abstract 1271703039 issue 127 pp. 584 – 594 31.03.2017 ru 311
The definition of "small agricultural businesses" (SAB) is clarified, the effective functioning and regulation of development of subjects SAB are elaborated. The authors used the principles of systemic-functional analysis, methods, rationale, economic-statistical, monographic, SWOT-analysis, graphic and others. The author's definition of small agricultural businesses was offered. The functioning and regulation of development of subjects of SAB are refined and systematized. The modern competitive opportunities of SAB and others are identified and systematized. It’s being said that the competitive position of subjects of small agrarian farms (SAF) are often provided with increasingly innovative approaches with flexibility of internal management, the ability to quickly adapt to constantly changing conjuncture market. However, as practice shows, the direction of development in small economies does not act as a priority of modern agricultural policy in this field, often dominated by declarative intent rather than running behind these statements required volumes of investment in regulation of SAF subjects development

INVESTIGATION OF HE FERMENTATION STARTERS’ INFLUENCE ON RHEOLOGICAL INDICATORS OF YOGHURT ENRICHED BY VEGETABLE FILLERS

abstract 1341710036 issue 134 pp. 438 – 449 29.12.2017 ru 311
In the dairy industry, the segment of yoghurts and yoghurt drinks is one of the most dynamically developing. Competition contributes to the production of high quality products. The transition to market relations encourages producers to use new prescription ingredients in the production of various yoghurts. In addition, it is essential to improve the existing ones and create qualitatively new technologies of products with a directed change in the chemical composition. Sour-milk drinks not only satisfy the physiological needs of the body, but also have a preventive and therapeutic purpose. Utilization of these products contributes to the prevention of numerous diseases, as well as life prolongation and increase of working capacity. The dietary properties of sour-milk drinks are determined by the presence of “live” beneficial microflora and persist for a long time, as long as this microflora remains viable and pure. The article contains data distinguishing the effects of the use of commercial fermentation starters EKOKOM Laktina, TM GoodFood, Kaprina on the qualitative characteristics of dairy clots. The article specifies the influence of fermentation starters and vegetable fillers on the organoleptic parameters of the final sour-milk product. The authors of the article further present data describing the organoleptic and physicochemical quality profile of yoghurt enriched with vegetable fillers, obtained by introducing commercial fermentation starters of various manufacturing companies

INTERNAL CALCULATION IN THE AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARKET RELATIONS

abstract 1301706044 issue 130 pp. 625 – 650 30.06.2017 ru 310
Features of intraeconomic economic relations, the specifics of the management system at the enterprise are determined by many factors. Judging by currently known management concepts, we can say that domestic enterprises often make a choice in favor of downsizing, which is a short- or medium-term survival strategy. The most promising in the context of the regulation of intraeconomic economic relations is the concept of reengineering. It is supplemented by the principles of controlling. Aside from choosing an effective management strategy, managers of agricultural enterprises to maintain an acceptable level of manageability and efficiency have to use internal calculation, which provides freedom of action and autonomy of structural units in maintaining the integrity of the organization. Finding ways to increase employee’s interest in the growth of the financial results of the organization actively conducted since the second half of the 20th century. So, widespread limit-cheque form of control of production costs, a model of wages as a residual, remuneration from self-financing income etc. However, in 1990 the accumulated experience of mutually beneficial internal relationships in many households in the country were lost, this has a negative impact on their financial condition. They are currently going through a revival, especially in the framework of large-scale agricultural production in the form of organizational economic mechanism. In the implementation, it is necessary to consider the state of the national economy and the level of development of the enterprise itself. It is necessary to distinguish clearly the economic space between the structural units of the organization, to ensure transparency in implementation of management functions and to eliminate the causes of potential corrupt practices from the leaders. Only then, the goal of on-farm calculation – sustainable functioning of agricultural enterprises in conditions of competition, – will be completed

IMPROVEMENT OF ACOUSTIC DIAGNOSTIC METHODS FOR HIDDEN MICRODEFECTS AND OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF VISCOELASTIC STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS

abstract 1541910009 issue 154 pp. 84 – 93 30.12.2019 ru 310
The economic and operational reliability of building structures to a large extent depends on the preservation of the bearing capacity of thin-walled structures, in particular, rods with viscoelastic properties. The presence of invisible microdefects in them can lead not only to a decrease in the bearing capacity, but also to the destruction of structures. For the detection of microdefects by acoustic diagnostic methods, it is necessary to know the dependence of the longitudinal strain wave velocity on the rheological properties of the structural material. Such dependences can be revealed by the construction and analysis of mathematical models describing viscoelastic deformation waves formed in rod systems made of a material with rheological properties

