NOISE IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION AND APPROACHES TO THE NOISE CONTROL WHILE USING EQUIPMENT AND MACHINES ON THE BASIS OF THE NEWEST TECHNOLOGIES

abstract 1211607077 issue 121 pp. 1221 – 1254 30.09.2016 ru 643
Here we present a brief survey of the occurrence of noise in agricultural production while using agricultural machinery and machines with possibility of application of the newest technologies including informational ones. It is well known, that noise is a constant component of all agricultural enterprises and it often indicates the operational condition of equipment and technical culture of enterprises. This is true about both stationary production, such as elevators, grinding plants, feed mills, corn processing plants, and tractors and harvesters. It is natural that above-mentioned mechanisms produce purposeful transformation of the movement. At the same time, any mechanism consists of separate parts that are flexibly joined with each other. In addition, it is due to this fact that the noise occurs. Thus, we should note that due to their design features and complexity of technology itself harvesters a priori are machines that create and produce noise. Noise reduction in machines and equipment is accompanied by increase of labor productivity. Thus, noise protection is an important issue. To reduce the noise a set of measures is applied but not all of them are efficient for selfpropelled machines, including harvesters. Besides, noise is one of the most important indicators of equipment quality, and in some cases, it can be the indicator of the technical level of a machine because it objectively displays inaccuracies in the manufacture of almost all parts. Therefore, noise control is an important problem that has social and economic value

TO THE CALCULATION OF THE ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF WIND ENERGY AND THE CHOICE OF WIND POWER PLANTS

abstract 1151601083 issue 115 pp. 1310 – 1322 27.01.2016 ru 645
To determine the feasibility of using PV systems we should assess the economic efficiency of wind energy in the region. At the same time, the first step should be an analysis of upper-air and power characteristics of the wind. The next stage is to determine the energy source of wind power (theoretical, technical and economic potential). The basic approach to the calculation of economic indicators should include a determination of the effectiveness of wind power installations in competition with traditional energy sources in a particular region. There are important following indicators: the payback period and economic efficiency. If the economic potential of wind power satisfies the requirements, the next step is to study the technical requirements applicable to wind power stations. For a preliminary assessment of the terrain, the article discloses a sequence of events that must be performed to assess the effectiveness of the installation of wind power systems. We have listed advantages and disadvantages of the main types of wind power plants, and other ramifications of choosing of basic functional units. The considered in an article analytical expressions for calculating the evaluation of economic efficiency of wind energy, the technical requirements for the basic parameters of wind turbines and their main advantages, disadvantages and features the work will allow at the design stage to carry out a preliminary assessment of effectiveness of the wind power stations for a particular region and locality, specific types consumers in view of their modes of operation and the quality requirements of electricity

INTENSIFICATION OF THE CULTIVATION PROCESS OF PHYSIOLOGICALLY-ADAPTED LACTOBACILLI AS A BASIS FOR THE CREATION OF BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS OF MICROBIAL ORIGIN FOR POULTRY BREEDING

abstract 1281704076 issue 128 pp. 1101 – 1114 28.04.2017 ru 645
The work was done in the research laboratory of the department of Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Biophysics of Kuban State Agrarian University, the aim of which was to select the most appropriate nutrient medium for maximum growth of lactic acid microorganism growth. The object of the study was its own microflora of gastrointestinal tract of quails ‒ Lactobacillus agilis, Lactobacillus intermedius and Lactobacillus salivarius. As a nutrient substrate there were used 4 of the nutrient media: the medium for lactic acid bacteria (city Uglich), the melasse-autolysis medium, the glucose-peptone medium and the MRS. During the cultivation of the microflora of the variable parameters were the time and temperature of cultivation. During the cultivation of microflora the time and the temperature of growing were the variable parameters. In the process of growing there was carried out the analysis of dynamics of consumption of reducing substances and titers of microorganisms. According to the results of growing of microbial cultures there was revealed the active consumption of carbon substrate in used variants of nutrient media, and it was found that there was observed the maximum of cells to 24 h of cultivation. On the basis of carried out results of cultivation on different media and at different parameters there was determined that the most titer of cells was reached to 24 h at the temperature 38,0 °С on the melasse-autolysis medium. So, the melasse-autolysis medium can be recommended in production conditions as the cheaper substrate at the further development of biological preparations for poultry breeding

ON THE ISSUE OF SUBSTANTIATION OF THE DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS ON MECHANICAL SYSTEM WITH RIGID ELASTIC LOADCARRYING COMPONENTS

abstract 1181604063 issue 118 pp. 1037 – 1049 29.04.2016 ru 646
The main reason of the developmental delay of the RF livestock sector below the level of its inherent potential capacity is a detrimental alteration in methodological procedure of livestock and poultry management, occurring due to shortage of traditional feeds. As a result, a necessity to develop the yearlong production of additional fodders, allowing for balanced feeding throughout the year, arose. The method of hydroponic green fodder (HGF) cultivation meets these requirements. Analysis of HGF production methods and labor saver mechanisms makes possible to claim that existing systems are characterized by high costs and difficulties in fabrication, and require a number of additional mechanical devices to work. In the FSBEI HE “KSMTU”, a one-tier hydroponic system has been developed, fitted with curved (arched) guideways and rigid elastic load-carrying components, where loading of seeds and takeout of grown HGF occur by gravity without additional devices of labour input. Based on analysis performed on design features of the proposed system, it has been established that emergence of parametric resonances in the system under consideration is possible; and the study of tray dynamical stability has been carried out with the aim to prevent them. The motion of the hydroponic system tray under consideration is described by the classical Mathieu equation, including two parameters a and q. The further studies of sets of stable and unstable solutions in the plane of a and q parameters are presented by the Ince-Strutt diagram. As a result of the performed calculations, the diameter of the loadcarrying component was identified (d=5 mm), which should ensure reliable working capacity and stability of the hydroponic system in whole

METHODS OF WAVELET ANALYSIS AS A TOOL OF ECONOMIC SECURITY

abstract 1181604027 issue 118 pp. 507 – 519 29.04.2016 ru 646
In the context of the objective existence of risk and economic, human and other losses related with it, there is a need in a specific mechanism, which would allow the best way to predict the damage caused by the emergency. These risk management tools in emergency situations are monitoring and forecasting. In this research work, time series are used as a signal; they contain information about the number of fires in the Karachayevo-Cherkessia in the period of 1983- 2014. In solving the problem, the authors applied wavelet tools for data cleaning from noise, anomalies that have provided quality model building reliable forecast - possible number of fires in one quarter ahead. This example shows that for the construction of this forecast there is no need for a rigorous mathematical model specification, which is especially valuable in the analysis of poorly formalized processes. We have noted that most of the tasks in emergencies fall into this category of processes
