The article provides comparative analysis of three laws
in the area of standardization in different phases of its
existence and development of our State: “About
Standardization” 10.06.93 № 5154-1, “About
Technical Regulation” № 184-ФЗ (part III) and
«About Standardization in Russian Federation”
№ 162-ФЗ. It is noted that standards and other
documents addressing standardization facilitate
technical development, innovation in different spheres,
quality improvement and competitiveness of industry,
products and services. The authors of the article trace
close interconnection between the state of the laws and
the concepts of Russia’s development, change of
goals, tasks and principles of standardization in
relation to the changes in the country and in the world;
analyze the experience of Russian standardization and
evaluates innovations in the modern jurisprudence in
this area. The authors of the article evaluate the laws in
the area of standardization from the viewpoint of its
importance and transparency for consumers based on
its close correlation with the law “About Consumer
Protection”. Additionally, they note the importance of
these documents and standardization in general to the
development of the country’s economy, its integration
into the world sphere and achievement of
technological leadership of the Russian Federation in
different areas

27 introduced variety samples of rice from 8 countries
were studied by the complex of biological,
morphological, agronomic traits to select the most
valuable genotypes for including them into breeding
programs on development of cold tolerant rice
varieties. It was found that the studied introduced
varietal samples were characterized by variation in
duration which varied from 120 to 182 days. Variety
samples from Bhutan ATTEY, PARO DUMBJA
(White) had shown response to photoperiod and the
panicles didn’t appear in conditions of Krasnodar
region. During the study there were selected high
productive forms Obongbueo and Tinbubueo from S.
Korea with grain weight 81.67 g / vessel and 74.43 g /
vessel, respectively. According to results of research
there were selected five cold tolerant samples Tong
Jing 29 (China), Giza 178 (Egypt), Istigbol and
Mustagillik (Uzbekistan), ZAKHA (Bhutan),
evaluation result of which were on the same level with
those of standard check variety Kuban 3, as well as
those of samples with increased resistance IR83222-
F8-14 and IR83222-F8-156 (Philippines), PARO
DUMBJA (White) and THIMPHU DUMBJA
(Bhutan). As a result of research there were selected
three introduced rice variety samples Tong Jing 29
(China), Tinbubueo (S. Korea) and SR 30084-F8-156
(Philippines) which by duration, morphotype and
agronomic traits are considered as candidates for
further hybridization and breeding as sources of useful
traits and properties
The article contains the summarized information on
the activity of a farm having a sector of
“Agrotourism”. There was revealed the positive
dynamics of development of agricultural tourism in
the Krasnodar region, the extension of offered
services in this direction; there was set the obstacles
restraining the development of the present sector.

just like this. Mathematical Statistics is a part of
mathematics that studies the statistical structure (it
itself does not give recipes analysis of statistical
data, however, it is developing methods that are
useful for use in theoretical statistics). Theoretical
Statistics - the science dedicated to the models and
methods of analysis of concrete statistical data.
Applied Statistics (in the narrow sense) is devoted to
the statistical techniques of data collection and
processing (it includes the methodology of statistical
methods, the organization of sample surveys, the
development of statistical techniques, the creation
and use of statistical software). Applications of
statistical methods in concrete fields (in economics
and management - Econometrics, in biology -
Biometrics, in chemistry - Chemometrics, in
technical research - Technometric, in geology,
demography, sociology, medicine, history, etc.).
Often positions 2 and 3 together are called Applied
Statistics. Sometimes position 1 is called Theoretical
Statistics. These terminological differences are
related to the fact that the above-described
development of the considered scientific and applied
field not once, not completely and not always
adequately reflected in the minds of experts.
Meanwhile, there are still textbooks of appropriate
level of representation of the mid-twentieth century.
The article analyzes the post-war development of
the national statistics. We have identified five
"growth points": nonparametrics, robustness,
bootstrap, statistics of interval data, and statistics of
non-numeric data. We have discussed content,
development and the basic ideas of statistics of nonnumeric
data. We have given a number of

The article contains generalized information on the
activities of peasant farms in cultivation of turkey for
meat using outdoor technologies. The production is
cost-effective, although the rates of live weight gain
and the cost of feeding do not reach the requirements
for the cross. There are some reserves to improve the
profitability (introduction of floor cell technology,
optimization of feeding and participation in
government support programs)
Urban trees can provide multiple environmental
benefits. The study of the state of the street tree and
shrubby vegetation from the analysis of inventory data
and environmental conditions is purpose the article.
The structure of 11 types of street roadside vegetation,
which determines about 93% of the greenery
composition of the city of Ekaterinburg is considered.
The structure of the examined tree-shrub vegetation
and all vegetation, which is part of the greening of
Ekaterinburg, is compared. For each tree (shrub) was
measured: species, number of stems, diameter of stem
at 1,3 m, tree height, height to base of live crown,
crown width, percent of branch dieback in crown,
percent of canopy volume devoid of leaves, number of
sides of the tree receiving sunlight from above,
distance and direction to building, distance to road. As
a result, homogeneity of illumination of various plant
species is received. Ash ordinary has the largest of all
plants values of the percent of the missing crown
(61.3%) and closest distance to the road. The effect on
the plants (by average distance) of urban buildings (7-
30 meters) and the proximity of the roadway (3-7
meters) was observed
