THE STUDY OF ENTEROSORBENT ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTIES OBTAINED OF ADSORPTION ON STARCHES OF ENZYMEANTIOXIDANTS DELIVERED FROM ROOTS OF HORSERADISH

abstract 1301706015 issue 130 pp. 233 – 242 30.06.2017 ru 747
The аrticle is devoted to study of adsorption of enzymes, antioxidants contained in horseradish root on starch to create enterosorbent with anti-oxidant properties. For this goal we have studied adsorption isotherm calculated constants, thermodynamic parameters (change of enthalpy, entropy, and isobaric-isothermal potential); sorption kinetics of enzyme-antioxidants on starch and calculate the main characteristics. The method of producing of enterosorbent - antioxidant on based starches has been developed based on the experimental data. The ready sorbent is a white powder having no taste and smell. In biological fluids and water, it is insoluble. The enterosorbent on starch does not dissolve in water and biological fluids. It is the solid component. This enterosorbent can be used to protect the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals against a wide variety of oxidants and peroxide. The results of this work will form the basis for the study of the antioxidant properties of the resulting enterosorbent. The results showed that during the tests, the enterosorbent on the starch showed good antioxidant properties. It has high antioxidant activity with respect to hydrogen peroxide

THE STUDY OF GRAPE GENETIC DIVERSITY OF THE NORTH CAUCASUS GENE POOL

abstract 1191605090 issue 119 pp. 1337 – 1355 31.05.2016 ru 623
The article presents the results of studies of 92 indigenous varieties and 15 wild genotypes by 24 microsatellite markers. As a result a locus database about germplasm in the collection stored at the Russian ampelographical collection AZOSViV (Anapa Zone Experimental Station of Viticulture and winemaking) was created. During the research of varietal breeding populations confirmed the validity in the production of the cultivar of Krasnostop anapsky with obvious changes in microsatellite sequences as a clone of famous indigenous Don cultivar Krasnostop Zolotovskii. This clone was selected in 1953 by prominent agrotechnologist Zotkin Ivan Ivanovich which is propagated by the author and his followers, and after a formal registration submitted to state testing in 2007 in GSK RF, zoned in the North Caucasus region (number 6) in 2014 year. Sort -clone Krasnostop anapsky only in the Kuban today cultivating in 35 hectares. By using molecular genetic techniques, now clonal selection of vine grapes is reasonably improving. Recent data collected by us in the work process, were analyzed a comprehensive manner, making it possible to draw conclusions about distinctness of grape varieties. Some clones were studied by DNA primers, based on retrotransposon sequences

THE STUDY OF HRM SYSTEMS: MARKET ANALYSIS, SELECTION AND IMPLEMENTATION FOR MEDIUM-SIZED AND LARGE BUSINESSES

abstract 1151601043 issue 115 pp. 707 – 729 27.01.2016 ru 680
The article reveals the basic concepts, purpose and classification of HRM systems used to manage the organization's staff. The analysis of the international and Russian market of HRM-systems and selected alternatives (seven information systems) of this class focused on the Russian practice of large and mediumsized businesses has been performed. The process of implementing an information system involves selecting the system that best suited to the needs of the business. For this purpose, there were developed evaluation criteria of information systems and their importance for the company. This stage of research was conducted through a survey of experts from among the University staff and practitioners. As a result, we have obtained the matrix of evaluations of alternative information systems of HRM and selected class "1C: Salary and personnel management 8". Research demos of the selected HRM system allowed developing a functional model, presented in the form of complex diagrams of cases of modeling language UML 2.0. The developed diagrams clearly reflect the allocated subsystems and their functions, as well as the relationship between the actors of the process and system functions. Summarizing the experience of implementing similar systems, we composed a smartchart showing the main stages of its implementation. The results have practical value and can be used by companies of the considered business segment as specific recommendations

THE STUDY OF LEARNING ALGORITHMS OF NEURO-FUZZY SYSTEMS CONTROL OF BIOTECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS

abstract 1281704026 issue 128 pp. 364 – 374 28.04.2017 ru 342
The subject of study of this work was learning algorithm of neuro-fuzzy systems with different membership functions. In the prior works there are no published studies of such studies, making it difficult synthesis of neuro-fuzzy control system with new objects in the application of biotechnology, including technological agribusiness entities. A comparative analysis of learning algorithms of neuro-fuzzy system with different membership functions using the method of error back propagation and а hybrid method. For this we used a training sample that contains data of temperature and concentration of dissolved gas in the culture liquid: oxygen (pO2), carbon dioxide (pCO2) of a biotechnological process. It is shown that the hybrid method carries out training of a neural network for the number of periods is 23 times smaller than the algorithm back-propagation errors. The studies found that the two-sided Gaussian membership function provides the smallest learning error of the network δ equal of 3,28•10–3, compared to the other, giving the largest error of training the neural network δ=0,138. Therefore, the task of running the fermentation process effective is the use a hybrid method of education and two-sided Gaussian membership functions. According to the research, we can conclude that for the adaptation of neuro-fuzzy network ANFIS and fuzzy inference system Sugeno zero order to solve biotechnological process control tasks microbiological production efficiency is to use a hybrid method of education and bilateral Gaussian membership functions

THE STUDY OF PLANT PARTS EXTRACTING BY THE WORKING BODIES OF THE KKS-1M POTATO HARVESTER

abstract 1582004017 issue 158 pp. 229 – 249 30.04.2020 ru 270
Potatoes are cultivated in all parts of the world. In 2019, the Russian Federation ranked third in potato production. Ryazan region has favorable climatic conditions for potato growing. The growth in potato production is constrained by the insufficient provision of small and medium-sized farms with harvesting equipment and storage facilities. For working in small areas and in difficult conditions, simple machines are in demand: potato diggers and single-row potato harvesters. “Gala” variety potatoes are grown using intensive technology in the experimental field of the agrotechnological station of Ryazan State Agrotechnological University. In September 2019, there was a study of the effect of plant parts on the performance indicators of the technological process with a single-row KKS-1M potato harvester with a combined plant-top-removing device. The device consists of top-directing fingers, a top-removing roller and a counter-current finger-type separator. The studies are based on standard and private test methods. The harvester was tested on dark gray forest soils of heavy loamy composition, with a moisture content of 19-21%. Plots were prepared for testing: one with uncleaned tops, one with tops previously removed by BD-4 haulm shredder and one with manually removed tops. In the course of research, a change in the direction of potato stems during the movement of the heap along the working bodies of the potato harvester was determined. It was found that the stems change their direction from transverse to longitudinal. It was established that a combined PLANT-TOP-REMOVING device removes from 75.8% to 88.2% of plant impurities entering the harvester. Studies confirmed the efficiency of KKS-1M combine when harvesting potatoes. According to the generalized results, the loss of tubers was 1.5-4.7%, their damage was 1.7-4.39% and the purity of the tubers in the bunker was 70.3-84.7%. Studies confirmed that the harvesting technology significantly affects the performance of a potato harvester. In severe conditions, pre-harvesting row-spacing loosening can be recommended and the haulm shredder is set to a cutting height of at least 150-180 mm
