CORPORATE INTEGRATION AS A FACTOR OF INTENSIFICATION OF THE COMPANY`S INNOVATION CAPACITY

abstract 1291705012 issue 129 pp. 142 – 155 31.05.2017 ru 614
The article investigates a relation between the company`s innovation capacity and its integration strategy. The author considers main elements of innovation capacity: access to new technology, dynamic entrepreneurship, reproducible competitive advantages, supply of complementary goods. Further in the article main forms of corporate integration are being analysed: from zero integration to “mild” integration in the form of entrepreneurial networks and “strong” integration in the form of M&A. The author analyses the effect of different integration forms on the elements of a company`s innovation capacity and makes a conclusion that integration may serve a purpose of increase of innovation capacity by creating a synergistic effect which is shown in increased company`s potential and reduced transaction costs. Stronger integration means stronger synergistic effect and its effects. However, the author shows that “mild” forms of integration through entrepreneurial networks and strategic alliances may be the most prospective for further research because such forms of integration allow to affect all the element of innovation capacity without sufficient costs of implementation of integration strategy

FACTOR OF ADAPTATION OF CHINESE STUDENTS TO EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF RUSSIAN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION (EXAMPLE – TPU)

abstract 1291705063 issue 129 pp. 867 – 880 31.05.2017 ru 614
The article is devoted to the study of factors of adaptation of Chinese students to educational environment of TPU. The goal of this work is to identify influence of different factors on adaptation of foreign students studying in Tomsk Polytechnic University. Various methods of data collection and analysis are used in the research –an associative experiment, open-ended questions and observation. As a result of the associative experiment main factors of adaptation of foreign students are revealed: interest in Tomsk, comfortable accommodation, professional tutors, relationship with peers and Russian language level. Weather and the need to adjust to new surroundings negatively influence adaptive capacity. Analysis of answers to the open-minded questions has confirmed the results of the associative experiment. Negative character traits are mentioned as factors that negatively influence adaptive capacity. The Russian language is regarded ambivalently by the Chinese students. It is perceived both as a negative and as a positive factor by the same respondents. Many students consider successful passing of Russian as a Foreign Language Test as personal success. Therefore, Russian is the most important factor of adaptation of the Chinese students in TPU

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES AND MEANS OF CULTIVATION

abstract 1501906002 issue 150 pp. 10 – 29 28.06.2019 ru 614
Due to the disconnectedness of production processes, prevention of soil degradation and plant diseases, as well as the difficult establishment of functional dependencies between the parameters of the working bodies and the physicomechanical properties of the soil, the richness of foreign technology, there is the problem of creating innovative structural and technological solutions for basic soil tillage including for the purpose of import substitution. To solve it, KubGAU has developed: “Multifunctional plow” (patent of the Russian Federation No. 2618342); “Plow with rotary bar” (utility model RF patent No. 184196); “Multifunctional plow with a rotary bruce” (positive decision on the patent application of the Russian Federation). Formal models, schemes and descriptions are given

DEVELOPMENT OF SOLIDARY INFORMATION ECONOMY

abstract 1211607007 issue 121 pp. 262 – 291 30.09.2016 ru 616
We are developing a new organizational-economic theory - solidary information economy, based on the views of Aristotle. The name of this theory has changed over time. Initially, we used the term "nonformal information economy of the future", and then began to use the term "solidary information economy." In connection with Biocosmology and neo-Aristotelism preferred is an adequate term "functionalist organic information economy". This article summarizes the first phase of work on the solidary information economy. We have analyzed the array of publications. The main problems are discussed, the solution of which is devoted to research related to the considered basic organizational and economic theory. The founder of the economic theory is Aristotle. We discuss Aristotle's positions, on which the economic theory is based, in particular, solidary information economy. We prove that the market economy has remained in the XIX century and the mainstream in modern economic science - justification of insolvency of a market economy and the need to move to a planned system of economic management. We examine the impact of ICT on economic activity. We develop the approaches to decision-making in the solidary information economy. On the basis of modern decision theory (especially expert procedures) and informationcommunication technologies people can get rid of chrematistics and will understand the term of "economy" according to Aristotle

INDIRECT COMMUNICATION MEANS AS CONFLICT SITUATION MARKERS

abstract 1221608015 issue 122 pp. 213 – 225 31.10.2016 ru 616
The article considers the problems of indirect communication in conflict situations. The diversity of means of communicative strategies realization in terms of their diversity, and in terms of their explicitness/implicitness is noted. The role of corresponding meanings markers discernment has been emphasized in indirect communication as part of communication in general. It is important in the communication process for understanding indirect communication to study non-verbal means as a hidden source of informative material, independent of the semantics of speech, and that means having increased reliability. Non-verbal means play a special role in decoding indirect communication in the field of diplomatic relations. Markers implementing covert communication are such deviations from the original behavioral, emotional, bodily and behavioral norms of human like agitation, change of clothing style, facial expressions, manner of smoking, and contradictions between verbal and non-verbal actions. The ability to decode visual and non-verbal information, as well as features of paralinguistic aspect of communication is the key to its effectiveness. At the same time, paralinguistic funds may implement indirect communication in violation of generally accepted social norms or originality of a person's behavior. The norm of originality can become a conduit for indirect communication, carrying the potential for conflict, not only at its violation or deviation from it, but when you apply the intensity, excessiveness; when realized its ambivalent character

PROSPECTS OF RENEWED POWER

abstract 1241610093 issue 124 pp. 1402 – 1414 30.12.2016 ru 616
The article considers the main types of wind and solar electric installations, and provides a comparative analysis of the renewable energy potential of the Krasnodar region. Currently, people of the Earth cannot live without electricity. Production and consumption of electricity is constantly increasing, and the cost of it is constantly becoming more expensive. The cost of oil production (cost to get oil out of the ground) increases constantly. The cost of electricity is going up because the cost of basic materials, such as copper, is at an unprecedented high level. Such alternative energy sources, such as solar and wind, are real solutions to these problems, moreover, the cost of "traditional" energy sources will only increase. To date, the most popular and invest renewable energy sources are the solar and wind power. Solar energy in the Krasnodar region is more profitable than wind one, despite the fact that the production of solar installations is more expensive. But every year the price of solar energy is reduced and soon will be equal to the price of wind energy, and science and technology do not stand still, so when there is such an abundance of sunlight in the Krasnodar region, the solar installation will pay off much faster
