Quality of seed material is defined by several
parameters which are: viability, growth force, energy
of germination and so on. But one of the most
important indicators is productivity. It is possible to
increase productivity of agricultural plants when
using various ways of preseeding processing. One of
ways of preseeding processing is ozonization. Thus, it
is possible to receive ozone and air mix by means of
various devices. One of the most effective ways of
receiving ozone is its synthesis in the field of an
electric discharge of an electroozonizer. But, at the
moment, in the world the set of designs and
modifications of electroozonizers is known. In this
regard, we carried out literary search, with the
purpose to define the most effective design of the
generator of ozone. We investigated various designs
of generators of ozone and their positive and negative
sides are given. On the basis of the carried-out
analysis it is established that the most suitable design
for receiving ozone at preseeding processing of seeds
is the ozonizer of lamellar type. But, despite
efficiency of application of a lamellar ozonizer, it is
necessary to achieve its stable work as preseeding
processing of especially small seeds demands
accurate observance of technological parameters
There were reviewed the results of the study of the
dependence of main phenological phases of
development of corn hybrids of different maturity
groups of the selection of Krasnodar Research Institute
of Agriculture named after P.P. Lukyanenko in the arid
zone of Central Ciscaucasia (Ross 199, Ross 299,
Krasnodar 382 and Krasnodar 410) and the AllRussian
Research Institute of Corn (Mashuk 170,
Newton, RIC 345 and Eric), as well as early-middle
Rossiyskaya 1 from the changes of average daily air
temperature of planting dates and preplant seed
treatment by the preparation "TMTD-plus", containing
the growth promoter called Krezatsin in its
composition. The studies were conducted in
accordance with the thematic plan of scientific
researches of the department of crop and forage
production of Stavropol State Agrarian University. The
technology of maize growing on the experimental plot
corresponds to the standard technology for this area
and culture. The sowing was performed in three stages.
The first (early) sowing period was at t = + 7 ... +8 °
C. The second (recommended) – was at t = + 10 ... +
12 ° C. The third (later) sowing period was at t = +15 °
C. There was identified a high inverse correlation
between the average daily air temperature and the
duration of the intraphase periods of maize
propagation. Thus, at the shifting of maize sowing
dates with the second half of May on the second half of
April we have optimization of heat regime in the
generative period and rising of the efficiency of use of
thermal resources of the region. There was marked the
acceleration of development of corn seedlings when
the average daily air temperatures was up to 12 ° C at
the samples with the application of the disinfectant
TMTD-plus
Modern commodity sturgeon breeding is one of the
profitable and dynamically developing directions of
fish farming in the Russian Federation. Only the
system of Rosrybhoz has more than 40 enterprises of
different ownership forms for the cultivation of
sturgeons. In 2012, in agricultural farming of the
Russian Federation we had grown more than 2.0
thousand tons of sturgeon. Crucial role to maintain
normal functioning of the body of the fish when
grown in closed recirculation systems plays complete
and balanced nutrition. Proper organization of

This article proposes an approach to the creation of abstract, based on the association of machine typesetting and creating pictures, which is especially important in connection with the development of information technology in today's society. The analysis of existing approaches to the creation of lecture notes based on a letter by hand and machine typing. Identified strengths and weaknesses of existing approaches. We have considered in detail an algorithm of adding graphic information into the abstract, using an approach based on typing on a PC or laptop. The article conducts an analysis of existing researches and experimentation in this direction. We have revealed one of the problems associated with the proposed approach, based on the location of seats in the classroom, considered one of the options for its solutions. The necessity of the development of specialized software was found. We have demonstrated lack of suitability of text editors for the implementation of the proposed approach

The article analyzes the ways of ensuring a stable
quality of vegetable raw materials in the process of
storage and use of biopreparations patented in Russia
and abroad. The search was conducted in the period
from 1995 to 2015 on the databases of the patent
agencies of the Russian Federation, the United States,
Japan and the European Patent Organization. We have
systematized the patented methods, the
implementation of which can increase the shelf life of
vegetable raw materials. The study led to the
conclusion of the usefulness of developing innovative
ways of ensuring a stable quality of vegetable raw
materials in the process of storage using
biopreparations
The article considers questions of workflow in the
educational organization. It revealed the need to
process everyday documents, which exchange
does not have the character of strict

Expanding the range of flour confectionery products
for people suffering from intolerance to wheat protein
is relevant in the circumstances of import substitution.
The domestic market of gluten-free confectionery
products fully meets the demand of this category of
people, which are dominated by sweet tooth children,
requiring constant variety of confectionery. Therefore,
the purpose of the work, which consists in expanding
the range of pastry products based on buckwheat and
quinoa, is relevant. The study presents a shortbread
recipe based on buckwheat flour with different
dosages of quinoa, a block diagram of the production
and evaluation of the quality of the finished
confectionery. Sensory evaluation of quality was
carried out by a tasting analysis by a special system of
scores: quantified indicators of quality - color, taste,
smell, surface, shape and form in a break - is
presented in the form of balls, followed by
mathematical processing. We have defined physical
and chemical indicators of quality biscuits, including
moisture, alkalinity, absorption, fat and sugar content.
Based on the assessment of quality of gluten-free
shortbread we have set the optimal ratio of buckwheat
flour and quinoa is equal to 70:30. The developed
formulation will expand the range of gluten-free flour
confectionery and can be adapted to the process and the equipment installed on the existing confectionery
businesses
Realization of the objects set in the Strategy of
innovative development of the Russian Federation
depends on the level of resource providing the projects
and programs entering it. In this work, types of
resources and a possibility of their effective use are
analyzed. Russia possesses practically all types of
natural resources and the labor potential necessary for a
country conclusion in leaders of world economy. The
problem consists in inefficient use of these resources,
which are distributed in the directions, deadlock for our
country. During the analysis which is carried out by
means of production function it is established that
return from investments into mining industry is much
lower, than from capital investments in the productions
which are turning out competitive, innovative products
with high value added. Important task is distribution of
resources in the priority directions of Strategy among
which there is no astronautics, of a nuclear power
engineering, aircraft, those branches where still there is
a scientific and technical reserve and there were
qualified personnel. The analysis of historical
experience showed that the country achieved the
greatest success in post-war years when command
methods carried out mobilization of all necessary
