abstract 1231609128 issue 123 pp. 1919 – 1929 30.11.2016 ru 444
Organization of urban movement should be viewed as a continuous process of forecasting - planning - design - building. Equipment of traffic management system on the road network has to be done with modern methods of regulation. The definition of "acceptable system of urban traffic" depends on how busy the traffic lane is. In the organization of traffic public passenger transport should be considered as a priority, as an alternative to cars, even with a discrimination against the latter. Direction optimization of traffic in the city is conducted in order to objectively-conditioned transportation needs of citizens, ensuring their comfort and the time spent on transportation. The main questions of the article are caused by the difficult traffic situation in the Krasnodar city. The algorithms alleged to solve the traffic problems based on a mathematical Dijkstra’s algorithm, allows to calculate the shortest way between the graphs. Steps of solution of the tasks based on modern technological needs of the population - using internet services. IDENTIFICATION OF S2 AND S3 ALLELES OF SELF-INCOMPATIBILITY GENE IN CRAB APPLE AND ADVANCED BREEDING SELECTIONS

abstract 1321708084 issue 132 pp. 1076 – 1085 31.10.2017 ru 444
Industrial horticulture assumes the most effective use of the potential of varieties. One of the key factors determining the yield of garden plantings is the effectiveness of pollination. To obtain the maximum yield, it is necessary to ensure maximum pollination during the flowering period. For this reason, much attention has been paid to the selection of pollinators. Crab-apple forms are promising for use as pollinators, so this work was aimed at identifying the most common alleles of the self-incompatibility gene in the crab-forms using the molecular genetic method of analysis. The object of the study was 29 apple-tree creams and 3 elite selection forms. They carried out the molecular genetic identification of alleles S2 and S10, which are among the most common apple trees in the world gene pool. Allele S2 was identified in 16 samples (14 forms and 2 elite selection forms), while S10 allele in one sample (elite form 12/2-20 (24-28)). Data on the allelic composition of the S gene in the samples studied are of value for the formation of a genetic passport on the compatibility of the studied samples of apple with modern industrial varieties

USE OF RADIOACTIVE AGROBIOTECHNOLOGIES IN STORING AND PROCESSING OF PLANT MATERIALS

abstract 1361802003 issue 136 pp. 22 – 35 28.02.2018 ru 444
The article analyzes the patented in different countries methods of using of the ionizing radiation in processes of storing and processing of plant materials. Description of nature of the radioactive treatment and the ionizing radiation is given; examples of possible sources of the ionizing radiation are listed. Advantages and disadvantages of the radioactive treatment are shown. The patent search in databases of the WIPO was carried out. Patents, registered in countries like Korea, China, Japan, etc., were analyzed. Methods, realization of which allows sterilizing of material and increasing its storing period, and also improving its processing, were systematized. The carried out survey of the patent documentation revealed, that at the present time there is quite a number of methods of using of the ionizing radiation in storing and processing of plant materials, which can be explained by the fact, that irradiation allows to solve quite effectively a number of important tasks, such as sterilizing the material and modifying chemical substances in its content. In the article it is also shown, that, nevertheless, issues of safety and quality of irradiated products have not yet been fully resolved. In the end, the conclusion was made about the relevance of further research in this field

SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO THE ASSESSMENT OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT STAFF COMPETENCE

abstract 1251701055 issue 125 pp. 812 – 826 31.01.2017 ru 443
To deploy fully the potential of personnel competence is the key advantage of modern organizations in all businesses of the country. This is especially critical for hotel business because producing and consuming of this service is the inseparable process. The maximum deployment of potential of an employee competence can be the key competitive advantage for a hotel. To satisfy business needs we should be aware of skills and competences an employee should possess. This paper suggests the application of the Hungarian method to assess the personnel competence of an operating hotel. We also want to show the applicability and utility of this method in solving real problem of evaluating the personnel competence. To solve this problem we suggest using pairwise comparison to identify the most important sample competence, which we use as the basis for personnel competence matrix. Thus, hoteliers will be able to make their own objective assessment of the personnel competence level of 5 divisions of the hotel

INFLUENCE OF ENRICHMENT SEEDS WITH COPPER ON RICE YIELD

abstract 1321708023 issue 132 pp. 288 – 305 31.10.2017 ru 443
We have studied the effect of presowing enrichment with copper on the seed yield of rice. We have found optimum concentration of water solution of copper, which provides higher yields of seeds and evaluated the impact of the enrichment with copper on the growth processes in the plants of rice. The studies were conducted in elite seed-growing enterprise "Krasnoe" of All-Russian Research Institute of rice. It was found that for rice-growing farms of the Kuban region with the aim of increasing the quantity and quality of grain yield it is necessary to make sowing of rice seeds enriched with copper. This application should be carried out by wetting the rice seeds with 0,5 % water solution of the microelement with a semi-dry method, i.e. the rate of 10 liter working solution of copper in 1 ton of seed. The article proves the economic feasibility of enrichment of rice seeds with copper

TO THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF N. I. VAVILOV’S RULE ON HOMOLOGICAL SERIES IN HEREDITARY VARIABILITY

abstract 1602006002 issue 160 pp. 11 – 29 30.06.2020 ru 443
100 years ago, on June 4, 1920, 32-year-old Professor of the Saratov University Nikolai Ivanovich Vavilov (1887-1943) first reported at the III all-Russian selection Congress at the University of Saratov on his discovery of homological series in the study of parallelisms in the phenomena of hereditary variability by analogy with homological series of organic compounds. This discovery in genetics received the rank of law, the only one after the laws of G. Mendel. This major study was a further development of the genetic idea of C. Darwin on the origin of species. It showed the ways in which close species and genera of plants have a parallel formative process, because the crucial in the process of evolutionary development of living organisms – first of all, their genetic features. In cases where the development of a trait requires the joint and consistent action of many genes, the occurrence of homological series is inevitable, and this does not contradict the random variability of C. Darwin. In addition to its great genetic significance as a law of evolution, the law of homological series in hereditary variability is of great importance for botanists, plant breeders and breeders: it not only determines the place of each form in the plant world, but can also indicate to the breeder possible directions in his practical work. According to a number of geneticists and breeders, if G. Mendel discovered the rules of heredity, then N. I. Vavilov discovered the rules of variability
