INTERACTIONS OF GOLD, SILVER AND MAGNESIUM NANOPARTICLES WITH PLANTS

abstract 1201606047 issue 120 pp. 675 – 705 30.06.2016 ru 1109
The review examines the recent years’ data pertaining to the interaction of plants with nanoparticles of noble metals (gold and silver) and with nanoparticles of magnesium as an element that has a central role in the organization of the cellular protein-synthesizing apparatus. Information is presented about the effect of gold and silver nanoparticles on plants and on possible nanoparticle phytotoxicity. It is shown that magnesium nanoparticles, as well as those of noble metals, produce various effects on the growth and productivity of plants, enabling the arsenal of biologically active substances to be expanded. Analysis is made of the involvement of magnesium nanoparticles in cryobiological reaction of the regular breakdown of plant RNA under conditions of ultra low temperatures, which is important not only for the further developments of views of the origin of life ob Earth but also for the purposes of designing new markers for the analysis of the biological peculiarities of agricultural crops on the basis of studies of magnesium in the long-lived RNA of their mature seeds. The presented critical analysis of the literature data, which are often incomplete and contradictory, suggest that a coordinated research program is needed that would detect correlation between particle parameters, experimental design, and observed biological effects

INTERCONNECTION LIMIT THEOREMS AND MONTE-CARLO METHOD

abstract 1141510002 issue 114 pp. 27 – 41 30.12.2015 ru 1049
The purpose of mathematical statistics is development of methods for the data analysis intended to solve applied problems. Over time, approaches to the development of data analysis methods have changed. A hundred years ago, it was assumed, that the distributions of the data have a certain type, for example, they are normal distributions, and on that assumption they developed a statistical theory. The next stage, in the first place in theoretical studies there are limit theorems. By "small sample" we mean a sample, which can not be applied to conclusions based on the limit theorems. In each statistical problem there is a need to divide the final sample sizes into two classes - those for which you can apply the limit theorems, and those for which you can not do it because of the risk of incorrect conclusions. To solve this problem we often used the Monte Carlo method. More complex problems arise when studying the effect on the properties of statistical procedures for data analysis of various deviations from the original assumptions. To study such impact, we often used the Monte Carlo method as well. The basic (and not solved in a general way) problem of the study of the stability of the findings in the presence of deviations from the parametric families of distributions is the problem of choosing some distributions for using in modeling. We consider some examples of application of the Monte Carlo method, relating to the activities of our research team. We have also formulated basic unsolved problems

INTERDISCIPLINARY CONNECTIONS IN THE PROCESS OF EDUCATING TO MATHEMATICS OF STUDENTS OF ECONOMIC SPECIALTIES

abstract 1191605024 issue 119 pp. 349 – 359 31.05.2016 ru 531
In this article, we examine questions about realization of interdisciplinary connections in the process of teaching of mathematics the students of economic specialties. Taking into account the circumstance that economic specialties are integrating information from mathematical, natural, humanitarian and socioeconomic disciplines, going near the selection of maintenance of course of mathematics must be oriented to the mathematical apparatus for all cycles forming certain abilities and skills. Thus, in the process of teaching mathematics we have to emphasize the necessity of maintenance of "vertical" connections in a course mathematics, marking that maintenance of flat rate of mathematics can not be certain from the cleanly pragmatic point of view, based only on the specific of future specialty of studying, without the account of internal logic of mathematics, id est., from a course mathematicians we must not eliminate questions and divisions, not having a direct professional orientation, but providing internal subject connections or the logic of the discipline. Accordance to the criterion of internal subject integrity means, that maintenance of the course of mathematics will not grow into totality of fragmentary information necessary for the special preparation, and will possess necessary plenitude, logical uncontradiction and sequence. On the other hand, it is necessary to accent attention on the study of the different processes and phenomena, lighted up in general professional disciplines, as studying of all these questions must be of the ponderable use in the professional becoming of future specialist, i.e. the special importance is acquired by interdisciplinary integration connections at the level of which the applied professional orientation of the studied material comes true
