Economic actors in the implementation of economic
relations face the problem of solving the emerging
contradictions and complexities. This leads to the
delay of implementation of economic projects, require
additional costs and, as a rule, leads to a reduction of
mutual benefits. In modern conditions of globalization
of economic relations, a significant role is reserved to
the authorities empowered in the field of
administration of industries and activities in a
particular area. The authors have found and
investigated the processes occurring within a single
economic system. We have established the principles
of implementing administrative regulations based on
the proposed unified automated accounting system.
We have justified the order in which the movement of
assets economic entity and the sources of their
formation fixed in a single user space indirectly with
the information of Contracting parties. This allows us
to ensure consistency of information, meeting the same
requirements for their formation, processing,
summarizing and presenting the administrative
authorities. Attention is paid to the issues of
preservation of information, to limit the powers of
members of the space. The proposed operation of the
single accounting system will significantly simplify
the reporting procedure of economic entities, the
procedure for the control and management of
economic processes, will provide the administrative
authority with information necessary for region
management, the implementation of measures to
ensure economic growth
Modern tendencies in development of rabbit-breeding business in developed countries and condition of home rabbit-breeding have been reflected. The analysis of used extensive and possible intensive technology of rabbit breeding on the working farm of our region was conducted. The proposal on necessity of transition on intensive technology of rabbit –breeding production was done on the base of economic substantiation.
The method of fight with holdups on the roads with the help of fare introduction and equation and inequality for choice and optimization of equation models of transport stream on city roads are considered as well.
The article notes a decrease in the overall quality level of crop production and deterioration of its consumer properties. The solution may be a transition to manufacture of non-polluting agricultural production. The author notes that under the prevailing market conditions, only improving the quality of products, using available resources, can improve competitiveness and ensure the survival of agricultural enterprises. The factors of the development of ecologically pure agro-industrial production, which are reflected in the economic efficiency of this activity, are considered. There is a potential for the development of environmentally friendly agricultural production in the Krasnodar Territory. The problems and measures to stimulate the production of environmentally friendly agricultural products are shown
In the article the analysis of the agrarian policy of the Russian Federation has been carried out and, in particular, Krasnodar territory from the moment of transition to market economy till nowadays; the negative and positive aspects of the given transformations have been revealed and the suggestions on their perfection have been made
The article analyzes the development of the insurance
with state support and the dynamics of the volume of
subsidies for compensation of part of expenses of
agricultural producers for payment of insurance
premiums accrued in the contract of agricultural
insurance. We have identified structural and logical
connection of the elements in the modern system of
support regional development programs of
agriculture. We have also observed accompanying
the process of state support of the problem. The
authors state that it requires new methodological
approaches to determination of loss (death) of the
crop for the payment of insurance claims
Despite the great number of studies on the problems of efficient use of land resources in agriculture, the significance of researches is preserved to justify the most important factors forming the microenvironment of land use and to identify internal reserves of growth of its performance at the regional level. The article describes the internal conditions of agricultural land efficiency, their classification based on the organizational, economic, socio-economic and technical-technological factors. Assessing the impact of the considered conditions on the growth efficiency of land use is made through the use of a group of indicators characterizing the general effect of agricultural system usage, the level of resource production potential of economic entities, the existing system of crop rotation as an integral part of farming activities, an indicator of soil fertility, combining the effect of the main qualitative characteristics of the soil. The article also considers the influence of fertilizers use as one of the elements of the farming system onto a plurality of agrochemical parameters provided by a complex coefficient, resulting in a limit of soil fertility, the presence of which is due to the action of the diminishing returns law. On the basis of the results of regression analysis, the farm reserves of the efficiency growth of land resources’ use are revealed, taking into account different levels of soil fertility for agricultural organizations of the central zone of the Krasnodar region. Established that the implementation of intensive agricultural production systems, certainly taking into consideration the requirements of zonal science-based technologies of field crops cultivation allows to achieve high results of land use and to improve soil characteristics of cultivated land
In the article, the feasibility of wholesale food market in the region is stated, and the principles of its operation are presented. The calculation of a possible turnover in the wholesale market of the Republic of Adygea, and the scheme of its location in the city of Maikop are shown
In accordance with many surveys, it is clear that rural
holidays play an important role in diversification of
modern touristic places. Its diversity attracts more and
more tourists in different countries from all over the
world, including Russia. The phenomenon of
agritourism has been known in touristic science and
practice for a long time. However, a common
interpretation of its content and an approach to its
classification has not been developed. The article
presents a hypothesis, which represents agritourism at
the present stage of its development; a special kind of
tourism, which unites a number of subclass and their
development requires a special set of tourist resources
The author has greatly elaborated the science of
tourism theory in terms of formation of the conceptual
unit of agritourism, including its inherent properties as
a special field of tourism; classification criteria (using
the results (products) of agricultural production in
various forms, the infrastructure and resources of the
agritourism facility or the whole countryside, trade
activity) according to classes and subclasses. In
contrast to the pre-existing partial approaches to
agritourism, it allows, to isolate it properly as an
independent and complete subject of management
facility in the tourist industry. The article presents the
author's suggestion on agritourism conceptual
framework development, typology of tourist resources
use
The article highlights the food value of buckwheat. It is said that the achievement of its biological potential under prevailing conditions of cultivation is impossible without the introduction of modern scientific and technical progress. The authors describe variants of integrated application of growth stimulants and microfertilizers in buckwheat production technology. Recommended technologies have been tested in conditions of the Central Chernozem region. It is revealed that the best variant of pre-sowing seed treatment is the combination of Epin-extra and Rexolin ABS. Conbination of Epin-extra and Speedfol B is the best variant of treatment of vegetating plants, providing the maximum yield increase in comparison with control variant (without treatments). Economic efficiency of all proposed technologies was studied. The system of indicators was chosen, which evaluate the efficiency of 36 variants of seed and plant treatment with growth stimulants and microfertilizers. A comparative analysis of variants demonstrated that the application of Speedfol B in combination with EPIN-extra and Rexolin ABS is most cost-effective and profitable. It is noted that the final choice of combination of growth stimulants and microfertilizers will depend on the specific conditions of cultivation. Recommendations are given
