In the article, some results of empirical sociological
research of problems of political socialization of youth
are discussed. The answers of respondents to questions
of interest in policy, the ethnic conflicts and protest
activity are analyzed. The main reasons for extremist

The analysis of the various conditions of the two (four) laser radiation streams coherent addition was realized. It is shown that it is possible to create devices providing continuous subtraction of waves. In such radiation stream a continuous subtraction on the line can be replaced by the continuous addition on the photomultiplier by using a dispersive delay line. The article gives an assessment of physical and
chemical properties of muscle and fatty tissue,
biochemical-indices of the blood of the purebred pigs
of large white crossing (KB), crossing local mAcurrent,
obtained by crossing KB sows with boars of
steppe type (ST) CM-1 and three-pedigree animals,
obtained by crossing crossbred ewes KB x ST with
imported boars of specialized meat breeds such as
Landrace (L) Duroc (D) and pietrain (P). We have
studied indicators such as : number of protein, fat
content, pH acid, moisture content and color intensity
of PSE and DFD defects, the intensity of coloration of
muscle tissue, the content of tryptophan, held tasting
meat and broth, defined by nutritional value and
studied the technological properties of subcutaneous
fat, the melting point of the fat and iodine number
The results of a comparative study of the experimental groups of Holstein animals belonging to the Vis Bey Eidial line are given: four groups of repair calves and four groups of gobies. Their hematological indices were studied at higher daily rates of milk drinking and early training of experimental animals to plant feeds with a probiotic supplement of cellobacterins in the milk period. The difference between the groups was the technology of their cultivation: I-control group - up to 6 months of the age was grown according to the traditional technology adopted in the farm: 200 kg of milk (for 50 days) and 400 kg of return (from 50 to 110 days), and concentrated feeds consisting of pre-fodder (50%) and corn (50%), the same calves received experimental calves; II-test group - up to 6 months increased norm of milk drinking (for 25 days) - 200 kg and 400 kg of return (from 25 to 60 days); III-test group - up to 6 months the increased norm of drinking milk (for 50 days) - 450 kg and return (from 50 to 110 days): heifers - 600, bulls -800kg; IV-test group - up to 6 months an increased rate of milk drinking (for 60 days) - 450 kg and return (from 60 to 120 days): heifers - 600, bulls -800 kg. The calves of all experimental groups were fed a probiotic preparation of cellobacterin in an amount of 3 g for each animal up to 18 months of age. When the experimental animals reach 12-, 15-, 18-months age, hematologic examinations were carried out. Features of intraeconomic economic relations, the

known management concepts, we can say that
domestic enterprises often make a choice in favor of
downsizing, which is a short- or medium-term
survival strategy. The most promising in the context
of the regulation of intraeconomic economic relations
is the concept of reengineering. It is supplemented by
the principles of controlling. Aside from choosing an
effective management strategy, managers of
agricultural enterprises to maintain an acceptable
level of manageability and efficiency have to use
internal calculation, which provides freedom of
action and autonomy of structural units in
maintaining the integrity of the organization. Finding
ways to increase employee’s interest in the growth of
the financial results of the organization actively
conducted since the second half of the 20th century.

production costs, a model of wages as a residual,
remuneration from self-financing income etc.
