MINIMIZATION OF RESOURCE COSTS IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTION TASKS OF A COMPANY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT ITS STRUCTURE

The problem of the optimal distribution of production tasks is one of the important problems of effective planning of processes associated with production at the enterprise. However, the classical approach to solving this problem becomes of little use when the individual stages of the production process are performed sequentially and in the case when it is necessary to take into account the structural features of the technological processes of the enterprise. Purpose of work: to develop a methodology for minimizing costs in the distribution of production tasks, taking into account the structural features of the technological processes of the enterprise. We built a multicriteria discrete optimization model for the distribution of production tasks according to the structure of production elements. One of the methods based on the proposed model is proposed, which allows to identify groups consisting of four elements in the production structure of the enterprise. The model is built using a network design which are pre-fractal graphs. The use of pre-fractal graphs allows you to naturally represent the structure of production and technological links of the elements of the production system of large enterprises. The results of the work is the developed effective methodology for solving the problem of the network distribution of production tasks, taking into account the structural features of technological processes at the enterprise, the economic effect of which is to minimize resource costs. ANALYSIS OF REGULATORY DOCUMENTS DETERMINING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR RAW MILK MATERIAL IN VARIOUS ECO-NOMIC ZONES

The quality of milk, as well as other livestock products, is regulated by the uniform requirements for this type of product on the basis of existing regulatory acts-standards. The article sets out and analyzes the regulatory and legislative documents in accordance with the standards that determine the quality requirements of milk in the dairy industry of our country. Additionally, the article presents the evolution of the development of regulatory documents on milk quality in the Russian Federation. We have also highlighted main regulatory documents that are presented for milk quality for different economic zones, namely, for: the Russian Federation, the European Economic Union, the Customs Union, and the number of basic indicators of milk quality varies - 3, 5 and 2 indicators, respectively. The information presented sets the requirements for the quality of raw milk in the USA, EU, RF, CU, EEC. Standards help implement organizational, technological, economic and other measures aimed at improving product quality

THE ENGINEERING COMPLEXITY OF CONSTRUCTING THEORIES ON THE BASIS OF USE OF MEANS OF DISPLAY OF THE VARIOUS MODELS AND METHODS FOR DESIGNING DATA STRUCTURES

The article deals with the complexity of the construction of engineering theories in both scientific and practical direction based on the use of non-traditional approach to the problems of effective data monitoring, especially in the field of control systems of multicomponent representation of objects of system analysis. The study of the complexity of this issue involves a detailed consideration of the relationships of the elements of these objects on the basis of known methods, while the integration of heterogeneous knowledge obtained by such often independent methods becomes very time-consuming and poorly formalized. Currently, the processing of information and its subsequent presentation have changed significantly through the use of data mining (IAD), which includes not only the organization of the knowledge system in various missile defense, but also in the field of DSS. This, in turn, contributes to the effective formalization of fuzzy information and processing it in the form of fuzzy algorithms, which is an extension of the decision support system based on fuzzy logic – DSS NL. At the same time, it is necessary to emphasize the features of the proposed approach of the DSS NL, which is that it can be used in various missile defense systems, including for the effective analysis of statistical information of multicomponent representation of objects, which is used in determining statistical indicators to identify and assess existing and potential risks, adverse situations, as well as in the preparation of motivational grounds for managerial decision-making. For the purpose of more detailed establishment in real missile defense of the relations between objects it is offered to carry out by means of various degrees of dependence. For example, the types of graded connections are considered as fuzzy objective connections, and the use of expert systems and semantic links led to the construction of hypotheses analysis of situations and semantic relationship between them. A significant difference of the considered DSS NL is that each model is formed on the basis of a separate semantic network, and the system itself works with several models of Pro related or unrelated to each other. On the basis of the use of the concept of the relationship of proximity between concepts, belonging to the situation, its information part of the recommendations Are grouped according to the selected situation for their subsequent analysis and decision-making. On the basis of the principle of coordinating actions and construction of the function, taking into account the optimal time of the control action, the General algorithm of decision support for emergency production situations in the Pro low-rise construction, both in urban and rural areas

EFFECTIVENESS OF PROBIOTIC CULTURES AND THEIR CONSORTIUM ON THE MODELS OF EXPERIMENTAL INTESTINAL DYSBACTERIOSIS

The article demonstrates the results of therapeutic and preventive effectiveness of the use of lactic acid bacteria – Lactobacillus brevis and Lactobacillus parabuchneri in laboratory animals, in particular mice and rats. They were isolated from the gastrointestinal tract of a wild quail in experimental violation of the intestinal microbial background. Artificial imbalance of the intestinal microbiota of experimental animals was caused by the use of the antibiotic. As a result of tests it was established that the application of probiotic cultures improved microbial disorders of the gut, however, the use of their consortium in the probiotic promoted consistent clinical result characterized by an elevated level of representatives of the normal flora (lacto- and bifidobacteria) and reduction of the number of representatives of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microbiota, with subsequent achievement of a level characteristic of healthy animals

THEORETICAL BACKGROUND TO THE SUBSTANTIATION OF LOADING A POTATO STORAGE CONTAINER

Today, the main goal of the State Program is to ensure food independence of Russia within the framework of the Food Security Doctrine, which includes accelerated import substitution, namely the creation of new technologies in the field of potato storage, which in turn will reduce the supply of agricultural products from abroad. But, despite the existing success, the problem of potato losses during transportation and storage still remains in the Russian Federation, comprising from 30% to 40% of the grown crop, in many cases, by the end of storage, losses reach 60%. This article describes a container for transporting and storing potatoes in storage. The disassembled container is transported to the place of loading of the product, where it is mounted and loaded with potatoes. When loading containers for storing potatoes in order to reduce damage, various types of shock absorbers are used. One of the simplest absorbers is the rubberized fabric belts, which are deflected between the opposite edges of the container. The location of the belts, their width and the distance between them will determine the passage of potato tubers when they are loaded. Successful implementation of the presented design will help reduce mechanical damage to tubers and increase the safety of agricultural products

IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF AGRICULTURE SYSTEMS IN THE KRASNODAR REGION

The article considers the existing system of agriculture in the Krasnodar region. We also give the soil-climatic characteristic of natural-agricultural zones. There was studied the structure of agricultural landscapes of the region. It is concluded that in the agricultural production of the Krasnodar region approach to agriculture is focused only on zonal methods of land management, planning and organization of large agricultural enterprises. Whereas, the Land reform carried out in the Russian Federation since the 90-ies of the last century has made significant adjustments, both on domestic political and socio-economic relations in the life of society, and on land management provision of agriculture. Redistribution of agricultural land, the formation of new scientific approaches to farming systems, based on the principles of sustainability and self-regulation of agricultural landscapes, device of crop rotations, adapted to local climatic conditions are aimed at the reproduction of soil fertility and a positive balance of humus. In this regard, there were developed the proposals and calculated technical and economic indicators for the transition to a new, effective, scientifically based, adapted to local agricultural landscape conditions, high-tech balanced farming systems. COGNITIVE INFORMATION-MEASURING SYSTEM FOR QUALITATIVE DETERMINATION OF FAT AND PROTEIN IN COW'S MILK IN THE PARAMETERS OF CENTIGRAMS OF DYNAMIC SURFACE TENSION AT THE INTERFACE OF MILK/AIR

A number of authors (Milaeva I. V., Zaitsev S. Yu., Dovzhenko N. A., Tsarkov D. V., Tsarkova M. S., 2015) have proposed a regression model and a method for indirect measurement of fat and protein content in cow's milk by its dynamic surface tension, which has a number of advantages over the traditional approach. The model reflects the objectively existing relations between the content of fat and protein in cow's milk and parameters of centigrams of dynamic surface tension at the interface of the milk/air. These relationships are revealed by the authors of the method wit mathematical processing of 112 empirical samples. For this purpose, they have applied regression and correlation analysis (in MS Excel). Since the content of fat and proteins in milk largely determines its quality, this problem refers to the problems of qualimetry. However, this problem of qualimetry also refers to typical problems of pattern recognition (multi-parameter typing and system identification), and therefore it is possible that the quality of its solution can be improved by the use of artificial intelligence methods, in particular cognitive and information technologies. Moreover, these relationships are quite complex. The use of intelligent technologies also creates additional opportunities for the study of the simulated subject area by studying its model. All this is of great scientific and practical interest for both researchers and practitioners. To solve all these problems in the work we have applied Automated System-Cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its software tool which is an intelligent system called "Eidos". A numerical example based on real data has been considered in detail as well

THEORETICAL JUSTIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTIVE AND REGIME PARAMETERS OF THE UNIT FOR PROCESSING OF ROW-SPACINGS AND TRUNK STRIPS OF FRUIT PLANTINGS

Reserves of expansion of the areas under fruit plantings in the central part of the North Caucasus are limited, one of solutions of this problem is involvement in an agricultural turn and, in particular, under fruit plantings a little or the slope lands, absolutely inconvenient for one-year cultures, having optimum climatic conditions. Currently, scientifically based technologies of cultivation of gardens on slopes are developed for foothill and mountainous areas of the North Caucasus in relation to zones. Large corporations, as well as medium and small business are engaged in production of fruits in the North Caucasian Federal District. One of problems which vendors of fruits face it is the shortage of the equipment on care of trunk strips and row-spacings of fruit plantings. Mechanized technologies of flat gardening are a little effective in specific conditions of mountain and foothill agriculture where the main limiting factor is the soil fertility. At the same time, the question of the accelerated creation of a humic layer in the trunk strips, improvements of the water and food modes of fruit plantings on slope lands is particularly acute. The carried-out analysis of a system of maintenance of the soil in gardens showed that the most rational is the cespitose and humous system providing bevelling of vegetation with its leaving on the surface of the soil in the form of mulch. However, lots the mower-grinders produced by the industry have rather low rotating speed of a rotational operating part (540 … 840 min-1); they do not provide high-quality crushing of grass vegetation, are incapable to transport crushed grassy masses in trunk strips of fruit-trees. In this regard, we offer a construction of a unit for processing of row-spacings and the trunk strips of fruit plantings. IMPACT OF NUTRITION BACKGROUND AND METHODS OF USING BIRCH GROWTH STIMULATOR ON EARLY POTATO YIELD IN SOUTHERN KYRGYZSTAN

This article reviews the results of studies on the impact of the nutrition background and the use of the Bereke GN growth stimulator on the yield and quality of early ripe potato variety Marabell in southern Kyrgyzstan. Early potato yields were largely dependent on the use of the Bereke GN growth stimulant. The highest yield was identified with the integrated use of a growth stimulator provided the planned yield, and averaged 29.97 t/ha. Also, in the experiments conducted, the yield of early potatoes was largely dependent on the climatic conditions of the year under study. The structure of the crop of early potatoes has been analyzed. In case of complex application of growth stimulator, also in case of treatment of seed tubers with growth stimulant, thickness of early potato plants is increased and on average in three years there was an increase by 0.32 and 0.52 thousand bushes per 1 ha. The structure and marketability of the early potato harvest were analyzed in detail, depending on the background of nutrition and the method of application of the Bereke GN growth stimulator
