Effective management of innovation processes is an important prerequisite for economic growth and competitiveness of the country and can be achieved with the active participation of the state in the field of innovation system. The structural elements of the innovation system are the government, business, education and science, which interact on the basis of the legal framework of innovation. Innovative development is the consistent implementation of measures for the implementation of innovative activities by all actors of the innovation system with the involvement of the all major spheres of life and to ensure the effective interaction of all elements of the innovation system. Currently, the priority development of the Russian economy is a shift from raw materials to innovative. The Krasnodar region is among the regions with the most developed innovative potential. The region is actively developing a legislative framework aimed at regulating the innovation processes operate research and development centers, is strongly supported by local authorities. Business risk is an integral part of the economic activities of any organization. Currently, compulsory and one of the main criteria of normal and stable operation of the economic entity is timely risk assessment of entrepreneurial activity in order to prevent further negative consequences. Issues of economic risk analysis of business are becoming more relevant, especially in the context of the global financial crisis. This article discusses the methods of analysis of business risks on the basis of a limited range of criteria. Studies have shown the example of a particular Agriculture Organization. We consider the evaluation of the structure of the balance sheet and analysis system by W. Beaver, evaluation according to the method of calculating the financial condition of agricultural producers. On the example of the organization under study we have given an assessment of business risks with the use of a limited range of criteria. In the context of each block there are specific indicators characterizing the increase or decrease the risks of entrepreneurship. Figures for the study were analyzed for the organization, and compared to the theoretical value is sufficient. For each of the aspects of the assessment of business risks on the basis of a limited range of criteria there are valid conclusions. Based on the study, we have stated the advantages and disadvantages of the test approach to risk assessment of entrepreneurial activity of the economic entity
The authors investigate the conditions conducive to the formation of effective associations of raw material enterprises of the agroindustrial complex and raw material processors. The unbalanced process of relations between agricultural producers and processing plants negatively affects the economic position of the partners of the merger. The diktat of low purchasing prices for raw materials by processing enterprises hinders the cost-effective operation of agricultural commodity producers. Procurement prices set by dairy processing enterprises for milk do not compensate not only production costs, but also losses from inflation. This leads to a sharp decline in the profitability of milk production. A paradoxical situation arose: on the one hand dairy plants encountered an acute shortage of raw materials, on the other, the problem of selling milk by its producers at an acceptable price was aggravated. The disparity between the purchase prices for milk and retail prices for dairy products has led agricultural enterprises to explore alternative markets. On the basis of the mathematical model of the agricultural consumer cooperative, conditions for the formation of effective associations of enterprises of the dairy subcomplex of the agroindustrial complex are analyzed

The article is devoted to the analysis of efficiency of use of fixed assets on the example of the specific organization. The considered analytical indicators are calculated for the acting economic entity, which is engaged in agriculture in both crop production and livestock production. Offers regarding horticulture improvement are developed. The project of an intensive garden is offered for increase in economic feasibility of use of fixed assets. Taking into account that intensive gardening has long been embedded in the agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar region, as it is rather profitable, it is not being used in the studied economic entity now. The initial investments into the project of planting of an intensive garden are calculated on the basis of the free land resources which are available for the organization, and the return on investment is also estimated on the basis of calculation of profitability of the offered project. The theoretical review of the chosen offer on introduction of technology of intensive gardening has shown that such investment does not require huge financial expenses, but ensures high and rather quick for agriculture payback. It is known that each approach to consideration of a specific situation has its advantages and disadvantages, but the analysis of efficiency of use of fixed assets has shown that there are real prospects for this project to be introduced in the organization. Thus, introduction of technology of intensive gardening is effective for the studied economic entity
