This article describes the basic theoretical aspects of Russian consumer market and its operation problems subject to the globalization. Also, we have examined current trend of domestic consumer market expansion and made its indicator analysis. It is necessary to study thoroughly the theoretical aspects of economic reproduction cycle in order to implementation of a growth policy. In consequence, that is an influence on a real consumer market. Currently, the reproduction of labor-power situations is complexity and inconsistency. Obviously purchasing power raises the living standard of the population. Russia has large potential to satisfy social security. Modernization of domestic production can improve Russian economic stability and balance consumer market. Comprehensive approach is important because of large majority of countries all over the world has free market economy and world economic system is shaky. Quality of imported consumer goods is acute problem that should be solved. In certain cases imported consumer goods is not compliance with standards. Effective operation mechanism of Russian consumer market is condition of macroeconomic stabilization in this country and all over the world that depend on global common economic proportions

The following research problems are solved in the article: practice of domestic corporations of documenting of process of accumulation of knowledge is generalized, the knowledge structure of development of the intellectual human capital of corporation is investigated, the model of the project of a management system of knowledge in corporation and its communication and documentary maintenance is offered, the essence of new ways of documenting of knowledge and feature of network documenting of knowledge of the human capital during joint design activity is considered. Organizational design of knowledge structure of development of the intellectual human capital of the corporation which is the center of the modern integrated management system of corporation is connected with formation of a management system of knowledge and a service subsystem of communication and documentary management, which basic appointment is the collecting, accumulation, documenting and ensuring the movement of knowledge in internal space of corporation. The model of the project of introduction of a management system of knowledge and communication and documentary management is developed. Documentary management in the sphere of management of knowledge is the new area of the theory and practice of engineering of knowledge. Unique peculiar features of knowledge documents are revealed. Integration of a communication network and the document services having various forms of representation (documenting) of knowledge is the new phenomenon in traditional document science generated by informatization, intellectualization and a networking. And association of document science, electronic document flow, information technologies of work with knowledge, languages and models of representation of knowledge presents the new area of engineering of knowledge on new essence knowledge of document science

In this article considers the condition of investment climate in the industry and the prospects of its change from the result of imposing sanctions from the West. This article considers common economic indicators of the Russian domestic market and defines priorities of increasing investment attractiveness in industry, simultaneously brings out positive and negative sides. We have determined that dependence of Russian regions from economic sanctions is very ambiguous. We have predicted the possible situations where the industry can suffer certain decline and also represented the fields of Russian industrial production where the indicators may have positive results from sanctions. The article indicates a number of spheres of domestic production which directly depended from external impact of foreign countries. It emphasizes the fact that in the order to rise the capital and economic growth we should create the favorable qualitative investment climate and develop own production capacities on the basis of innovation and modernization. In this article we are taking into account the fact of growth of investment activity from the position of financing. Effective instruments for attracting investment are: the creation of special economic areas of advanced development, implementation of measures of reducing administrative barriers of business. Attractive investments will create the financial basis not only for import substitution, but for reindustrialization of the industry

The article presents the main types and stages of tax analysis at the micro level. The authors analyze the sources are specified taxation. This article describes the general principles of economic analysis and the characteristics of their applications in order to analyze the tax. It was found that the analysis of the taxation organization should be carried out in three areas: the analysis of tax payments; analysis of arrears of taxes and levies; analysis of the tax load. Much attention is paid to the analysis of the tax load of the economic subject. The author presents the results of research the concept of "tax load". The article provides its scientifically based definition: a set of complementary indicators, both quantitatively and qualitatively characterizing the effect of mandatory payments of tax nature, levied in the budget of the Russian Federation, on the financial position of the economic entity. It was found that the composition of the tax load includes indicators that on the scale of application can be divided into public and private. The authors describe in detail the procedure for finding, sat the time lag for which it is advisable to determine the tax load of the economic entity. The authors delineate the scope of application of the tax load in the financial analysis of the economic subject

Requirements to instruments of diagnostics of external and internal environments of the organization are developed and proved in this article; comparative analysis of requirements is carried out, incompleteness of the analysis and its insufficient reliability are present, the problem of need of improvement of instruments of diagnostics is investigated, interaction model "the organization – the external environment" with emphasis on structurization of factors meso environment and on the integrated model of process of strategic management is offered, implementation of the procedure of expert poll in combination with estimates during the NDPESTEL –, SNW - SWOT – and VRIO analysis, and also development of the automation equipment which are used in the interactive mode are offered

Economic crisis is an integral part of a reproduction cycle of modern economy. Their consequences show both positive and negative influence on functioning of certain subjects and economy in general. In the article the methods of crisis management of enterprises, influence of government bodies on reproduction transformations, possibility of use of foreign experience in the Russian practice of crisis management are considered.
