The article considers the existing system of agriculture in the Krasnodar region. We also give the soil-climatic characteristic of natural-agricultural zones. There was studied the structure of agricultural landscapes of the region. It is concluded that in the agricultural production of the Krasnodar region approach to agriculture is focused only on zonal methods of land management, planning and organization of large agricultural enterprises. Whereas, the Land reform carried out in the Russian Federation since the 90-ies of the last century has made significant adjustments, both on domestic political and socio-economic relations in the life of society, and on land management provision of agriculture. Redistribution of agricultural land, the formation of new scientific approaches to farming systems, based on the principles of sustainability and self-regulation of agricultural landscapes, device of crop rotations, adapted to local climatic conditions are aimed at the reproduction of soil fertility and a positive balance of humus. In this regard, there were developed the proposals and calculated technical and economic indicators for the transition to a new, effective, scientifically based, adapted to local agricultural landscape conditions, high-tech balanced farming systems. Methods and models for assessing the effectiveness
of management of innovative activities of enterprises
allow to calculate its indicators for each individual
innovation project that can potentially be included in
the developed version of the plan, and for a version
of the plan (program) of innovation development in
general. In the existing practice, this problem is
usually solved means of an assessment of the socioeconomic
efficiency of their implementation. The
objects of this assessment are commercial and
budgetary efficiency. The output data of the specified
process is: the payback period of investments (the
period of their return) and the profitability index
(return on investment) - when calculating commercial
efficiency; the net discounted income of the state
(budgetary effect), the profitability index and the
period of return of budget funds - when determining
budgetary efficiency. Within existing practice of
assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of
innovative plans and programs, enterprises usually
only determine the financial results of the
implementation, without linking them with the
planned specific results of scientific and innovation
activities. This practice is a consequence of the long
dominance of the so-called "monetary" approach to
solving this problem. Of course, it is important for
the enterprise to reduce the costs of implementing the
innovation project, and to increase the return on
assets. However, it is also important for the enterprise
to ensure that its innovative activity provides the
maximum saving of not only production resources,
but also labor resources (labor productivity) and material resources (material-output). It allows the
enterprise to increase the efficiency of its innovation
activities and ensure the achievement of the planned
target indicators and indicators of its development
program. In order to solve this problem, the main
elements of innovative activities of enterprises and
the trends of their development in modern conditions
are identified in the article. A systematic analysis of
this activity is carried out. The organizationaleconomic
mechanism of innovative activity of
enterprises is formalized, structured and investigated.
The theoretical bases of the organizational and
economic mechanism of innovative planning are
considered. The economic-mathematical tools for
adjusting short-term plans and a long-term program
for the innovative development of enterprises are

The article is devoted to the important problem of competitiveness of agricultural production. The concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation up to 2020 focuses on increasing the competitiveness of domestic producers and the ecologization of products. In modern conditions of Russia's economic sanctions and limited domestic commodity producers are significantly affected. The development of the competitiveness of individual enterprises is possible in case of forming of clearly-defined economic consumer - demand oriented policy. The article provides interpretation of definition "competitiveness" by the various authors and highlights its substantial features. The dynamics of fruit plantations, volumes of croppage and productivity of fruit production are reviewed and analyzed. The areas of pome and drupaceous crops in specialized farms of Krasnodar region in 2013 grouped by fruit zones are presented in the article. The advantages of domestic producers over the western ones are presented in view of food embargo imposed to European food products by the Government of the Russian Federation. In these conditions it is necessary to continuously improve the competitiveness of the products at the expense of maximum compliance with consumer and cost characteristics of existing and potential demands of customers. The sociological research aimed at identifying the consumer demands to fruits and berries of the population of the city of Krasnodar was conducted. The research aimed at identifying factors influenced on the consumers while choosing fruit at the markets of the city of Krasnodar was conducted. The estimation of factors influencing on consumers' choice was conducted. The data has been presented in the ranking. The perspective courses of business entities' activities which orient on development of competitiveness in conditions of globalization, ecologization, institutional and economic constraints were determined
The article presents the theoretical and experimental research of the guide wire, made of polytetrafluorethylene, for sieve system of air grain cleaning machines. We have calculated trajectory of movements of the components of piles of sunflower seeds in the vertical pneumatic channel when they are vanishing from the surface of the guide wire at its various parameters. Specifying the location of a guide wire polytetrafluorethylene in air-sieve grain cleaning machine was carried out in an experimental setup. The guide wire of polytetrafluorethylene was installed in three locations: 1) at a distance of 20 mm to the pneumatic channel; 2) on the levels with the pneumatic channel; 3) at a distance of 20 mm inside pneumatic channel. The approach of the guide wire into the inside of the pneumatic channel in the experimental setup the quality of sunflower seeds increased with 97.61 to of 99.08 %. The content of organic impurities, milled and broken seeds in the pile decreased respectively from 1.83 to 0.21 %, to 1.29 0.66 % 0.51% to 0.25% in the manufacture of wire made of polytetrafluorethylene. To increase the purity of the seeds of the main culture we use a photoelectron separator, and the received seeds for animal feed were in the form of sunflower cake produced on screw presses. As a result of carried out experimental and theoretical researches it is established, that the guide wire shall be made of polytetrafluorethylene and are placed inside the pneumatic channel at a distance of 20 mm and an angle of 40°, which allows to improve the quality of the seeds material and increase the speed of their input to pneumatic channel air-sieve grain cleaning machines type MVU-1500
Currently, there is no effective chemical protection of sunflower crops against dicotyledonous weeds during the growing season of the crop, except for systems that provide for the use of herbicides called Evro-Laiting, Zonator or Express. The disadvantage of these systems is the limited composition of cultivated sunflower hybrids and high costs. The article presents a research on the development of an effective system of chemical protection of sunflower crops against dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous weeds during the growing season of the crop. The greatest effect in the suppression of weeds in sunflower crops was observed by application of the herbicides Goal 2E and Senator on the germination of crop. In these versions of the experiment, the highest seed yield and oil harvest are also noted. However, the use of the Zonator is limited only to drug-resistant sunflower hybrids. The use of the herbicide Goal 2E is possible on any varieties and hybrids of sunflower. Despite the damage to the first two real sunflower leaves when using the herbicide Goal 2E for vegetation, the plants are fully restored, which does not significantly affect the productivity of the crop. The proposed schemes for using herbicides can improve the technological and economic efficiency of controlling monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds in sunflower crops

The article presents results of the experiment to study
the influence of vitamins and minerals preparation
with folic acid Vitoligo M at the reproductive
functions of sows. It is established that prilificacy of
sows was more at 12,5-39,3%. The piglets of the
experimental groups had the best quality of growth and
livability. Blood chemistry parameters were better in
sows experimental groups. The experiment with lots of
animals confirmed the results of scientific experience.
