MODERN CONCEPTS OF MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTING

In modern conditions managerial accounting through its functions acts as the main information base of the organization internal activity management, its strategy and tactics. In our opinion, its basic purpose is an information preparation for adoption of operational and expected administrative decisions. The facts of economic activity connected with the formation of expenses, income and the facts of management results through influence both on expenses and on income are the most important for managerial accounting. Achieving stable success in the modern economy is largely due to the efficiency of the organization management. One of the most important problems of formation of effective management in organizations is the current management of the expenses in order to achieve the planned economic benefits in ordinary activities. Defining this problem as the major, its decision causes the necessity of revision of a role of registration information in the direction of increase in level of analyticity and targeting for development and adoption of economically reasonable operational decisions at each separately taken level of management. The special significance in these conditions belongs to search of the measures directed to decrease in level of expenses as the major means on ensuring competitiveness of the organization. Now managerial accounting is a component of an enterprise management system. To the theory and practice of managerial accounting it is paid much attention. Among foreign scientists works of such authors as: R.L. Akoff, To Drury, Ch. Horngren, D. Midlton, B. Rein, R. Antony, D. Higgins, etc. are the most known. MODERN ASSESSMENT OF NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF SORGHUM FORAGE

Sorghum is a source of concentrated, succulent and coarse forage. Its grain is used for making the mixed fodder and as the concentrated forage for swine, cows, sheep, horses and poultry. Sweet sorghum is successfully used for silage and haylage. Green chop of Sudan grass is used as fresh food for domestic animals and it’s used for making hay and silage. The nutritional value of the fodder is the way to meet the animal needs in nutrients, necessary for living. To determine the nutritional value of the fodder, oat fodder units and energy fodder units or exchange energy are used. At present the assessment of nutritional value according to fodder units is being revised, because it doesn’t give the true picture of the value of fodder nutrition and animal needs in nutrients. The general energetic nutritional value of fodder is considered as contents of all organic substances, supplied with fodder or with its energy. The nutritional value of fodder is valued according to the characteristics of its chemical composition, digestion of nutrients and general (energetic) nutritional value. The purpose of the work is to assess the nutritional value of fodder, obtained from the best sorghum varieties, as the food for different kinds of agricultural animals. Sorghum, used as fodder for poultry possesses the largest nutritional value. Among the grain sorghum varieties, the variety ‘Zernogradskoe 88’ has got the biggest value of fodder units. The green chop of Sudan grass and green fodder for silage of sweet sorghum possess the greatest nutritional value for swine. The varieties of Sudan grass ‘Krasava’ and ‘Arkadiya’ and the variety of sweet sorghum ‘Listvenit’ are the best varieties according to the contents of fodder units

Diabetes Insipidus is found in dogs and rarely in cats. The study of this disease is a hot topic today, as it is challenging for the veterinarian in the diagnosis of its patients. You must take into consideration and study of such diseases, as it is important to of differential them from other diseases. Special attention the doctor pays to the etiology, diagnosis, and most importantly, treatment. It is also important to inform pet owners about the timely prevention of this disease. It has several mechanisms of development, and this will depend on the treatment process of the patient. The development of the disease directly depends on the speed of "fading" of kidney function and how soon the animal will be helped. Completely cure pet yet possible, but therapy can support the required amount of hormone in the body, and the physical condition of the animal is normal. Diabetes Insipidus is a serious condition that requires proper attention. In the final stages of your pet there is shortness of breath, frequency of seizures increases. The animal begins to refuse food, the skin becomes dry, appear constipation and incontinence. If the animal will not be treated, then it can live for about one to two years, and then die from exhaustion, perhaps a pet will fall into a coma. Therefore, the veterinarian must correctly explain to the pet owners than to end their inaction, as well as to prepare them for the fact that the pet will constantly be required drugs
