In the article the analysis of an entity of consumer
value is provided, approaches to the description of a
concept of value are discussed; problems of a research
and measurement of consumer value are updated. The
consumer value of goods expresses in a choice from a
large number of similar goods, conditions for which
can be its cost, qualitative characteristics, gradations,
the sizes. It is set that in case of determination of
consumer value it is impossible to be guided only by
its cost, here its qualitative characteristics, conditions
of the supplier and the level of service will be an
important index for acquisition by wholesalers. The
consumer value of production proceeds from the
advantages got by the buyer from his acquisition and
costs of its purchase made by it. In addition, to
understand priorities of the buyer, it is necessary to
select analysis stages of consumer value, which are
divided into several processes; they include
production, a market research, and questions of sale
and support of production. Authors consider the value
as one-dimensional and multivariate construction,
select three basic approaches to value assessment. It is
set that pricing based on prime cost is made from
analytics of need of the buyer, with establishment of
necessity of goods for it, and its cost should

In the conditions of foothill soil-climatic zones of the Republic of Dagestan we have explored the creation of low-cost intensive apple orchards. This work was initiated by the authors in 2011 due to the Republic "Horticulture Development Program for 2011-2016", according to which, it was planned to plant 6,200 hectares of new gardens. However, the experience of gardening in the Republic, taking into account recently prevailing socio-economic relations, subsidized nature of the economic and a chronic lack of funds, shows the riskiness of the creation of high-tech pillar-dwarf plants with the cost of 1-1,5 million rubles per hectare. Inability to overcome quickly the existing problems in the development of the industry sharp gardening at this stage, forced us to seek a way in a single direction - reducing the cost of the creation of apple orchards, while maintaining their high economic efficiency. Theoretical studies were realized as a planting of the apple garden in the district of Karabudakhkent of Dagestan of four perspective late-ripening varieties on the medium growing rootstock in the spring of 2013. The results of the three years of scientific research were embodied in the creation of intensive apple garden on the medium growing rootstock which allow now to make the following preliminary conclusions: 1.It is possible here in Dagestan to create intensive apple orchards, with an estimated yield of 30-40 tons per hectare, on the medium growing rootstock already at a density of 666 trees per hectare. 2. Cost of such a garden, without compromising quality indicators, can be reduced in the current market price of labor and the necessary materials, up to 214 thousand rubles per hectare, with access to the full return of all costs in the seventh year of operation. Such intensive garden, according to common practice, during the period of operation is able to give at least 22 full-weighty harvests and provide a net profit about 6.6 million rubles per hectare, or 236,000 rubles per hectare per year for the entire period of alienation of the land for a garden

The article describes the creation and use of the national literature and national Circassia’s language, as a major factor of Sovietization of the North Caucasus in the process of integration of the region in Soviet geopolitical space in the 1920s-1930s. The article is made in the framework of regional competition: "The North Caucasus: Tradition and Modernity" in 2014 - the Krasnodar Territory. 14-11-23007 Project Type "(p)", the theme: "The Role of the national intelligentsia in the incorporation of the North Caucasus in the Russian geopolitical space of the. Nineteenth century. - 20-ies. Twentieth century. (based on the Adyghe people). " It is pointed out that the development of the national writing by Circassian intelligence became not only an important matter of national life of Adyghe people, but also a key part of the national policy of the Soviet authorities towards national minorities. It is noted, that in many respects, revolutionary events in Russia became one of the most powerful external factors that stimulated the revitalization of Circassian intelligentsia in the development and diffusion of national literature. It is shown that in the course of the policy of "language building" in the national autonomies within the first twenty years of the Soviet government the graphics based writing changed three times (Arabic, Latin, Russian) and three times they were eliminating illiteracy. The conclusion is that intellectuals deprived of the possibility to solve these issues, and a key influence on the development of national literature evolution of Circassians had views of the Bolsheviks in the language policy. In general, the issue of writing, mostly related to the problem of education in specific historical circumstances, has acquired great social and political importance, and has become an important part of the national policy of the Soviet government in matters of Sovietization of the North Caucasus

The state support of small business is actual in modern reality as small business is most vulnerable and capable to the most dynamic development. The existing measures of the state support are constructed according to the principles specified in the legislation are extensive and many-sided. Nevertheless, there is a number of shortcomings which overcoming is capable to increase efficiency of the state support of subjects of small business. The article describes the process of creation of an adaptive control system with a reference model to stabilize the temperature of drying agent. It is shown that the closed systems work with the operated models is quite satisfactory and therefore can be implemented in production. The increase of the gain of the controller allows reducing the duration of the transition process by one third, almost without changing the dynamic cast
The article considers the issues of actualization of the problems of formation of professional competence in the process of studying the course of "Mat-mathematics" on the example of economic specialties. Noting the fact that economic specialty is the specialty that integrates information from the mathematical, natural, gum humanitarian and socio-economic subjects, and the approach to the selection of the content of the mathematics course must be focused on the mate-automatic machine for all cycles, forms of relevant abilities and skills. Therefore, the importance of the problem of developing these tasks and exercises that would help to create such skills for effective application of the theoretical material and the development of research skills. In this article we have discussed some of the design techniques and examples of using the so-called mo-practical problems. The efficiency of the use of model problems in the study of mathematics teaching clarifies the fact that most knowledge activity of students achieved in the research of the issues directly related to their willing profession. They are developed in accordance with the program of the mathematics course and cover all of its major sections.
