One of the most destabilizing factors of crop production is weed infestation of crops. Despite annual herbicide treatment, weed infestation of crops of winter wheat remains high, with a predominance of annual dicotyledonous weed with a higher proportion of drug resistant on the basis of 2,4-D. We also notice increased range and density of perennial dicotyledonous weeds. New combinational herbicide called Cayenne, manufactured by LLC "Agro Expert group", which in its composition contains two active substances: thifensulfuron-methyl (500 g/l) and florasulam (170 g/l), highly inhibits both annual and perennial dicotyledonous weeds. According to the working program of the registrant's company we have tested Cayenne on crops of winter wheat in spring in the tillering phase and the formation of the second internode. It is shown that its use in doses of 0.025 and 0.035 kg/ha in mixture with 200 ml/ha of surfactant-Bit 90, W provides effective suppression of annual and perennial dicotyledonous weeds (90 – 100 %). The negative effect on the culture was not observed. At the same time, within 2-3 days after herbicide application we observed cessation of growth, chlorosis, dieback of growing points of weeds. Complete death was observed after 15 – 20 days

An analysis of patented in Russia and abroad methods for
providing preservation of plant products, particularly apples
and pears, was carried out in the article. The patent search
was made for the period from 1995 to 2015 in the databases
of patent offices of the United States of America, Japan and
European patent organization. The patented methods,
realization of which allows increasing of storage life of
agricultural products by means of using different kinds of
electromagnetic radiation, regulating the content of gaseous
medium in the storage, treating with chemical substances,
inhibiting the microbiological processes, creating hermetic
storing conditions, were systematized.
The realized research allowed drawing a conclusion on the
relevance of work in the field of search for new methods for
providing stable quality of fruits in the process of storing,
particularly with the use of electromagnetic fields of very
low frequency
The article is devoted to solving such a topical issue as a
stimulating of rural territories and commodity production
development in the small forms of management in
Krasnodar region. The work states, that despite the
existence of the different forms of the state support
programs for native farmers, any significant positive
shifts in development of rural areas, standard of living of
the rural population are still not observed. The basis of
the author offers is the rationale for a series of
institutional reforms, namely a review of the nature and
forms of cooperation between regional and local
authorities with small forms of management. An
expediency of the formation of the municipal consumer
cooperatives based on municipal and mixed ownership
was also explained. As a basis for the arguments, the
authors have used the ideas of the founder of
institutionalism Thorsten Veblen. He wrote in his works,
that evolution is accompanied by institutional changes
by selecting and consolidation of the forms of behavior
which are most conducive to the survival and prosperity
of the entire community , and social evolution is nothing
else than a process of selection and adaptation of the
ways of thinking under the influence of the
circumstances of people living together. Adaptation of
the ways of thinking is the development of the institutes.

In poultry industry, animal breeding, greenhouses and
vegetable stores a significant amount of fans with
asynchronous motors is used to create a microclimate.
The fan speed of the fan should be regulated in order
to improve the efficiency, so the multispeed motors are
used for the fan drives. Line produced two-speed motors
with a proportion of the poles number 1:2 have a
polar-switched Dahlander stator winding. Two-speed
motors with a proportion of the poles number 3:2 and
4:3 have only one stator winding which is poleswitched
by the method of amplitude phase shift keying.
A drawback of the windings is that they have different
energy indicators at different spin rates. In order
to create rational diagrams with switching according to
the number of poles, which is multiple of three, it is
proposed to implement a polyphase MMF modulation
of the three-phase winding. As a result of the study,
there were procured the stator windings at 4 and 6
poles, which enabled to change the spin speed of the
motor in the fan drives without breaking the drive
power circuit by the scheme Δ / ΥΥ
The systemic links that depend on mechanization, which affect the growth of the cost price of field crop production were proposed and their analysis was made. Three main blocks of the basic reasons for production costs growth (machinery and materials cost rise, agroecological potential underutilization, agrotechnologies non-observance) disclose agricultural machinery and agrotechnologies of field crops negative aspects that are being used, and also explain agro-potential underutilization causes on the example of the Krasnodar region. The irrational nomenclative list of machines in the current system was analyzed, which not only raises field crop production cost price, but also negatively affects the soil fertility due to its reconsolidation and spraying. Requirements for production processes mechanization means, taking into account their cost price reduction, were formulated. The possibilities for optimizing of the field works timing performed by the proposed agricultural machinery, their quality improving and product damage reducing, as well as work complexity with coinciding terms, streamlining and rhythmicity of processes were formulated. Taking into account the system approach, the imbalance between the agro-industrial complex and management forms was reflected in the weak interrelation of their interests with state interests, which also affects the cost price of production. The negative aspects of the machine system for the mechanization of field crop cultivation were revealed. A special effect should be expected from the proposed combination of technological operations in one pass of the machine across the field due to full-scale adaptations to machines, the ratio of the park of caterpillar and wheel tractors and the work complexity. On the basis of these studies, proposals for traumatization reducing of grain by harvesting equipment and the cost of crop losses from trauma, as well as the regularities of the area of damage to grain from grain vitality have been substantiated. The reasons of production cost price increase are connected with attracting investment issues and managing innovative activities of introducing priority means of mechanization (concessional lending, subsidies, etc.)
The article presents a study of acclimatization characteristics and the effectiveness in the use of Holstein black-and-white cattle imported from Germany, Denmark and the USA under the conditions of the Central Non-Black Soil Area of Russia. The analysis shows that the imported animals are exposed to a number of stress factors that often cause the diseases and serious losses of cattle. The main reasons for the losses of heifers were the pathologies of the reproductive organs and the mammary gland (26,3%), locomotor system and distal extremities (15%), respiratory organs (21,2%), etc. The highest-producing dairy cows were those imported from the USA (9158 kg of milk throughout the first lactation). For the yield of milk, they are superior to animals imported from Germany in 1828 kg (P≥0,999) and those imported from Denmark in 1184 kg (P≥0,999). The average American Holsteins’ milk over a 305-day lactation is higher in fat (4,14%) than that of their German (in 0,28%) and Danish (in 0,21%) counterparts (P≥0,999). The same tendency is observed in the protein content in the milk
In the article, we have performed an analysis of
respect for the principle of immunity of the right of a
private property in case of the address of a claim to
property. Restrictions of the principle of immunity
are shown concerning both property objects, and
concerning competences of the owner that in case of
proper approach from the legislator is not violation of
the rights and interests of the person. The unique
premises can act as a subject of the address of
collection of debts of the testator. It is established
that the size of the money which isn't subject to
collection shall be determined living at least by the
territorial subject of the Russian Federation, and also
funds for expenses for acquisition of necessary
medicines and the equipment shall be in addition
guaranteed. Shortcomings and contradictions in case
of regulation of the bases of the address of collection
on separate types of property are revealed,
suggestions for improvement of these provisions are

the electronic control unit. The article also presents
the stages of diagnosing the engine including
external examination, listening to abnormal noises,
checking the operating fluids and the engine
management system, diagnosing the basic engine
systems and checking the cylinders being filled.
