteristics of pectin substances of pome fruit. Comparing the information before and after freezing shows that qualitative indicators are decreasing, but only slightly
The economic position of the agricultural sector of the Krasnodar region and the place of small business in economy of the region is considered. It is noted that in structure of agricultural production of the country today the region produces 8%, in gross regional product – about 13% of the total material production. The main share of agricultural production is still produced by agricultural organizations, in 2013, they generated more than 61% of total production, farm population - 24%, domestic farms - 15%. Regional plant growing today produces more than 72% of all agricultural products. In the sphere of animal husbandry, the authors recommend stabilizing dairy herd, to restore the normal functioning of pig farms, build and reconstruct farms and complexes, to increase the supply of quality feeds, to restore the productivity of animals and poultry, the quality level of the staffing industry. It is noted that the production of milk has become a pretty beneficial business; its profitability has risen to 37%. But meat production remains unprofitable due to weak motivation of investing, and problems with lending. There are also serious problems in technical support, especially to the sector of small farm management. As a result, producers suffer from significant financial losses due to the great timing of major agricultural companies. Attention is drawn to the unused opportunities of leasing machinery and equipment, negative policy of low wages for rural workers, and high number of farms which are in bankruptcy proceedings. To increase the stability of development of the agrarian economy, the authors recommend taking into account the peculiarities of financial-economic activity of small rural businesses
The article is devoted to the urgent problems of modern realities- restructuring and improvement of material-technical base of the branch on the basis of technical and organizational-ecological renovation of production. There was considered the scientific-technical revolution in agriculture in the article. There was cited the analysis of works of some economists working with different aspects of the theory of developed economic systems and the theory of innovation components determining the effectiveness of reproduction processes. There were cited the main principles of the law of development of economic systems and their action and as well as there was presented algebraically the law of composition and proportionality (harmony) in the article. There was underlined that for normal motion of reproduction is necessary to supply not only the rational proportions between branches of producing things of personal consumption but fro this is necessary to supply the composition and proportions between different branches inside of each these subdivisions. The present methodological and methodical apparatus does not give the possibilities properly to determine the points of bifurcation and effective limits of innovation-orientation restructuring of giving the possibility to increase the competitiveness, effectiveness and capitalization of an enterprise. We have also presented a complex of tasks of innovation-orientation restructuring of an enterprise in the article. The cyclic character of processes of innovation-orientation restructuring is supplied with introduction except of consequent realization of processes the reverse connection as a monitoring of a motion of restructuring as a deviation of results from planned ones.
