This article deals with the problems of system development of professional education and enhanced training in foreign languages for the Russian-German (Swiss, French) joint venture companies. We have shown new perspectives and possibilities improving work efficiency in staff training in relation with the new Russian Federation Federal Law of Education, creation basic universities departments in enterprises, ligitation new network forms for the implementation of network programs. We have also presented some measures to improve the quality of education, to attract highly qualified specialists of enterprises, the use of their scientific and technical base, ties companies with leading foreign organizations, the use of new educational technologies, assessment of professional competence of students in educational programs. At present the main role is played by foreign language, possession of which at this stage is an essential attribute of a successful specialist. The article has an analysis of existing methods and training courses in foreign languages and proposes a system of training of foreign language on the basis of educational industrial cluster which allows using not only the faculty of universities and training facilities, but the full potential of joint ventures, including foreign training. The proposed system involves learning a foreign language training in the following courses: general business, specialized business, intensive English, business training and other. The substantive content of special courses focused on professional activities with the use of interactive teaching methods, such as role-playing, methods for solving situational problems, methods of design activity that contributes to the development of skills to analyze, compare facts and events, to learn independently, to work in teams, to express and defend their point of view
The article is devoted to the methods of popularization of knowledge on scientific agronomy that was used in the Soviet period. Methods of visual transmission of information such as postcard, badge, matchbox label, agitation poster, textiles and porcelain, as well as an animated film have been considered. The influence of these methods on the development of agriculture is shown. At the same time, the reverse process is also the effect of the progress and achievements of agriculture on the art of that time. Each method is unique and the article describes the scope and influence of each of them on the society of that time. An extensive database has been collected for each examined method and images analyzed in terms of the history of agronomy and technologies used in agriculture, as well as their use in the popularization of this sector. The use of such methods of information transfer in the present time is noted, both for solving such an urgent problem - increasing the prestige of agriculture, and in the educational process of specialists of this industry. The materials described in the article are recommended for introduction to the course "History and methodology of scientific agronomy". It is shown that the given resources could contain a large number of useful and even unique information, which makes them an object for collection, detailed study and structuring in databases

In the article on the example of the works of great artists we consider the image of the subject as an object for the study course of "History and methodology of scientific agronomy". The emphasis on the image as the object of study, in the modern world has become popular for several reasons. On the one hand - this is a documentary confirmation of events, the state of the object, and sometimes the only proof of a bygone era. On the other hand – the works of art is multifaceted information about the study area, recorded by the artist with a careful rendering of details, environment, transfer of colors, shapes. The presented approach, the interpretation of art paintings allows us to develop creative potential of students. During the learning process, we have formulated the criteria for material selection: the ability to collect material in accordance with the task; ability to define basic accents and navigate through all the work; the ability to compare the artwork with the selected research topic. The article discusses the experience of creating an electronic database of a library of electronic resources for students so they were able to obtain enough empirical information. It is shown that the created database provide information on: the history of development of agriculture of our country, types of rural labor in Russia, the history of gardens and floriculture, as a branch of agricultural production, tillage instruments, history of agriculture; plant care, history of plant introduction in Russia. The experience of creation of electronic resources through databases, allows the teacher to have a resource for organization rich intellectual environment of the educational process. system of training of contingent in secondary schools
and colleges, created on the basis of higher
educational institutions, will significantly improve

The work considers the method of sketches or visual
notes which plays a basic role in the development of
training courses. We have focused on the method of
sketches as "a variety of visual notes, consisting of
handwritten text, drawings, diagrams, figurative
elements". For immersion of the student into the
subject area or object of study, the visualization of the
material is an effective technique of knowledge.
Cognitive function is manifested through the ability to
know the object by the image and the further formation
of ideas about the structure of the material being
studied. It is noted, that visual methods and
techniques are especially effective in the first stage of
researches. Then, there is the collection of material,
knowledge of the research object. Types of pumpkins
were the object of research, presented the works of
artists of different periods. The collection consists of
120 images that were collected in the period from 2012
to 2016. In the work, the attempt is made using the
method of visual notes and visual techniques to build
images of plants pumpkins which displayed in art
works of different centuries and interpreted as "a kind
of door" through which we can enter in our area

assessing the quality of knowledge and labor potential
of graduates. Because the quality of training generally
depends on the qualification of the faculty, the quality
of students' knowledge is to be determined with the
results of their learning and the qualification of the
teachers who conducted their classes and supervised
their final qualifying works. The author's analytical
expressions for determining the quality of knowledge
and labor potential of graduates, allow employers to
choose specialists particularly required for their
industry. However, for employers the rate of
knowledge and labor potential of graduates of
universities are indicative rates. In order to determine
the choice of specific graduates, on the University's
website starting from the 3rd year of a bachelor
degree, we should post the information about the
rating of individual students on educational and labor
activity. The ratios determine the quality of
knowledge of graduates and their labor potential, as
well as reviews of employers should be the main
indicators for the Ministry of education and science of
the Russian Federation, on the basis of which we may
assess the effectiveness of the universities, determine
their ranking and generate a state order for training of
specialists in higher education institutions
