The article is devoted to the research of the main
factors, functions and levels of the development of the
youth self-government organizations in modern
Russia. Youth self-government organizations represent
one of the most successfully developing institutes of
the civil society that uses the most efficient
mechanisms of the participation of this category of
citizens in the process of functioning of the
governmental and non-governmental institutions and
organizations. Youth self-government is characterized
by such categories as versatility and divergence; it
works at various levels and includes specific factors
and functions

The article discloses a feature of graphic ornamental
motives of embroidery in clothing and household
decoration, typical for the North-West region of
Russia in the XVIII century. The semiotic status of the
Russian clothing and household decorations with
decorative ornaments embroidery with figurative
ornamental motives as a group of functionally related
items have remained very high, having both utilitarian
and sign pragmatics for millennia. Despite the sociohistorical
processes, changing the external shape of
the suit, the symbolism of embroidery patterns
remained unchanged and continued to exist until the
twentieth century. In connection with the political
events, readier subjects and fine motives can be traced
in the Russian folk embroidery due to the resettlement
of Novgorod in the XV century. This is the way from
Novgorod to Arkhangelsk and the path from Veliky
Novgorod to Vologda where Novgorod settled,
keeping their culture. It is proved, that there is a
correlation between the zoomorphic pendants, amulets
female ornaments of the tenth century and plot
embroidered with iconic ornamental motives of the
North-West region of Russia. People piously observed
the laws of their fathers and grandfathers. The
embroidery from generation to generation has been
portraying images of ancient mythology. The most
common images in the northern Russian embroidery
were the goddess of Mokos, Rozhanitsy, birds, horses,
moose, deer, and wild animals and plants, depicted in
subject compositions. The zoomorphic motives are
also the images of flying dragons, symbolizing
lightning, they are often found in Russian folk tales.
Fire Dragon was considered the protector of property
and fire. The people’s attitude to fire was special: it
was called "You sir, the King-fire", and it was
regards’ a god. One of the main roles in the
embroidery is given to the technical side. Counted
Russian embroidery stitches do not only recreate the
image, but also express its essence
The article examines the theoretical and methodical aspects
of features manifestation of Russia’s economy slowing
down at the mesolevel. We have established the forms of
transformation processes of regional economic systems: the
territorial polarization, lack of investment resources, the
expansion of the depressed economic areas, the outflow of
skilled labor, rising costs and others. On the basis of statistical
data, we have estimated the impact of growth on the
characteristics of the regional economies of the south of
Russia. As elements of the methodical basis of the implementation
study, we have justified the use of a systematic
approach and the author’s algorithm, which includes a
number of stages, where the result of the final stage is to
identify the main forms of mesolevel manifestations of the
slowdown of the Russian economy. The result of microlevel
forms of manifestation of the national economy is slowing
down the loss of the previous competitive advantages
of the regional economy. We consider the concept of territorial
competitiveness and its differences from the competitiveness
of the business entity, their industry associations,
and product sub-complexes. This article identifies factors
of regional competitiveness and identifies possible loss of
competitive advantages of the regional economy in the
conditions of the economic slowdown in Russia
In the article, there are some questions of the essence
of the category of "regional securities market" (RSM)
on the basis of functional approach and disclosure of a
role of RSM of regional level in functioning of mesolevel
economic systems. The review of literature on
the studied perspective is executed and its results are
presented in the system form with the indication of
positive and negative characteristics of approaches of
other authors. Methodical approach, which allows
formulating the author’s definition, is reasonable. The
principles of stable functioning and effective development
of regional RSM are noted. The comparative
analysis of rates of development of economy of Krasnodar
Region and other subjects of the Southern Federal
District on an indicator of an index of physical
volume of GRP is made. The leading positions of
Krasnodar Region and excess of the national level
throughout all studied period are revealed. Using the
method of the correlation and regression analysis established
mathematical interrelation between the investment
potential of RSM and development of regional
economy which force is estimated as average.
For strengthening their interaction, the mechanism of
increase of issue activity of regional issuers with use
of instruments of the budgetary financing, the state
credit and other factors is offered

The work presents the calculation on the basis of magnetic circuits of magnetic field induction in the "water" gaps of the device for activation of water with alternating magnetic field of industrial frequency. We have executed the calculations of magnetic inductance of the coil of the device taking into account the thickness of layers of winding current-carrying wires. This allowed experimentally determining - with reasonable accuracy - the value of the relative permeability of the steel used, housing, necessary for the specified calculation of the device in general
The article presents a historical survey and a theoretical analysis of research approaches to the conception of destructive leadership. Relying on the results of the analysis, the author arrives at a conclusion that in most studies the reasons and the peculiarities of destructive leadership are related to the individual and personal characteristics of the leader, while psychosocial factors causing the appearance and development of destructive leadership are not given enough consideration. The article also presents the definition and typology of destructive leadership in small groups
The use of intensive milk production technologies in practice, nonobservance of the principles of feeding and keeping animals leads to a decrease in the level of compensatory-regenerative processes in the body, violation of general and specific metabolic reactions, emergence of a number of pathological conditions, and, primarily, hepatopathies leading to a decrease in the productivity of dairy cattle, to the birth of unviable young animals and to the impossibility of their further exploitation. Therefore, on the background of early diagnosis of violations of the liver it is necessary to conduct adequate pharmacoprophylaxis, which prevents further development of hepatopathies with the help of hepatoprotectors. These preparations include a new injectable one – livazen, the mechanism of action of which works due to its antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing action. The preparation has a lipotropic effect, favorably affects the antitoxic and pigmentary function of liver, and increases resistance to hypoxia and various kinds of intoxication. Research conducted to study its effect in the system of prophylactic measures of hepatosis in sterile cows showed that on the background of the use of lavazen there was a significant increase in total protein by 16,6% and increase in albumins - by 13,8%. The level of γ-globulins, on the contrary, decreased by 20,9%. The study of the preparation had a normalizing effect on lipid metabolism, which was manifested by an increase in the concentration of triglycerides in 3,1 times and increase in cholesterol by 24,7%. An increase in the concentration of calcium by 14,5% was also found out. The use of livazen allowed to ensure a tendency towards a decrease in enzyme activity (according to AST - by 6,9%, by ALT - by 24,4%, according to alkaline phosphatase - by 11,6%), in contrast to control animals whose aspartate aminotransferase increased by 11,3% from the initial; ultrasonography of liver of cows confirmed the expressed effectiveness of the pharmacoprophylaxis