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES OF OZONE INFLUENCE ON SURVIVAL OF PATHOGENIC MICROORGANISMS CONTAMINATING INCUBATING EGG SHELL

abstract 1351801009 issue 135 pp. 92 – 112 31.01.2018 ru 309
In the article, there were shown the experimental researches describing the influence of parameters of electrical ozonization of the premises of egg storehouse at concentration of ozone in 20 mg/m3 on survival of following stimulants: S. aureus, S. choleraesuis, P. vulgaris, E. coli. There was determined that ozone has an ability to detain the growth of fungi on biological substrates as well as it slows down the process of mould appearance on egg shell surface even at 90% of relative moisture. The aim of scientific experiment is obtaining of regression models of influence of parameters of electrical ozonization on main sanitary-model microorganisms contaminating the shell of incubation eggs. To assess the effectiveness of ozonization there was adopted the parameter of survival for four main pathogenic microbiological test-objects which predominate on egg shells. The correlation and regression analysis of factors and determination of value of equation coefficients there were conducted using the program STATISTICA 6.1. The correlation analysis was made by the method of Pierson. Approximation was obtained by the method of polynomial. On the results of researches there was determined that the least survival of present test-bacteria at concentration of ozone in 20 mg/m3 is achieved at exposition 84 minutes. So, the rational time the electrical technological process of ozonization of egg storehouse of poultry factories presents the sum of obtained exposition and time of regulation

DYNAMICS OF THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD AND SUPERGRAVITY IN 112D

abstract 1191605095 issue 119 pp. 1420 – 1441 31.05.2016 ru 308
The paper deals with the problem of changing the polarity of the geomagnetic field as a problem of a unified field theory and supergravity in the 112D. Investigated centrally symmetric metric depends on the radial coordinate in the observable physical space of one of the worlds. The equation that relates the magnetic field of the planet with a gravitational field in 5D has been derived. The problem of changing the polarity of the magnetic field of the Earth discussed. The rapid change of the geomagnetic field polarity detected on the basis of paleomagnetic data is modeled as a movement on a hypersphere in the 112D, which corresponds to 110 corners. The simplest example of such a movement in the case of the three angles is the Euler model that describes the rigid body rotation. In this model, there are modes with a quick flip of the body while conservation of the angular momentum. If the body has a magnetic moment, when such a change occurs flip of the magnetic field. It is assumed that the central core of the earth is magnetized and surrounded by a number of satellites, each of which has a magnetic moment. Satellites interact with a central core and one another by means of gravity and through a magnetic field. The central core may sudden flip, as in the Euler model. It is shown that the duration of phase with constant polarity and upheaval time depends on the magnitude of the disturbance torque and core asymmetry. We discuss Einstein's hypothesis about the origin of the magnetic field when rotating the neutral masses. It is shown that the motion on a hypersphere in the 112D has the effect of a magnetic field due to the interaction of nucleons in nuclei. Such magnetic field is most evident for iron, cobalt and nickel - elements are consisting of the Earth's core

FEATURES OF ACCOUNTING THE SALE OF PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND ASSETS AT THE WOOD INDUSTRY

abstract 1281704079 issue 128 pp. 1130 – 1147 28.04.2017 ru 308
In the given article, the activities of Factory Afzelia are considered. The authors worked to briefly consider the economic characteristics of the business, including proposals on how to improve sales of finished goods, services and asset. The process of manufacturing products and getting them to market involves a combination of economic factors. The buyer, in turn, reimburses the cost of the products. Sale of the products made in accordance with the agreements or in order free sale directly to the public in market prices, which are defined as the prices prevailing in the region in the process of interaction between demand and supply of identical products market, and in the absence of it - in comparable economic (commercial) conditions. The buyer, in turn, reimburses the cost of the purchased products. Sale of products made in accordance with the concluded agreements or in order free sale procedure directly to the public at market prices, which are defined as the prices prevailing in the region in the process of interaction between demand and supply of identical products market, and in the absence of it - in comparable economic (commercial) conditions. Thus, the sale price, using as taxable base is the price of the transaction, determined by participants of the contract. This price is recognized market-oriented, unless it is proved otherwise. The burden of proof rests with the tax authorities. But, such rule is useful to apply by the sides of the contract to avoid further accrual of amounts of tax to the budget and the payment of interest amounts to not transferred amount

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES AT THEIR DIFFERENTIATION

abstract 1241610099 issue 124 pp. 1491 – 1502 30.12.2016 ru 306
The overall performance of the company is largely determined by the efficiency of production processes carried out by them. In this sense, the model estimation of efficiency is one of working out in detail of the model of the production process. Accuracy, flexibility and sensitivity of the valuation models depend strongly on the completeness of the accounting features of the production model. In the literature, examine various approaches to the assessment of economic efficiency of production processes. Many of them are characterized by localizing assessment in relation to specific industries or areas of industrial activity. The disadvantage of such approaches is their poor tolerance to the valuation model in other local areas, such as agriculture. To overcome this problem, we propose to carry out the differentiation of the components of the production process, based on the classical approach, but allowing to take into account the distinctive characteristics of agricultural production. For agricultural enterprises are defined the characteristics of the production process. The authors proposed a generalized model that allows assessing the efficiency of production processes in various areas of industrial activity. In the proposed model there are shown superimposed on the manufacturing process constraints. To ensure the continuity of an estimation of efficiency of production processes into the model we have introduced components that transform the characteristics of a production subsystem into the characteristics of the economic subsystem
