Necessity of application of Emistim preparation at various stages of clone micro reproduction is investigated and proved: induction of meristems into culture, micro reproduction itself, education of roots and micro grafting
The article presents the biennial data on infestation of
winter barley infected with his disease and pests, depending
on fertilizer rates, the main method of tillage
and plant protection. Weeds are one of the most highly
potent factors that reduce the productivity of plants.
System of agronomic plant cannot increase the productivity
of plants, if it contributes to impurity of crops.
In the studied years, the most common weeds at the
recommended tillage were dead nettle, cleavers,
chickweed, field bindweed. At zero processing - foxtail,
poppy, wild oats, Leptospermum, dead nettle, veronica.
The use of biological and chemical plant protection
products reduced the degree of expansion and
development of disease
Newest technical black berry variety named Piste (“Faith” in Greek) with colored flesh and juice breeded at Athens Institute of Viticulture (Greece) by researchers Zamanidi P., L. Troshin and P. Radchevskii in 2007 by crossing the Greek varieties Afoos (Mavrodafni x Alicante Boucher) with Ukrainian variety Odessa black (Alicante Bouchet x Cabernet Sauvignon). Duration of production period is 146-155 days. Growth of shoots is strong (2,1-3,0 m). The percentage of productive shoots is more than 90. The yield is very high: 25-30 t / ha. The average weight of clusters is 250 g. It can be characterized by high winter hardiness, drought resistance and increased resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with varieties of Vitis vinifera. Flower is hermaphrodite. Cluster is medium, conical, sometimes with wings, medium density. Berry is small, round, blue-black color with a thick waxy coating. The skin is medium thickness, dense and durable. Pulp and juice are intensely colored. Very high sugar content. Variety is intended for the production of intensely colored dry red wines of excellent class, as well as high-quality sparkling wines, dessert, sweet and liqueur wines; suitable for the manufacture of high-quality strong colored juices. When used in blends with other varieties enhances color, full flavor and enhances the bouquet of the wine
This article shows the results of the studies of the influence of fertilizers on plant height and accumulation of biomass in alfalfa plants
The article presents the results of studies of the influence of fertilizers on plants height and accumulation of the biomass of alfalfa
Lodging resistant is a very important factor of limitation of the yield of barley. The yield of lodged crops may be decreased up to 50%. The quality of the yield also deteriorates which negatively affects brewery characteristics. The lodging resistance of a variety is determined genetically and depends on a plant height and weather conditions during dynamic vegetation. One of the main aims of breeding of the crop for lodging resistance is the selection of short-stem varieties. However, a thorough study of the basic material and determination of its adaptability to a particular soil and climatic zone and suitability of its usage as parental forms are needed. The article covers the plant height of collection varieties of winter barley in the central zone of Krasnodar region and determines the groups of the varieties based on this trait. The dynamic of plant height formation depending on the vegetative conditions during five years is studied. The examination of lodging resistance of winter barley revealed that there are many non-lodging forms of the crop. New local varieties and lines have short and strong culms. Also, some varieties from Western Europe and the USA show its good lodging resistance under these conditions
In the article, the review of results of studying of an annual cycle of decomposition of the vegetative remains of crops, which decompose under favorable conditions of moistening and temperatures during an annual cycle decays, on 80 to 100 % is given, and their complete decomposition is observed in 2 years. Their positive impact on soil fertility – increase in fermentation activity, humification increase, lack of toxicity is thus noted
The results of long-term researches of studying the influence of salinity and alkalinity of soils on growth and efficiency of arable crops are noted in the article. Multistage diagnostics and comparative estimation of salt-endurance of agricultural crops are noted
The impact of anthropogenic pollution on soil
phytotoxity and on triticale plants in Vladikavkaz
suburb was investigated in the work. The objects of
the study were sod-gley leached soils and different
varieties of triticale plants. The research was
conducted in 2010-2011 at the Department of Biology
of Gorsky State Agrarian University. The article gives
data on microelements content in soils and plants
within the range of influence of Vladikavkaz industrial
enterprises. There was a marked change of
miroelements’ mobility in soil and activity of their
penetration into plants during fertilization. The sort
characteristics of microelements’ accumulation in
vegetative mass of triticale were researched. The
conducted research is informative for soil and plant
condition monitoring in anthropogenically polluted
environment. The work indicates the increasing danger
of microelements (including heavy metals)
accumulation in soil and their inclusion in biological
cycle in concentration that is too toxic for plants,
animals and people during the usage of fertilizers,
especially their high doses. The most dangerous
among heavy metals are mercury, cadmium and lead.
We used MPC rate of excess to estimate the content of
these metals. The results of the research can be used in
soil and cereal plant condition monitoring and
diagnosis and in development of regional
environmental regulation
The article presents the results of the studies to determine the changes of fertility parameters in typical black soils of the Belgorod region after three rotations in field crop while applying various technologies of cultivation of agricultural crops
