The article presents the results on the effects of
Imazethapyr herbicide on aquatic organisms. The
chronic toxic effects have been studied of the
imidazolinone herbicide in a concentration range of
0.4 - 1150 mg/l to the representatives of various
groups of aquatic organisms: zoobenthos – great
ramshorn snail (Planorbarius corneus), zooplankton
- Daphnia (Daphnia magna Straus), phytoplankton -
protococcal alga (Scenedesmus guadrigauda) and
macrophytes - higher aquatic vegetation (Elodea
canadensis Michx). It is shown that the herbicide
does not have a pronounced lethal effect to aquatic
organisms tested. Their respective LC50 values are
> 1000, 680, 510 and 910. Elodea is shown to be
most sensitive to its sublethal effects (decreased
growth of lateral and main sprouts at a concentration
of 10 mg/l and more), reduced fertility was observed
in Daphnia at a concentration of 300 mg/l and
above, and as to the great ramshorn snail no
sublethal effects have been revealed for all the
concentrations studied
This article analyses the state religious policy in regard
to the Russian Orthodox Church in the first post Great
Patriotic War years. The characteristic of the religious
life during the above-mentioned period in the
Krasnodar Territory is given. The main resource of this
research was documents of the Authorized Board on
Russian Orthodox Church Affairs of the USSR
Ministerial Council in Krasnodar Territory. Some
positive changes in state- church relations took place.
New churches began to open. Revitalization of the
religious life came into being. It was shown in peoples’
participating in religious holidays, making orthodox
ceremonies. Christening was the most popular
ceremony. The less popular was the religious wedding.
In that period of time, women were active participants
of the religious life of the region. Among believers
there were soldiers demobilized from the army.
However from 1948 first signs of estrangement in state
– church relations began to appear

In the article, we have described the main causes of
the fuel-air mixtures explosion and such affecting
factors as air blast and fragmental fields. Explosions
are performed using various sources of energy. The
scale of the explosions consequences depends on
their detonation power and the environment in which
they occur. The range of the affected areas can reach
several kilometers. The basic parameter that
characterizes the explosives is the maximum
pressure. Increasing distance from the explosion, the
maximum pressure and pulse decrease and action
duration increases. There is presented method, which
is developed in Windows-based applications that
allows investigate the dependence of the destruction level on the distance and the explosion epicenter.
Algorithm of application operation implements
automatically filling of the "molar mass of
combustible material, g/mol" field depending on the
user’s choice of the flammable substance name. After
calculating the raw data, the user moves to the
calculation of all the parameters and sees the results
of the calculation. By default, the calculation results
are presented in tabular form. Further, the results of
calculation are presented with a graphical
representation of data. The developed software can
be used in the educational process at studying such
disciplines as "Theory of burning and explosion",
"The production safety", "Protection in emergency
situations", and also be recommended to practical
workers in the sphere of labor safety, prediction and
assessment of the technological accidents and
catastrophes consequences, teachers of this profile
disciplines
The authors reveal contemporary issues of dairy cattle
breeding. These problems are cross-sectoral in nature
and are caused by economic realities, related to the
crisis, high production and financial risks, lack of financial
resources and insufficient state support system.
The article reveals the specifics of the dairy industry,
including the uniqueness of the products, the rhythm of
production and high dependence of the industry on the
scale of production. The authors analyze the dynamics
and structure of milk production in federal districts of
the Russian Federation; assess the changes in the indices
of dairy cattle breeding production on farms of all
categories of the Russian Federation and calculate milk
production efficiency in the agricultural enterprises of
Krasnodar territory. The authors have found that the
major milk producers in the Krasnodar region are agricultural
organizations, but their share in the gross production
of milk was constantly decreasing over the
period of 1990-2014. The article proves the feasibility
of improving the mechanisms of state support for the
dairy industry, including assistance in the creation and
development of consumer cooperatives that promote
the growth of efficiency and competitiveness of dairy
farming
In complex multiparameter technical systems there are
numerous and varied physical processes which, on the
one hand, have a significant impact on the
performance of those systems, and on the other hand, it
is extremely difficult amenable to description in the
form of meaningful analytical models based on
equations, because these models must take into
account the specific features of the systems. As a
consequence, the development of conceptual analytical
models is a "hand-made work" and it is associated with
a large number of simplifying assumptions that reduce
their versatility and reliability. But there is also another
principle of modeling: the construction of
phenomenological information models, i.e. models that
do not have analytical forms of representation that
describes the simulated system superficially as a
"black box". Such models can be built directly based
on empirical data and with the appropriate software it
can be a standard technology much faster and much
less time consuming than developing meaningful
analytical models. On the other hand, the
phenomenological information model can be sufficient
to determine the rational design features and
parameters of the modes of operation of complex
technical systems. Besides, such phenomenological
models can be viewed as the first stage in the
development of meaningful analytical models. It is
proposed to use a new universal innovative method of
artificial intelligence for creating phenomenological
models of complex technical systems: automated
system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its
programmatic Toolkit which is a universal cognitive
analytical system called "Eidos". In the system of
"Eidos" we have implemented a software interface that
provides direct input into the system large amounts of
empirical data from an Excel file. The system of
"Eidos" can directly (based on empirical
(experimental) data) calculate how much information about the results of the technical systems is contained
in the facts of possessing certain specific structural
elements and certain values of the parameters modes
of its work. On this basis, the system provides
research-based and appropriate recommendations for
the rational choice of design features and parameters
of the operation modes of the simulated system
In agriculture the issue of enhancing the
efficiency of operation of internal combustion
engines (ICE), reducing the costs of
maintenance (TO) and repairing (TP) fuel
supply apparatus (TA) using the improvement
of methods and means of diagnosis is a topical
in connection with the aging rolling stock
farming and lack of investment. Analysis of the
known TA diesel engine vehicles systems
showed that the most widespread system is the
divided type with multiplunger high pressure
fuel pump (fuel pump), while the methods of its
diagnosing are laborious, they require partial
disassembly and have insufficient accuracy.
The mathematical models that characterize the
work of a high-pressure fuel pump (fuel pump)
use a large number of parameters that
significantly affect the quality of dynamics of
the change of pressure values of diesel fuel.
However, in the materials of previously
published articles there were no issues
considered assessing the extent of the
quantitative impact, performance and features
change in the sensitivity settings of the
mathematical models on the simulation results,
there are no recommendations on the degree of
sensitivity and importance of each of the
parameters. For a more accurate diagnosis of
the fuel supply apparatus of a diesel engine it is
advisable to use several methods of diagnosing.

This article was written in the mainstream of modern
Lingua-pragmatic research and is dedicated to the
analysis of keywords from the point of view of the
degree of their semantic significance for representation
of intensions of the producer text. The study was made
on a material of texts of a search queries. The choice
of this type of Internet communication is due, first of
all, to the fact that the search query is a text consisting
entirely of keywords. The main methods studies, were
continuous sampling of the material, linguistic
experiment and semantic and communicative analysis.
The article raises the question of the hierarchy of
keywords in the structure of the search query. The
author suggests criteria for classifying keywords,
develops a technique for analyzing the search query in
a communicative aspect. The division of the search
query into more and less significant components is due
to the communicative and pragmatic intention of the
author of the text. Particular attention is paid to the
difficulties arising in the analysis of requests in which
the producer's intention is not clearly expressed. The
results of the research are important for understanding
the linguistic essence of the keyword, the principles of
the formation of search queries and can be used in the
analysis of keywords in different types of texts
